Good quiet room, comfortable beds and helpful staff when booking and making requests. Appreciate the water bottles in the room. The smell in the rooms was the only negative, drains plus smelly socks and perfume.

Overnight stay to attend a wedding in the area. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. My only disappointment was all the add ons, car parking chargeable, early check in chargeable and breakfast was very expensive so didn’t bother. When we arrived we had to wait for someone from reception and then we had to wait when we wanted bar service later in the day.

We were unsatisfied with the fact that we couldn't open a window in the room. There was a smell of mold in the room, and the staff offered to give a breath of fresh air with a fresh air spray, which we asked her not to give. She turned on the air condition and that helped.

None of our windows open I'm afraid, and it seams the acoustic trickle vent under the window may not have been fully open so I will ensure the housekeeping team remember to check these if there is an. Hotel was good and service was also . It would have been nice to get some fresh air but the window had been smashed and therefore the balcony had been closed off for health and safety unfortunately this meant no fresh air into the room , but I understand why this had been done.
