The TV didn't work properly, the safe would not open and when support came they had the Key stuck in the Safe.No safe but they did offer to use the safe in the next room. The refrigerator was a cupboard, did not work. Went to the restaurant with 20+ empty tables and told they were busy and come back in 20 minutes. 20 Minutes later still 20 tables vacant. In summation, Basil Fawlty ran the restaurant, Sibel Fawlty was the receptionist, always trying to be helpful and Emanuel I am dure was there somewhere.

The team are very sorry they managed to get the key stuck when trying to fix the safe for you but were unaware of the issue with the TV or fridge. Regarding your dining experience, I regret that our restaurant was unable to accommodate you promptly despite available tables. We aim to provide a seamless experience for all our guests and try to stagger when we sit table to ensure the kitchen doesn't get inundated with orders in a short period which would delay service, I appreciate your observations as they will help us improve our service and communication regarding this. A modern style hotel not the historical manor house type but don't let that disappoint. A good base for seeing Somerset either coastal or Glastonbury, Wells, Bath.
