Mercure Bridgwater has a Central Location easily accessible with on-site parking. In-house restaurant with a decent selection of food and drinks. Comfortable and pleasant stay with well proportioned rooms. However, a general maintenance and upgrade of bedsheets, towels would be nice to see. Overall a good stay. Thanks

Back in July I stayed with my family for a wedding. And wanted to do a big shout to the restaurant team especially Josh, Abbey and Ashley. The restaurant manager he couldn't have been more accommodating. We had booked a meal but last minute needed to add additional guests so ended up being around 10 of us. They done there best to get us seated together and looked after us so well. The high level of service continued into the bar after the food. Thank you all so much. We will all remember the night before the wedding being well taken care of by your restaurant team. Big shout to the restaurant supervisor. July 26th 2024.

This was my first stay at Mercure Bridgwater. It's a well appointed hotel with (and no exceptions here) excellent staff. One very slight irritation was the lack of choice with the bar menu. The hotel has the Marco Pierre White restaurant - very good but pricey - but if you don't want a full dining experience and just a light snack at the end of the day, the choice was limited.

Excellent but only problem was with room heating.It remained cold even when room stat was set at maximum.Other than that facilities,room,food and staff were excellent.
