Firstly only one person on reception when we arrived and queued for at least 12 to 15 minutes to check in, even though I had already checked in online. At breakfast at lot of the plates and cutlery where dirty in the clean pile.

We booked to stay at this hotel to meet up with our special friends for an overnight stay. We had great service from check in to check out the next day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A special shout out to an amazing young lady called 'Gracy' who provided us with great service and attention, she was so friendly and professional, a real credit to the hotel! Parking at the hotel was easy, the rooms were lovely, and it is a short walk to the town center. We had a 3 course set meal in the 'Marco Pierre White' restaurant in the hotel and the food was amazing! I would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.
