Paid for a balcony room only to be put in a room with a balcony door which had broken before I arrived. No apology or offer to change rooms made. Some restaurant staff rude very immature and forgetful. Food overcooked twice (steak)

Dear Liam T., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the broken balcony door. Having investigated it appears there may have been a misunderstanding between your booking agent and the hotel as the room booked was without a balcony. Therefore as we were aware of the issue with the door awaiting parts we allocated the room to a booking to a "normal" booking as the internal space was identical to that booked, so I'm very sorry if you were under the impression a balcony room had been booked or that the team didn't explain this at the time. Your comments regarding the service issue in the Restaurant have been noted, I must say I'm disappointed as other guests from your booking have complimented the team so I apologise if there were inconsistencies experienced between you and your colleagues. Room was lovely but very poor breakfast.It looked like everything had been cooked at six in the morning and been left out.

Staff are very polite and well presented. Facilities were great. Room was Clean tidy and very comfortable. Food was lovely just could do with more options on the menu. If you’re there for a few nights it’s fine but after 5 nights you start to wish there was less steak options and more other things. The steak is top notch however. Breakfast was nice too.

Experience overall was ok. However the TV / remote was not working.
