We have been staying here since 2016, several times per year except during COVID ; so we must like it. The location is great . It is a short walk into Bristol City centre ; it is a very short distance from Temple Meads railway station and the nearby buses including the Flyer bus from the airport (it is useful to download the First Bus app which shows the bus routes although I would not trust it for buying tickets). The hotel does not have its own car park, but the Gardener Haskins car park is just nearby at £24 per 24 hours. The rooms are a standard Ibis room, ie fine. They all seem to have USB charrging ports on some of the electric sockets, which is very helpful. We have enjoyed the extensive breakfast. There is a good selection of wines. The staff are great – if there is a problem, it is quickly and satisfactorily resolved. It is worth getting the loyalty card which is free and does confer useful benefits if one stays at an Accor hotel enough (Ibis, Mercure, Novotel and others) We would have no hesitation in staying again, and indeed are already plotting our next stay

Room nice and clean but a bit tiered and heating/AC didn't seem to be working, also very big step down when coming out of bathroom as a glasses wearer nearly fell a couple of times. Staff were very helpful and friendly on reception and in the bar in the evening, really good selection for breakfast

Great stay, the staff were really kind and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable, the room had everything I needed and the shower was nice and hot.
