Great location for train station. Hotel easy to find. Friendly staff. Basic but big room. Good check out time (noon).

The hotel is 5 mins from Bristol Temple Meads station which is useful. However, the room was very hot all night and the temperature couldn't be changed. We stayed one night and they offered us a refund for the second night as it was not comfortable enough to stay, so that was much appreciated. The staff were polite and apologetic. The bed itself was comfortable.
