Staff are rude and have no set rules to adhere to - members of my group were given different information and had to adhere to different rules for check in. The same issues were overhead being discused by other guests as well so clearly a training issue resulting in a lack of consistency and frustration. Not accommodating for corporate bookings at all in terms of leaving a card against a room for bar expenses and just a general attitude of disinterest! Cards not working after going down for breakfast and having to go back to reception to have the cards recoded causing annoyance and delays.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, bathroom toiletries provided, kettle etc. Bed comfortable and slept well, room was quiet. Room furniture dated, no USB charging sockets, big step to bathroom which should have had glow in the dark strip across it for health and safety . Breakfast was ok, not a as big a variety as I've had in other hotels, basic but did the job. Nice stay but definitely not worth the price I paid.
