As always our experience was good. Staff helpful and always around. Breakfast can be either in room or restaurant, now continental due to Covid but bacon butty an option.

Upon arrival, I had a quick and easy check in with a warm and welcoming smile. The room was perfect, nice and quiet, amazingly clean and for a single night, did the job perfectly. I had one tiny issue, with flat batteries in the tv remote but this wasn’t a problem and I was immediately assisted with some new ones. I had to ask the front desk for help with booking a taxi, location details and also help with charging my iPad, as I’d not picked up my own. Not one was I made to feel I was ‘being a pain’ and received help from staff. Would happily recommend and would stay again if the training course I was on, is run in the same location.

I had to attend a series of workshops in Bristol so returned to my hotel of choice. It was great to come back. The staff were all still there and were the usual helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable as usual. I am on a dinner, bed & breakfast rate and I will be honest the food was not great in truth it was tasteless and I understand why the staff pull in their dinner from Deliveroo and will join them if no change. I appreciate the level of business does not warrant a chef and full restaurant so why not offer "Just Eat / Deliveroo " and do away with the kitchen and put it on a plate, keep it warm etc. Ok put in a service charge. Make the money at the bar. When we return to normality then the kitchen reopens. Breakfast works well on a tray and feels better than the buffet. See you soon. Please can you start getting a visual check sheet on a wall for hand sanitiser on the lifts as in this day and age it is essential that it is topped up on a regular basis. The housekeepers need a push!

oVERALL THE USUAL GREAT STAFF service by the reception staff. Unfortunately the TV was verys mall, No clean towels or replacement of coffee etc..In fact no clening was done at all. Im presuming this was due to COVID Nonsense. (I bet that scumbag Boris gets his room cleaned daily).

This was our first venture out in these strange times. The wifi details were not easily boticable, especially as contact to reception was only via whatsapp. I had a stiff neck for 2 days after sleeping on your pillows. The curtains were falling from their rails. The breakfast was disappointing for the cost, it was different to our whatsapp order (it wasn't checked) and the hot item was cold. The room seemed clean though - which was very important to us.

The room was nice and staffs were friendly but i was disappointed by the fact that the hotel didn’t offer luggage storage which caused me a lot of troubles for my journey. I was informed that it was due to Covid but I’ve stayed at others hotels during that time and there was no problem like that

I had only a one night stay in Bristol and I had the fortune to stay in a well-located hotel near Temple Meads Train Station. I had everything I needed in my room and I also ate breakfast at the hotel before visiting the city. Maps were also offered.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. My room was very comfortable, especially the bed, there was plenty of stage space. The lifts were very responsive. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. Hotel is a short distance from Temple Meads Station. My room (712) had a good view of trains entering and leaving the station. I would gave given the hotel a higher rating were the music at breakfast and in the bar not so loud. I have found that the noise level from music is far too loud in many IBIS hotels. Why is the choice of music aimed at deaf teenagers? This was my second visit.

Have stayed there several times, it is my preferred choice of hotels for convenience. Excellent value for money, within walking distance of Temple Meads railway station. Good room on 7th floor giving view of the railway station and surrounding buildings.

A group of five couples made the trip to Bristol and stayed in the Ibis Temple Meads. My wife and I have stayed in this location twice before but our friends have not. All were delighted with their experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and the railway station. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, breakfast is good and all of the staff we met were pleasant and very helpful. All in all a great stay. Somewhere we will come back to again.
