All very easy with automated check in. However ... at check out and 3 days later, the £130 taken has still not been changed to the actual invoice amount of £98.10? Which causes a stress, having to follow up etc which although everything about the hotel was fine - less of a good experience with admin ?

Very Nice Hotel But Room Too Warm

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and location but two downsides. The room windows were facing the sun and the room was too hot. We contacted reception and were told there was no cooling available at this time of year (early May). Only one window was available for opening. There were no plugs within easy reach of the bed. All else was great

Check in was efficient and helpful. There were issues with the key card operation but reception were able to sort this out for me. I have every intention to use Ibis for my next Bristol trip.

Good location for what I wanted. COuldn;t get Air cooling system to work so had to sleep with window open, but had to close window early morning as the building site started work.

Good functionality, as usual with IBIS. Parking is a major issue here: small 24 hr park always full up. Very few meters. It's manageable for a one night stay, otherwuse it's a deal breaker. Probably ok if you arrive by train at Temple Meads.

I booked last minute after a delayed flight and missing my connection. From the word go on the phone staff were so helpful I really appreciate the effort they made. Traveling alone can be a bit tricky at times and Moon (?) at reception and Michael at the bar did their best to put me at ease. They were friendly and helpful and I can't thank them enough.

Absolutely lovely staff who helped me find a usb socket ( as none in my room ) so had to sit in the bar and wait while it charged but felt odd a woman alone in a bar ! Awoke early lots of noise especially shoes on the wooden floors above as no carpets in rooms and I could hear the above shower /loo too. Overall an ok stay it was what I needed for a Bristol appointment.

Okay stay for a night

The hotel and the staff was okay but interms of the stay it was a 20mins walk from town, the duvet was dusty. There was no bin in the room, only in the bathroom. It was a hot day when I went and tried to turn the AC on but it didn't work. Only turned on at high temperatures.

Good location for access to public transport and within easy walking distance to the city centre if preferred. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Front desk and bar staff were great. Room had a few places of minor damage making it look quite tired. Bathroom fan was very noisy and on all the time, except when actually had a shower! Could have done with privacy netting on the window, just had blackout curtain so had to close out the daylight when changing etc. Noisy guests in the corridor overnight. Good location

The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in and when we went down to the bar for a pot of tea in the evening. They frequently asked if they could do anything else to improve our stay. Michael was particularly friendly and helpful.
