The air conditioning in the rooms do not work at all. Was a very hot room. We were on the second floor and not sure if the above floors have been renovated but our rooms were very tiered looking. There was dust in the corners and you can tell the shower had been leaking as there was signs of this along the floor. I wouldn’t go back. The staff were friendly and helpful and that’s the only reason I gave some points but not the rooms themselves.

Five minute easy walk from the Bristol train station. Very interior seemed very new with modern decor. Reasonable size room with comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. bathroom very spacious, modern and very clean, large thick bath towels! Close to restaurants. Staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the screeching train tracks, but would revisit again when in Bristol.

I enjoyed the spacious and well equipped renovation room. It was a welcome surprise. The triple room gave space to relax and had good amenities. The staff were helpful and pleasant and I enjoyed the breakfast which catered for a variety of dietary needs.

Very warm welcome from the reception staff. The room was very clean and tidy. To make it a better experience I would suggest that a hand towel be provided, that there is a waste bin in the room not just the bathroom and there are two chairs.

Just a couple of minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. The ferry stop is between hotel & station or one can walk into the city along the canal in 15 minutes. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Reception & housekeeping staff are friendly & efficient. The onsite restaurant has only a very limited menu, nowhere near as much choice as rivals Premier Inn. We used the local Wetherspoons which is only 2 minutes walk away. Much better choice & half the price of Ibis restaurant.
