Very frendly staff and well located option. But in terms of room conservation the curtains had little holes and sailing of bathroom with dark spots. Breakfast without jelly and fruit variety.

Great location, good room, breakfast needs adjustments (you need to ask reception to refill / replace items, as they do not check them on a regular basis during breakfast time).

The hotel is close to the bus station and the city center. But it definitely needs to be renewed. The television is very old, the curtains and sheets have holes in them. No plugs near the bed

The staff were great, but the breakfast was terrible (hardly any options), our curtains were torn, no hand towels provided. In short, this hotel needs some care and attention.

The room was ok, way too big, lots of empty space that remained completely unusable. There were no sockets to charge my phone next to the bed, the only sockets were at the desk, which was about 5 meters away from the bed. Also, although I wanted to work from the hotel, I could not, as the WiFi was horrible, very slow and completely unusable for any work, made my life really difficult.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Decor a little outdated in the rooms. Decor in reception was fine. Food was ok. Needed more variety of fruits like a fruit salad. Could not watch tv because there was no remote. However I did not cate as we were busy most days.

I will say there needs to be some touches made as it is a nice hotel and it takes away from the kind of hotel it is. I would stay here again as the staff were incredible and the bed was comfortable and all in all it was a nice hotel and I have lived half my adult life in hotels of different star ratings.

Arrived 2 hours before check-in, but room was ready. Desk was very busy, but still checked us in smoothly. Pre-check-in is helpful. They held our bag the following day for us while we toured the national park. Great staff, clean and comfortable hotel, convenient to bus station.

The location is excellent with great views from some rooms. The hotel was quiet for us and we slept well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed here before and will again.
