This is the first time i was going to an accor property after becoming a gold member. Since I was a gold member they have upgraded my room even before I ask for it. This was amazing. Staff were courteous as well. Food was also good. The only minor lapse was they said they cannot give any spirits as part of welcome drink. I had to show them the terms and conditions of welcome drink to show that it includes limited spirits. Overall still amazing. Thank you.

Had great experience. Enjoyed Food taste of South India and all the staff were attentive at Dining place Shradha and Sai were too good to help us with buffet and we enjoyed the stay and great hospitality 😊
