We had an amazing experience at Novotel Vijayawada and truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the team was incredibly helpful and acted quickly to correct my mistake and accommodate us without any hassle. The way they handled the situation was professional, understanding, and made us feel genuinely taken care of from the very beginning. A very special mention to Chef Srinivas. The food was absolutely amazing, but what impressed us even more was his warmth and personal attention. He went above and beyond by specially preparing a meal for our little son for us to take along. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and something we will remember from this stay. When travelling with a young child, such personal care makes a huge difference. From the excellent food and service to the thoughtful personal touches, the hospitality at Novotel Vijayawada was outstanding. i have stayed many times, but there are couple of things that are degenerating, the linen had spots and not so fresh, cleanliness was slacke, also the room service guys did not understand the menu and most items were not available or told after placing order not available, most surprising was tea and coffee were not available in the morning, not expected in a reputed 5 star, only saving grace was we got late checkout as ACoor member

We mainly chose Novotel because of its food and swimming pool facilities. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes around the swimming pool, and the pool was not properly maintained. There was also a lot of dust and the overall cleanliness was not satisfactory. in room one coom is provided that was broken for single use only, Regarding the food, the quality was not very good, especially the tiffin items. We expected better quality and maintenance considering the hotel’s reputation.

It was not good experience. When i got in / check in, lights tripped. Repairs took almost 1 Hr and it was 23:00 Hrs, neither staff was attentive to address the issue by assigning right technician.

We had an one day stay at Novotel Vijayawada Varun. Dinner was at their "Red Bowl" Restaurant which is a Chinese restaurant. We are Vegetarians however, were well taken care of.

Our stay at Novotel Vijayawada was generally pleasant, with staff often prompt and courteous, but a few operational issues affected convenience. The valet service was a recurring hassle long waits each time we requested our car made quick departures stressful. Guests with their own vehicles would benefit from direct access to their cars and a separate exit route, rather than sharing the same single lobby drop-off point for both incoming and outgoing traffic. Food quality was inconsistent, ranging from good to disappointing, and when a family member fell ill, the available options felt limited and not ideal for someone recovering. With improvements in valet efficiency, parking flow, and consistency in food quality and variety, the overall experience could be significantly enhanced.
