Feedback on Stay, Loyalty Benefits, Service, and Dining Experience I would like to share some honest feedback based on my experience with the hotel over the past two years. I have stayed at this hotel more than 40–50 times over the last two years, and the actual number may be even higher. I have been a frequent and regular guest, although in the past I generally used third-party booking platforms because they offered better discounts and benefits. At one point, based on the information provided by the front desk team, I was informed that booking directly through the hotel website would provide certain benefits, including loyalty points accumulation and complimentary room upgrades whenever possible. Based on that assurance, I decided to move away from third-party platforms and started making my reservations directly through the hotel website, even when the rates were higher. Unfortunately, despite consistently booking directly, I have not received any meaningful benefits or room upgrades so far. I would therefore appreciate some clarification on how the loyalty benefits are actually being applied, particularly for frequent guests like myself. Decline in Service Standards I also feel that the overall service quality and responsiveness have declined considerably compared with what I experienced during my stays in 2023 and 2024. The speed of service and the level of attention provided previously were much better, whereas recently the experience has not been at the same standard. As a frequent guest, this difference is quite noticeable and disappointing. Restaurant and Food Quality Another area where I have noticed a significant decline is the restaurant. Previously, the buffet had a good variety of dishes, and I regularly used the restaurant facilities. However, in recent visits, although there may appear to be a reasonable number of items, the actual selection of food that is enjoyable and suitable to my taste has become very limited. In particular, I find that much of the buffet food is extremely bland. I understand that the hotel may have guests from different regions and countries, including international guests and guests from North India, and that food preferences and spice levels can vary. However, there should ideally be a reasonable balance or additional options so that local and regular guests can also enjoy the food. I have also noticed that the chefs seem to be changing quite frequently, and I believe this may be contributing to the inconsistency in food quality and taste. The decline in the restaurant experience is actually one of the main reasons I have stopped using the restaurant during my recent stays. Room Upgrades and Recognition of Frequent Guests I am also disappointed that, despite being such a frequent guest, I have rarely, if ever, received a room upgrade—even during non-peak periods or non-holiday dates when the hotel appears to have significant room availability. I completely understand that upgrades cannot always be guaranteed. However, when a guest has stayed 40–50+ times in two years and continues to choose the hotel despite higher direct-booking rates, I believe there should be some form of recognition or preferential treatment whenever availability permits. Overall Feedback I genuinely want to provide this feedback because I have been a loyal and frequent customer, and I would like to continue choosing this hotel. However, a customer should not feel that they are staying at a property simply because it happens to be the best available option in the area. The objective should be for a guest to feel valued, comfortable, and happy about choosing the hotel. I would therefore strongly encourage the management team to review: How loyalty benefits and points are being credited to frequent direct-booking guests. The criteria being used for complimentary room upgrades. Whether frequent guests are being appropriately recognized. The overall speed and quality of guest services compared with previous years. The consistency and quality of the restaurant buffet. The frequent changes in kitchen/chef staff and their impact on food quality. Whether the restaurant can provide better options for guests with different regional taste preferences. I am sharing this feedback constructively because I have stayed at the hotel many times and would genuinely like to see the property return to the level of service and hospitality that I experienced in the past. I hope the management will take this feedback positively and use it to improve the experience for frequent and loyal guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff Anjana was really helpful made our stay more memorable . Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay Review – Novotel I had a wonderful stay at Novotel, and the overall experience was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to MANASA and ANJANA PRIYA GRE for her courteous, friendly, and professional service. She was very helpful throughout the stay and made sure everything was comfortable and convenient. Overall, I had a great experience at Novotel and would definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to staying here again!
