I stayed at Novotel Varun Vijayawada with my son for four days. The hotel and room were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options and attentive restaurant staff. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. On several occasions, towels and vanity kits were not replaced, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. When I called housekeeping, I was redirected to the front desk, where the staff member spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner and hung up on me. This behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I had to call again to explain the situation and request the missing items once more. Overall, despite the comfort of the hotel, I am only moderately satisfied due to poor housekeeping and front desk service.
