I recently stayed at Novotel to take an important exam, and my experience was excellent. Since I specifically needed a quiet environment with fast, uninterrupted internet, I was a bit anxious before arriving. However, the hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere that helped me focus and prepare without any distractions. A very special mention to Vineeth from the IT department for his prompt response and outstanding support. When I needed assistance with the internet connection, he quickly stepped in, troubleshot the issue efficiently, and ensured the Wi-Fi was working perfectly in my room. His professionalism and quick action made a huge difference, especially considering how important stable internet was for my exam preparation. Only thing i would like them to improve is the front desk and response team to be more responsive to our queries . I reached out to them almost 2 times over call and 3 times in person to hotel to make sure about the internet and i was assured that it would work all fine but when i reached on my day of stay they were in 2 minds regarding the internet (though it was handled well by the IT team.) The breakfast spread was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day right. Overall, I had a smooth and comfortable stay.

need to visit the wanter pressure
