the stay was comfortable but there are a few shortcomings which i noticed that you should immediately address as a five star property -1. The lobby where the sofas are kept in the guest's sitting area is not properly fumigated and mosquitoes bite even during the day making it very uncomfortable for guests to even sit for few minutes and 2. the Cooling in the lobby area needs is also not upto the mark -It feels a bit warm during the day maybe due to the high ceiling but that can also be addressed by installing some Portable Air conditioners and 3. The Lobby is freqented by lot of visitors and guests which requires the Toilets cleaning more frequent in the lobby ,I found the lobby washroom not very clean. 4. The breakfast timing should be extended till 11 am since guests are on a holiday and would like to have breakfast at their own slow pace.
