one of the non professional staff are working. it has taken 40mnts to delivery my vehicle through valet parking. i have reached this hotel at midnight, i did not observe anything specifically that time. the lenin was not washed. i found some hairs on the pillow. they have kept same pillow which was used by some one else. during break fast time staff are very less. though you order , you will not get it. for this rate i dont suggest this property.

My first trip Novotol and it was excellent. Staff is very cordial. Food is top class. Especially the service provided by Nivedita is top class. I throughly enjoyed breakfast which has all types of foods and healthy choices. Room service is fantastic.

I have checked in 12 sept 2024 and checked out on 15th sept 2024. it was not very good experience at front desk. they are not good in giving proper response. property was good , location is also good. it was very very nice experience at restaurant. food was very good with local dishes and good taste. Chef Mr Srinivasa rao provided and suggested good dishes his food preparation was good. I have really enjoyed Andhra Mutton curry and palak halwa and some other dishes..break fast was also good. also chef Mr Sayyed also provided us nice parotas I am very thank ful to Mr srinivasa rao and Mr Sayyed. also I want to mention Ms Nivedita , Ms Sangeetha and Mr Takur for making us very comfortable at dining . last two years i stayed at Novotel Vijayawada 03 times . front desk standards are falling down over the two years. at the time the dining experience standards are improving over the two years.
