No welcoming wish or smile, just a checkin experience as it will be in OYO rooms. There is no value for loyalty in Novotel HICC, even though Iam platinum member since long time, I received an embarrassing response from DM, when I requested for upgrade , he told me that even though all types of suites are available , he will not upgrade to suite, it’s also In a very rude manner. Iam ambassador in Marriott Bonvoy , the way they receive loyal guests even though of gold and other status and provide upgrade facilities are exceptional, Iam not expecting at par but I felt minimum is not there in HICC Novotel,. Other hotels of ALL Accor , i visited have given value to loyal customers but in Novotel HICC , especially in front office its lacking… Experience in Breakfast and Executive Lounge is outstanding.

Same booking with my colleague but different treatment. He was welcome with some pastries and fruits in his room but none for me. He was presented with a gift upon check out but i was not. It is not about the extras but why the difference.
