The stay was very comfortable and staff was very helpful with all the requirements and service. Not to mention the awesome varieties in breakfast. There was nice arrangements and precautions made looking at the covid situation.

The start was good but had issue with check-in and check-out. The staff did not have my booking details while check-in and while checking out as well despite settling the bills in advance they took more than 30 mins to get their confusion with room booking using points cleared

Houskeeping services to the room can be quicker - like not reminding while asking for a dental kit or shaving kit Room cards go out at 12 pm sharp -check out time & you need to get them reactivated them I fell badly in the pool - while steeping in the pool guy , i am a big guy in size , swimming since 20 years , the step to the pool are pretty sleek & slippery need to be more strong & sturdier ( the life gaurd was good & thinking on his feet he applied the pain balm & massaged the leg so that damage /pain to leg is reduced) , I thank him profusely Another thing is it should be made compulsory to have shower and get into the pool that is not happening , even though you have a great shower area people are not doing it People are continuosly using mobile phones inside the pools for clicking photos in the breakfast section there is no social distancing happening even though tables are far away people are crowding in the buffet table it gets scary sometimes ,its scary i used the Bar & the services were good & the band was good but if you see people/ guest are taking glasses of drink out & moving in the lobby -some young kids that should not be allowed

This was my first ever stay with Accor. I had two rooms for a night and was super excited but somehow it didn't touch my expectations.. Entering the hotel was smooth i.e all covid precautions were well taken care off. No valet at the gate to park my car ( I am not sure Is this because of looking at the covid precautions?) Check-in was smooth. Room size were small comparatively to the other hotels in the city. The view from the room was horrified ( very disappointed). At the time of reservation, I had mentioned in the preference about B'day so that hotel could show some gesture in arranging a cake though, but sadly it was not honoured. I appreciates the room change which was done by Front desk people. But again the same horrified view. Mini bar in the room wasn't working. Called room service for Ceaser salad but unfortunately there was no lettuce available in the hotel ( seriously??) Later in the evening, asked for lemon , again unfortunately no lemon was available in the hotel. Room service is not 24/7 . Check out was smooth. Overall - it was not that good what I had expected. And please enroll me in your membership programme. Thank you

I stayed over weekend and experienced food, spa and stay. Very comfortable and awesome experience. The staff was very cooperative and quick in response for any requests. Food variety for breakfast buffet and at La cantina was really tasty. Kudos to the Chef Kailash!!

I stayed here two nights no one will answer from room and no response. Front desk and room service no one answer your calls. If they answer they didn’t provide service. I ordered around 9 pm few cool drinks they said ok and then after 1 and hour the guy you answered my phone after multiple tries he simply said we don’t have cool drinks. This is the worst service I ever seen.

Very friendly atmosphere at the reception , I have come across 2 guys in particular mr Sai Kumar and mr arnak are very good . Had a break fast issue with food exchange restaurant, service from the restaurant is below par . Expected much better .
