The stay was great, the staff were super helpful, the buffet was fantastic (especially breakfast), and the artisan making bracelets was a nice touch. It would be nice if there was an additional bar option and more beer options to add variety.

Hospitality at the venue is speech less and Amit, Salman & Shekar from F&B made sure everyone had a great experience. Service was really bad , as I am a Accor member they provided me with welcome voucher with 2 drinks they have mentioned we can redeem where ever and when ever inside Novotel while ordering from they are saying so don’t provide fruit juices for room then what is the use of providing vouchers , room service is really bad
