Team - I faced the following two situations, where I felt I need to express to the management. a) When I came into the check-in, I did not really feel welcomed, the expressions and the body language were very poor. Which I request management to take care of this, as this is where the first experience starts. b) At the restaurant for breakfast, I saw not many staff, and I finally decided to take a table, were, some staff saw me and did not even bother to check if there was cutlery or water on the table, and I had to request someone to get it. Post finishing the plate, the plates were not cleared, and I had to move the plate to use a new one.... very low customer service I did give my poor rating during my checkout, but wanted to call it loud now, as you wanted the feedback.

I booked a queen bed room and a twin bed room but I was given two twin bed rooms due to which I faced a lot of difficulty in sleeping with my kids. I look forward not to have such an experience again.

I never expected such a bad experience in a hotel. That entire room was full of a smell like hospitals. Such a bad, pathetic experience. I have been informed that the service person came and sprayed something as a room freshener, but I know that that smell will not go. It is coming from the Carpet.
