My stay was an average experience overall. The check-in process took around 30 minutes, which was longer than expected and could definitely be improved. The washroom was clean, but there was an issue with water overflowing from the bathtub area, which was inconvenient. As an Accor Gold member, I had requested a room upgrade. However, the request was declined citing overbooking, while availability was still visible across platforms. Additionally, I was informed that the room I booked was already considered an upgrade, so no further upgrade was possible. This was a bit disappointing and lacked clarity. On a positive note, the checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, hospitality and service responsiveness need improvement to match brand expectations.

The stay was nice but their was no complimentary breakfast available.
