The worst possible rooms, unclean sheets, soap holders broken and shabby, wonder how they got a 5 star rating. Staff has no clue, food arrived without sides, no apologies… gave twin bed where single was requested but not even informed till i reached the door. Will bever ever visit again.

Nice and comfortable experience. Our experience at the reception during check in was not great as the POS machine wasn’t working and the guest service doesn’t know I am paying points plus cash.
