No toiletries despite calling both housekeeping and reception multiple times Swimming pool was not usable AC not working

We sincerely regret that essential toiletries were not provided in your room despite multiple follow-ups with our housekeeping and reception teams. We also apologize that the swimming pool was not usable during your stay and for the discomfort caused by the air-conditioning not functioning as expected. I had a brief stopover at Hyderabad and stayed at Novotel for a night. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, well appointed and the service and staff was exceptional. The breakfast options are plenty too. All in all a great experience
