Was a wonderful stay experience. Been to Novotel multiple times and this was another leisure stay alongwith the family! The only disappointments were: a minor maintenance issue in the room late at the night, the AC drain started leaking through the wardrobe! But thankfully was fixed promptly within 30 mins. Food on day 1, dinner and breakfast the next morning was not that great but appreciate that the chef and staff heard our feedback and made it right the next day with better taste of food.
