Kitchen team not in sync with Bar team, lot of time taken in redeeming the voucher. Also request for Orange and Pineapple juice in the morning but it was not available although pineapple was available as cut fruit. Finally live cockroach in the refrigerator where the chutneys were placed Positive Point - Serving staff in the restaurant area is good. Recommendation - There should be a table for dinning in the room next to couch.

The coffee machine in my room was broken. The flush wouldn’t stop till it was pressed multiple times. It leaked on the last day. There’s was leaked from the floor above which leaked through the wardrobe and flooded the bathroom. The coffee shop staff didn’t under stand s as basic order. Overall a very disappoint ing experience!!!

The reservation email says so.ething and the front desk staff says something else. The room wasn't that great either. Chipped furnishing and white powdery substance from the walls lying on the floor. Felt like the staff had no intention to serve the customers either.
