Very poor experience with your staff, had to call many times from the room for water and basic items, for which they made me wait for more than 30mins and later i had to visit yhe front desk at ground floor from my room and raised a request for drinking water bottles. Even then they promised to send it in 5 mins which did not happen. Very frustrating service from a brand like this. The irony is when i visited the reception there were couple of staff which were least bothered to respond and were reacting as if this is a very small issue. While having my breakfast the next morning Mr. Kumar Duty manager had come in person and met at the dining area and took up the responsibility for not letting this happen again. This was a little satisfying as he responded kindly and was a real polite. After the breakfast i went back to my room and I rang from my room telephone again for some coffee and towel change and for some water. Again they did not respond. Finally i had to call again and when they picked up my call i told them to connect me to Mr.kumar, the duty manager, then he responded and things started sorting out. I must say staff like him makes the customer stay peaceful. He himself came to my room to deliver the required items which was very kind and generous and no other staff bothered. The ground staff Ms. Khushbu and the team ( dont remember the names ) should improve on customer services. I am a premium Bonvoy customer, this was my first stay at accor, and i must say i had the worst experience.

I am not satisfied with stay as AC was not working well complained 3 times but of no use at last i had to use table fan for sleep it was my very bad experience with Novotel.It was my special day as completed 25years of my marriage but its my bad day I thought of having good memories on my Anniversary with my wife as i heard Novotel Airport property was very good. But other than Stay everything was superb start from food Hospitality staff. Overall, the stay was very relaxing with family enjoying the pool, food and the gym facilities. The kids enjoyed the PS5 and those quick games along with playing lawn tennis and football.
