Dear Guest, At the very outset, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay with us at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. While we are pleased to note your kind comments regarding our lobby and rooms, we deeply regret that your overall experience was impacted by unexpected and excessive noise caused by gardening and construction activities around the pool area. We understand that you had specifically chosen our hotel to relax by the pool during your layover, and we truly regret that this disruption occurred without prior notice. Please accept our apologies for the unsatisfactory response you received from Accor Customer Care. This is certainly not the level of service or care we strive to provide our guests.
