Experience was great with Novotel Airport. Vipin helps a lot with quick checkin and Shweta with quick checkout. Food was amazing and staffs are very helpfull.

Overall stay & service was good. Being an Accor plus explorer + Accor silver member we requested at checkin for an upgrade which was outrightly rejected. Also since we were three people we asked for some discount on for the third person BUT that as well was rejected so was A bit let down with the behaviour of the checkin staff as she became quite stubborn. Hopefully i will get some loyalty back for my loaylty towards Accor if not at your hotel BUT at some other property.

The room is the same as a room in the transit airport hotel which is half the price. The only redeeming feature was the buffet dinner selection. This was worth the extra rupees.
