Food options are good. Refrigerator wasn’t working and We had to request for a new refrigerator after we checked in. Should’ve been taken care before we arrived. Room service is reasonably good. Room floors were not well maintained. Bed sheets aren’t neat.

Beautiful newly renovated Hotel Lobby. Rooms in desperate need of refurbishing. Wallpaper coming off. Mold and bad smell in bathrooms. AC noisy and difficult to control the temperature. During the night, waking up several times because of scratching and itching possible bed bugs.

It was a plesant stay at the hotel. I was surprised to notr that unless you some excess amount other than room rent you will not bentitled to book the bill to room.

Not worth a 5 star stay!

I had high expectations from the hotel however I was not happy with the rooms. The room size was very compact, my room didn't even have iron, which is a basic necessity. The bathroom utilities were not of good quality. Just a day before, I stayed in a 4-star hotel which was way better than Novotel. The room service was super slow, you ask for a knife they give you a butter knife after 1 hour. You order Mohito, they provide you one after 3 calls and 1.5 hrs. Very poor experience as per a 5 star hotel!
