Booked this "so called ⭐ hotel" for my wife to rest and quarantine before she goes home to see her sick dad. Personally called twice to confirm and reconfirm to book a pick up for her from the airport, even though it was ridiculously expensive (it was all about making her last mile of the journey a little comfortable). But to our disappointment no one showed up. My wife had to book a cab (if fact this guy was quite pleasant and helpful) to get to the hotel only to be disappointed again by the choice of the room they provided. It seems it was muggy with a moldy smell (water damage on the hardwood floor near the bathroom). Being tired already from the 20+ hr flight journey, my wife decided to give it a try having no patience to go back to the front desk to request for a room change. After pending 20mins talking to me and refreshing, she could not bear the smell and the suffocating feeling anymore. She decided to go home and quarantine and called her cousin to come pick her up. Glad that at least they agreed to cancel and refund the remaining 3days stay and only charged for 1 night though she only used it for a shower. At the time if check out the manager came down to offer a better room. I wonder why they didn't do it the first time around... Typical!!! It is in the best location possible for international travellers to stay before heading into the city... I wonder what kind of reception and experience they have here ... Thought the service in the hospitality business has improved in India, just hope this place is the only exception at this level of ✨. Not going to recommend to anyone I know or not know.

After completing the online App/Portal Booking Reservation, The Room Reservation was successfully done with an Agreed Early Check-in online from Around 3Am itself, but when I reached the Hotel I was Truly disappointed as the front office staff stated it's only for international purpose, not for India. That was really not Covincing/worth for such a Big Hotel like Accor Novotel Property to Display something misleading on App & Downside Playing thing in Reality to the Domestic Priority Customers. Now, Let Me Complete the Actual story, I should Appreciate the Novotel Staff they somehow made arrangements for my early check-in at 11 am, Entire Property staff were really pleasing and good, nice hospitality. Especially Nishu From Front Desk.

My family and I stayed here several times during my month long visit to India, we found the hotel to be a calming oasis, a reprieve from all the chaos (cancelled/rescheduled flights, frequent Covid PCR tests needed at the airport etc.) that comes with a complicated family travel itinerary . The rooms are clean, of efficient size with all modern comforts, good variety of breakfast lunch dinner choices. The airport vicinity is of a great convenience for family or business travel. The staff is very courteous, friendly and attentive to all our needs. Given the proximity to airport they were also very particular about the passport visa regulations. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would come back to stay again in future. Hari

Compare to other hotels Novotel is very poor in services and other attractions

The hotel is located next to the airport so if you have a small layover or you are a crew this little place is perfect for resting. It has a pool and a newly renovated reception area and cafe. The property itself is over 10 years old but the upjeep is good. If you want to meet a friend while staying, be aware that visitors are not permitted in the room.

Hi, overall, I was satisfied. I am very surprised that there is no 24x7 coffee shop esp. in an Airport Hotel. I stayed there as my friends were coming and I received them at International Arrivals at 3am in the morning. We wanted to have food to eat. Guests were not permitted in the room (understandable) and we were not allowed to order from in room dining and then consume in the lobby either. So we waited (for about 3 hours) till the buffet breakfast was open and then had breakfast. Expect more.

We had a lovely time at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. The best thing which I would like to appreciate was the early check-in and late check-out feature to ensure we can go to the airport. The rooms were clean and amazing. There were no hair dryers in the room though! The price of the food and drinks are extremely high. I definitely don't think it was worth it. The pool area is very nice. The team however allows people to get into the pool without the swim wear, which I personally find it very unhygenic. Overall, I wouldn't rate this hotel or the property very high compared to other Novotel Hotels.

I have had my own driver. Basics (clean toilets) amenities for them would be nice, would have paid nominal charge if needed. Also, only a single bath towel was provided in the baths whilst the room is for 2 adults.

5 reasons why you cannot stay @Novotel_Hyd_Ap @Accor 1. Fake #sanitise stickers - I saw the cleaning staff attach the sticker and leave the room. Letter someone else enters, does some work (no masks of course) and then just reattaches the sticker 2. Views of garbage from the window. At least clean up your own hotel garbage 3. Cleaning Staff with no #MaskUp, - both housekeeping staff did not wear masks even after pointing out. They were courteous, smiled but no masks 4. Really wet walls with #fungus and finally 5. Flushes that don’t work (no pictures there!). This is how @All members are treated ! And at INR 6000 plus taxes a night for the basic room, this is wildly poor value for money.

It is good hospitality. Location is excellent. But main restaurant is in upgradation. We can enjoy the food with testy. In hotel and restaurant is non smoking area. Room service also very good. My overall experience is excellent.

Stayed for a night over all experience was nice, team was warm and polite. Our check in was smooth and quick . Food was alright at the Square restaurant definitely missed Haldi ( Indian Speciality restaurant) Namrata from the guest services was sweet to check on our well being .

Smelling Water

- The property is well mentioned. - Staff seems to be totally overloaded. - The water in the shower is smelling (not what you would expect from such a property) The team explained me that on one side of the property they are having this issue and they offered me a room on the other side. What a joke. No-one is willing to listen to the possible reason for this. As the property has a Selvage treatment plant, water is reused for gardening and to flush the toilets. It happens in India that plumbers (not well educated) connect by mistake the wrong pipe to the Shower. The team is just saying this is not possible. But you can't see it as the pipes are hidden. As this is quite serious, I still recommend to seriously check on this. Open the wall and check. Let me know if I am correct. If not, it would be interesting to understand the real reason for the smell. Greetings from certified plumber.
