Having travelled to many hotels in india and experienced world-class customer service our group of 11 was very disappointed with this hotel. We had to look for the pool person to get towels- pool was cold & dirty. We had a very early morning flight but the slow customer service & incorrect food delivery delayed us by 1.5 hours. The food & drinks were not good. On checkin we were told our rooms weren't ready but we could pay to upgrade - when we pointed out the rest of our group were checked in for no additional charge we were told we were mistaken and wouldnt be charged 🙄

Reception was the only saving grace. Else everything in the hotel is very horrible service. No customer centricity and no training provided to staff at GP bar and other outlets. Terrible service will never recommend the hotel.
