We are equally grateful to Jakesh at the Front Office for a smooth and effortless check-in, setting the tone for a comfortable stay. Dining at The Square was a standout experience—the cuisine was exquisite, complemented by gracious, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations. From the moment of arrival to our final departure, the entire team ensured a seamless and memorable experience. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Guest Relations team, specifically Anchal and Priyasha. Their proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail regarding our room arrangements and specific requirements were deeply appreciated. Furthermore, Sayani, the Floor Incharge, demonstrated a commendable commitment to excellence, ensuring every request was executed to perfection. The culinary experience at the property is a particular highlight. The restaurant and coffee shop offer a sophisticated ambience that perfectly complements the high quality of the cuisine. We were impressed by the extensive variety of dishes, but even more so by the openness of the Chefs, who welcomed our feedback with genuine interest and professional grace. The entire service staff at the restaurant deserves recognition for their polite and attentive demeanor. Finally, our departure was made all the more pleasant by Kumar at the Front Desk, whose courteous and friendly assistance during checkout perfectly capped off our stay. The Novotel Hyderabad Airport team has mastered the art of hospitality. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property soon. Highly recommended.
