It's a home away from i visited this in September and it was unforgettable experience for me the hotel staff was so courteous and helpful in every way possible.the person in the hotel staff i meet chandu really helpful.The rooms are spacious,the bathrooms wear neat and clean. Coming to food quality,it was superb and delicious.there Chef santhosh was fantabulous tq🥰😍🤗.

Stay is good so far Staff are quite friendly Food is good the chicken 65 is very nice. bar is good they have a 3 for 2 happy hour which is fantastic. Vishnu was very good and kind for the house keeping.

When we think of Mercure and having stayed at different mercure hotels in the world, we expect a class. This was somewhere missing. The bed was wrinkly, and there were hair from previous guests which showed that the same bedsheet was used. I had ordered pasta as there was nothing great in the all day dining menu, and the pasta was so sweet that it felt I was having dessert instead of dinner. While my room got changed, it was the same thing which was seen in the other room. Bed linen are either not washed and ironed properly or are reused. A lot needs to be done.
