We will review our maintenance procedures to ensure that such issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly in the future, preventing similar inconveniences for our guests. Secondly, I regret to hear that the cleaning service in your room was not up to expectations. Our team strives to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and it is disappointing to learn that this was not your experience. The explanation provided—that the room was busy and thus not cleaned because you were out all day—is unacceptable, as guest comfort and satisfaction should always be prioritized regardless of occupancy levels.
