Staff were very attentive and polite and always asking if we needed anything. Special thanks to the hospitality staff and to Paramesh for looking after us. This hotel has its own water filtration system and the water (even in your room) is complimentary and completely safe to drink (a huge relief for us). We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 weeks while we had dental work done so a lot of our time was spent in our room recovering. Glad we went for the larger room for the coffee table and extra space. Air con is adjustable and the wifi was excellent. Buffet is good (especially breakfast) but it would be nice if there were more “spice free” options. Location… wished it was easier to get around so we could go to other restaurants at half the price, but this is not an area that is walk friendly, so if we went anywhere, it was by car so this detracted from getting a higher score. Pricing I think is on par with other hotels in the area which are all a bit on the expensive side, although being a fairly modern building with reliable wifi and air con was a big win for us. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This was our first time with the Mercure Hyderabad, but our 2nd with a Mercure hotel. Right from the check in to check out, everything was a breeze. Ms. Khashish and her colleagues at the front desk, the room service delivery personnel, the stewards at the Bar on the Terrace, Mr. Reddy Director Sales and the personnel in the restaurant were all smiles, welcoming and made our stay comfortable and memorable. My wife is a detail person and very rarely gets impressed the 1st time in any hotel that we stay in. During both our stays in the Mercure hotels, the 1st being in the Grand Mercure, Mysore and this being the 2nd, she was all praise. Mercure going forward looks to be our preferred choice the way we were looked after. Kudos to the Hotel group for reaching a 1000 hotels worldwise.

The rooms and property are good. The service is not. They want to give another room just because its available even if the booked room is of higher category. The breakfast staff is very laid back, you ask for something from them they either dont get back or take forever. The iverall hospitality can get better. Location and everything else including cleanliness and housekeeping is top notch.
