I have informed 2 days back about my arrival and I asked for room upgrade from Deluxe to Suite rooms but team not able to arrange. As a gold customer I have expected that and I also informed I will staying for only 2 hours besides all this they have greeted that my room upgraded to deluxe(it was actually deluxe, how well they treat customer priorities?) Moreover team in reception not aware how to burn all Accor points. They took enough of my time, my stay is 2hours they took 30mins for check out, not acceptable.

Issues identified during my stay at Mercure Hyderabad KCP: • Initially, I was not provided with soaps, a comb, or loafers. Later, soaps and a comb were given, but loafers were still missing. • I noticed mosquitoes in the room. • The quality of the ironing board was very poor. • It would have been better if cutlery and a small knife had been provided to help cut fruits. • Breakfast was good.
