I had an amazing stay at Mercure Hyderabad KCP. Right from check-in, the entire team made me feel welcome. A big thanks to Aman (GM) for the warm hospitality and the surprise suite upgrade. Really appreciate the gesture. Suraj was equally helpful throughout the stay and made sure everything went smoothly. The food deserves a special mention. Honestly, I don't think I had a single dish that I didn't like. Every meal was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Whoever is leading the kitchen is doing a fantastic job... the chef genuinely deserves a raise! Also, thanks to Sai from the restaurant team for taking such good care of us every time we dined. The room was spotless, service was quick, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. It's the small things that make a stay memorable, and this team gets those things right. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in Hyderabad. Keep up the great work!

Overall decent stay. However there are no room upgrades which has been until now even being Gold member. I have stayed in this hotel 2 nights in a month since last 6 months but there has not been upgrade even once. Additionally, there are no welcome benefits or deserts given in room to make you feel valuable as Gold member. Hospitality is seen on how you treat members and it’s not about small deserts but how you treat and welcome them especially being frequent guests.
