The rooma are outdated, cleanliness is bellow standards, staff really slow even on off peak hours. That is not how a 4 star hotel for this kind of money should look like. But the food was amazong both in the restaurant and room service that balanced the experience.

Stayed for 3 N on official tour and very convenient for the purpose and close to lake and shopping centre and I must thank front desk manager Mr Roy (?) for having permitted me to stay for an additional hours and the restaurant was really good in ambiance, variety and taste!
