Everything went well but the room had small flys, like fruit flys. the staff never seem to be able to get rid of them.

As usual there's a another good experience. Mr. Aditya welcomed me and Ms. Annanya helped me during check out even though I forget to book my cab she has arranged it nicely. Great kudo's to Restaurant team. Same smiling face, gentle and soft. Keep it up guys. Good team work. House keeping is behind the scenes. But they are very very important. Staff at the reception, restaurant and bar were really courteous and helpful. Excellent well maintained rooms. Ram Charan from IT was quick to solve my internet speed issue. You should consider building a roof top pool which is the only thing missing at this property :)

Room to my choice was given to someone else, I was given a smoking room when I had a clear non smoking room choice.

Rooms was just perfect . Front desk was the support. House keeping was above expectation. Chef Dipak Adhikari has got magic on his hands . He is the jewel of Mercure Hyderabad. It's like "A must visit to taste the delicesy of his dishes " Masterly Pomfret " was the master stroke.

Was very appalled to see unclean towels in the washroom. 2 of the small towels were stinking, not sure if it was washed. Also did not find shaving kit and body cream in the room. These are bare basics even a small hotel provides. Hope this can be looked upon and improvised. But sure would like to thank for the an early breakfast arrangement on my way back to airport.

Overall its nice. But, the bathroom is somewhat narrow. Its okay for young adults, but for elderly or sick peoples, it is very much cramped. Staffs are good, service is good. Overall a pleasant stay.
