We visited Mercure Hyderabad from Melbourne and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Special mention to Mr Amandeep under whose leadership we experienced an exceptional level of care and professionalism. From the very beginning, he added a personalised touch to every detail, that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel restaurant is a real gem. The staff took the time to explain local dishes with enthusiasm and were more than happy to make modifications to suit our dietary requirements and allergies, all without compromising on taste. Every meal was a delight- in particular, the nizami vegetarian handi and bagara baingan were absolute standouts and our favourites. Overall, the combination of thoughtful management, attentive service, and outstanding food made our stay truly memorable. You are in good hands end to end. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
