The hotel is amazing and well-located. Furthermore, the staff is friendly and very supportive. Mr Chaitanya Saraya from the F&B department is very caring and empathetic. He takes good care of the events and guests. Look forward to many more pleasant surprises.

A. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Everything was very comfortable. The Cayenne staff especially Ms. Wil was very courteous and always made sure of meeting our needs. The chef's were very friendly with the kids and housekeeping did an exemplary job. The only thing in deficit was that we received a cold welcome from the front office upon our check-in on 12 December. Our first impression which was ruined which was patched up further.
