Despite being a three-star rated hotel, there was no staff available to assist with luggage handling, leaving guests to manage on their own. The room was average, and essential amenities such as a brushing kit were not provided; the tea kit was minimal and sufficient for only a single serving. During breakfast hours, the dining area appeared understaffed, resulting in inadequate table cleaning and service.
