My overall experience was good, the ambience was soothing, the staff was helpful and helped us change our room, helped us keep our luggage post check out as well. I would definitely recommend it to others. I have given 9 out of 10 and has deducted 1 point because of the restaurant. The food is good but my first experience in their restaurant 'spice it' was not good. We have to order from their scanner and no one came to offer water or ask anything, took 40 minutes for a simple pasta. I had to go thrice and ask them. They also charged service charges separately even after not providing any service at the restaurant. Otherwise everything was good.
