So had a few grown men in the same floor acting like small children who had gone to their friends home for a sleepover. At 1.18am in the morning and after 3 phones calls to the front desk the men had still not been moved even though they had opend and closed doors 10 times within one hour. The front desk solution was that they cannot do more then tell the men to stop the noise or the loud laughing or all of that. I have recorded their noise and can upload it for all to hear but these lot have not been thrown out and the front desk staff saying the hotel had been sold out. So all others suffer but do not throw these lot out. Dont come into the hotel to get on with what you want to do quietly but disturbing others is something the hotel has no problem with and throwing them out of the hotel is not a solution but moving quiet non disturbing guests is a solution They had booked 516 and 514 along with another room 518. Their answer was so sorry please dont report us. And then 2 seconds later they are closing doors. The "leader" kept saying bro please stop and still kept at it So do not stay here as staff cannot handle trouble makers. Unfortunately every person that enters the hotel cannot be judged on whether they are trouble makers or not unless they stay there and someone complains about them. The rest of us who come to the hotel and dont give others a chance to complain are better of finding hotels capablw of handling such people

The room ac was not working they changed the room later the toilet flush was not working . Very bad maintenance

Breakfast items & making it available hot can be an area of improvement. The service team is thinly populated during breakfast time & poor follows keep running every now & then to serve guests. Can anyone look into it?
