The services and approach was very bad. There were no precautions due to corona virus was taken at the time of new guest arrivals. Restaurant services were very pathetic. Everyday different quantity and quality of dishes were served under same name.

I am very much dissatisfied the response of staff of cafe Food ordered at 9.15 pm and it is delivered by 11.15pm Inspite of calling 3 times, no one is bothered to call me back and provide the answer why it is delay even complaining to your reception , no body called me back Finally got a reason that we forget....how disgusting getting this reply. I need to travel next day early morning and I am doing dinner till 12 I can't expect such a service from IBIS Secondly room number 117, in shower once u set the temp of water by adjustment after few minutes suddenly start hot water, which is almost burn your skin. Then again cold and hot, I don't know which type of service you are providing to customer and irresponsible behavior

We waited almost 1 hour to check in as rooms were not ready. Though, we confirmed timing on phone. We arrived at 1.30 pm and got check in by 2.15 AM.

The hotel and Food is good. The staff is cooperative. but i have few concerns. 1st, the wash room at the reception always give foul odd smell. Even after informing to the reception personal it has been not addressed. This has to be addressed to improve overall hygiene. Secondly, i have complained about the bread toaster which never works. Even after complaint they have neither changed nor rectified. So they are very slow in rectifying the issues.

Helpful staff specially Prashant from restaurant. And special thanks to a lady near entrance who help all the passenger to get down from vehicle. ( I do not know her name ). My CAR was puncture while check out she helped me to arrange local help to change my Tyre. Approach was really appreciated.
