I recently stayed at ibis, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The check-in process was just okay but far from smooth. It took longer than expected and didn’t feel organized or welcoming. The room itself was terribly small, making the stay uncomfortable from the start. The air conditioning was another major issue — it took nearly three hours before the room temperature became even slightly cooler than outside, which is simply unacceptable. Service responsiveness was very poor. I requested an ashtray at 1 PM and only received it at 7 PM, after making several follow-up calls. That level of delay reflects badly on housekeeping and room service coordination. The food quality was equally disappointing. I ordered a club sandwich and tawa fish — the sandwich barely had any chicken, and the fish was extremely hard, overloaded with batter, and lacked taste. Later in the evening, I ordered dal rice, which was completely saltless and served in an inappropriate portion size. To make matters worse, the room phone was not working. After nearly an hour of complaining, they finally replaced it. Basic room functionality should not require repeated follow-ups. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor service, substandard food, and uncomfortable room conditions. I would not recommend this property based on my stay.

Very small rooms with pathetic bathroom.....staff seemed rude. Even after prior payment the rooms were not kept ready and a poorly sanitised smelly room was alloted.
