In-House Dining Needs Improvement, but Exceptional Service by Sumit and His Team

Everything during our stay was good, except for the in-house dining experience. Both the Chef and the F&B team were present, but they seemed unsure about how to manage the operations or provide a hospitable atmosphere for guests. They likely handle local clients just fine, but lacked the attention to detail expected from an international brand. On the other hand, Sumit and his team were outstanding. They were always present and attentive, ensuring excellent service for guests. I particularly noticed Sumit engaging with every guest at the front desk, exemplifying the true hospitality and brand values of Ibis
