Restaurant dining experience was disappointing. We came from a long journey. Has to personally walk to the F&B desk to ask for water. Then we placed order online by scanning the code kept on the table. After waiting for more than 15-20 mins, we again had to go to F&B desk to enquire and then came to know that ordered drink is not available. It is good to use automation if it can reduce cost and resources but not by compromising efficiency. Looks like there is no mitigation plan in place to handle such situations. Also, staff seems untrained.

Room prices are considerably high in comparison to the room sizes and facilities provided. The breakfast quality and service were unsatisfactory & delayed. Additionally, the staff appeared to lack proper training. Overall, the experience was disappointing
