It was a decent experience. No major negatives. I have back ache and a hard-bed (bonded, instead of foam/spring) would be really helpful. Issues in bathroom/ toilet- 1. Too small 2. Shower isn't great. Although it's adjustable hand shower, it's not convenient at all. 3. Empty bottles of body wash/had wash- not replaced. Had to call the service and ask for it. Cleanliness was good. Service was prompt. Staff was polite and helpful. Food- ordered dal khichdi. Extremely disappointed with the portion size. Taste was very good though.

1. Unprofessional behavior at reception 2. Inspite of informing that there is no soap solution in the room nobody cared.They kept on sayingthey will send it and they never did it 3. Food quality is deteriorated Absolutely dissatisfied
