Not a great stay, amenities in the room was not enough for two people. Front office and IRD staff was damn rude and they lack of basic courtesy. Coffee in IRD and in the restaurant was terrible. They don't even provide umbrella to go to the parking even it is heavily raining. IRD closes at 11:00 PM so you have to stay hungry if you are coming late to the hotel. Asked for wine glasses but IRD associate denied saying that they don't have wine glass in the hotel where else your shelf in the bar was full of wine glasses. While checking out I was sharing my feedback but girl standing at reception was least bothered about the same.

Really Bad experience

Room that we were given had cockroaches and ants. We complained and then we were shifted to a new room. Thanks for that but there were so many other glitches in the hotel. The breakfast was being served in a really weird manner. We had to stand from a distance, see the dished and point out to the person who was serving everyone. What is the point of buffet in this? I mean how can I explain the quantity I need and then the person who was serving was giving us bad looks if I asked him for more than 2 dishes. They do not have English breakfast options unlike other Ibis brances. They don’t even know how to make eggs. The eggs were undercooked. Overall the food was tasteless so I had to order breakfast from outside. Then the room service was bad. I asked them for some cutlery and they snapped back at me that I have to come down and collect the cutlery. Seriously what’s the point of calling it a hotel when they are behaving like a hostel. I don’t think after this experience I will ever stay at an Ibis hotel. Really awful experience. Not at all worth the money. Really would like a refund.

Always prefer to stay at Ibis all over India, most comfortable stay. Everything is fine, except for one small comment: there is hardly any place to meet our guests in the lobby for a discussion - this is the case in almost all Ibis hotels. We need to sit in the restaurant - not always convenient. Will be great if some more sofas are provided.

It was an average stay. I am a Accor member. There was no social distancing observed, lobby was crowded, room was also not that clean but was manageable.

Room amenities were all useful & working well. Usual problems faced are TV remote batteries weak, charging sockets not working, etc. but all was well in my room. Breakfast variety was sufficient & covid protocol followed in serving was good.

Good Service at affordable rate . Good breakfast spread you get. Quality Hospitality personal behaviour of all management staff was truly good. Cleanliness was observed , room were well maintained. Only thing is washroom/restroom are too compact. The service and food was amazing. The property was beautiful. The stay was welcoming.Over all it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend everyone to experience a stay.

I was expecting a shorter time for checking in to the hotel. I have to wait for more than 30 minutes in my last visit. They should have priority check-in for members..... Rest all is fine as expected from IBIS. Vairaty of desert must be increased.

Decent rooms, but small bathrooms. Check in was hassle free. Quality of food was poor to say the least. Even the toiletries and bathroom linen was nowhere near what's expected from a star hotel. The staff was helpful and prompt which was the saving grace!
