Am writing to bring an unfortunate issue to your attention regarding the iron provided in the lobby area. During my stay on last day at IBIS, I used the iron to press my shirt before heading out. Unfortunately, the soleplate was heavily soiled with residue, which ended up staining and spoiling my shirt. As, this was intended for guest convenience, I had assumed it was clean and ready for use. I wanted to flag this so the appliance can be cleaned or replaced immediately to prevent this from happening to other guests.
