Thank you ibis, for yet another great stay! Very warm and humble staff, convenient and comfortable stay, great location if you're concerned about safety, hotel is close to a hospital, a south indian outlet, mcd, kfc, burger king and many others, walking distance from metro station and 5 mins from karachi bakery, best for solo travellers, must say breakfast had a variety of options and quick make to order items with a phenomenal taste. My south Indian taste buds were satisfied ! Good and friendly vibe to the place.

Serious lack of service, especially in housekeeping. After cleaning the room, the staff didn't change or clean the used glasses, cups, and stirring sticks properly and placed the used items in the tray. I could even smell the beverage I had in the morning and some remaining residue sticking to the utensils. This is very unhygienic and substandard. During my stay, I had to raise this issue twice. Despite escalation, there was no change in the practice. I had to follow up multiple times to get the drinking water bottle. In short, my stay was very disappointing.

The hotel scores well on location, ambience, and security — all excellent. Food quality was good, and breakfast was particularly enjoyable. However, the guest experience at check-in fell short. On arrival, there was no one to welcome guests or assist with luggage — I had to carry my own bags to the room. Reception staff limited themselves strictly to billing, with no proactive engagement, guidance, or willingness to answer questions beyond what was explicitly asked. Overall, the experience felt entirely transactional: pay, take your key, and you're on your own for any further assistance. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel for company staff stays.

The overall experience was somewhat disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the food was served cold, which significantly affected the experience. I expected much better quality and service from the hotel. Additionally, when I called housekeeping from my room to request towels and other basic amenities that were missing, no one attended to the request or delivered them. I eventually had to go down to the front desk myself to ask for them, which was inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and the responsiveness of the staff to ensure a better experience for future guests.
