Excellent hospitality! Despite my late-night arrival, Mr. Vikas and Mr. Bhanu ensured a smooth check-in and arranged food for me. Mr. Vikas also went above and beyond by informing me about my forgotten laptop charger and helping me retrieve it effortlessly. His professionalism and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable. Please direct your staff at reception counter and at restaurant to have a smiling face. Teach your that there's no harm in wishing the guest with a good morning , good afternoon etc when they see them. However, your room service staffs were courteous.

I had booked this hotel through Quest2Travel for the period from 19th to 22nd May. However, upon reaching the hotel at evening on 19th, I was informed by the reception staff member Mr. Manikanta that my booking had not been confirmed. Despite having a valid booking shown on Quest to Travel Portal , there was no proper support or accountability shown initially, and I was simply told that all rooms were occupied. When I decided to shift to another nearby hotel, Mr Manikanta suddenly arranged two separate rooms for our group of three members, assuring that another room would be provided the next day. This last-minute arrangement reflected poor coordination and lack of professionalism. More disappointingly, the room allocated to me was specially designed for differently-abled guests, and the wash basin pipe was leaking badly. What was most shocking was that this issue was never informed to me before handing over the room. It created an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, and I could not sleep properly that night. The entire experience reflected poor customer service, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior from the concerned reception staff. Only after repeated complaints on the Next day did another reception member arrange an alternative room. Overall, it was a highly unpleasant and disappointing stay experience, and I expected far better professionalism and guest management from the hotel.

Delight service Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at ibis Hyderabad Hitech City. The service throughout my stay was excellent,the rooms were maintained with well cleanliness , Beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and hygienic, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Nandini and Bhanu from the Reception team for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Also, heartfelt appreciation to RAJESH from the Housekeeping for making the My stay very comfortable and overall experience smooth and welcoming.
