Had a wonderful stay at ibis hotel. Everything was truly excellent from the beutiful rooms to the overall ambience. The service was really outstanding, the staffs ware extremely polite and friendly they are always ready to help. Special thanks to Nandini, Akhilesh Jogendra,sita ram. The food was delicious, rooms are equipped. Overall it was perfect stay.

I was astonished to see the condition of my room no 423 after spending so much money. Poor cleaning condition in bathroom, bathroom lock not working, room lock not able to open 4 times and in each time I have to follow with ibis people to open the door. They open door using screwdriver 😐. Will definitely not recommend to anyone
