Very small and dirty washroom

Room change request was sent to the receptionist, refused. The tv is placed diagonally and was discomforting. Room is dark and does not have a proper place to work. Team at reception was rude and not accommodating. I did not had a good time.

The facility and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are also very tidy and neat, and the breakfast had both continental and desi cuisines. Multiple commute options available from this location - autos, cabs, bike taxis, metro station is close by. And there are quite a few good restaurants in and around this region. Connecting to wifi was but if a task, and the rooms Don’t have much signal strength for Airtel.
