Airport pick up, check in, went very well. Room was comfortable, a little jaded but comfortable and clean. Washroom was well equipped and clean. IRD was prompt, efficient and the good was good.. Though slightly limited in terms some options. Lobby is busy and active with the expected IBIS vibe. Cons No travel desk. Breakfast spread was good but slightly unplanned. No milk near the cereal set up and cereal bowls were kept at far end of the buffet so you need to walk up yo the end and come back. Unplanned Morning exercise:). Also I had to ask for Milk for my cereal. In the middle of the night, there was a power failure in my room and upon checking the corridor area I realised it was just my room. Called the customer service desk.. A male staff member answered and I enquired about the issue.. The reply promptly came back 'Yes, one minute' and disconnected the line. Strange!! This must have been around 12 am or so Staff that made a difference, the airport pick up and drop driver, Ranjanadhani in front desk, and IT person... I think his, name was Vinay. They were all excellent and went the extra mile. Mayank from reservations too, was very efficient. Overall a good hotel but could put in some more effort of upgrading a few service aspects

Hotel is basic, clean, simlle B&B kind.. Food options are limited for dinner.. But value for money
