Nothing looks organized, for every small standard thing also , we need to call and request to arrange. TV was not working, there were no brushing kit, shaving kit, nothing was available. Cleanliness is also not upto the mark.

Room maintainer left the door unlocked for the whole day, I found the other pair of access card in the room. In room service experience is very poor food ordered takes 1hr to delivered even lime juice takes 1 hr lol.

Everyday prices were increasing and according the price you were not providing the services in television there was only one option (Gemeni Tv)

The room dine in facility is probably the worst of all. I don’t really understand the idea of waiting for 2 hours for you to send food and on top of it not the complete order and then even after waiting for another hour, you didn’t send the complete order. Unbelievable it is

In my carrier this was the worst hotel which I have seen. They charge like give stars hotel, even in oyo rooms will get some facility. If we request anything will get after one hour that also with some missing items. Room is so conjusted ama we were not having the place to keep luggage also. Toilet was very small and for kids it's ok. For adults t he ey struggle lot I recommend all not to visit this hotel itself. Instead of staying in the hotel better you stay on the road.

As usual I like IBIS as its no nonsense hotel . clean and as usual sufficient to stay ideal for two members

one small request is in some rooms of your property the soap dishes in the shower cubicle are missing. please see that they are available. and in room 304 which I stayed had one light not working near the vanity mirror. I know these are all silly and simple issues. but every time asking your staff to replace them when we are in the room is very ugly. as such the mini bar fridges are replaced every time on my request promptly. But otherwise for a group like Accor , am sure will definitely look into these kind of small issues .

As they didn’t have different rooms like suite, etc. And the rooms are very small, just one restaurant which is used for lounge, bar, and all meals to serve. Didn’t reach my expectations. I like Accor hotels except ibis, sorry to say that.

I called hotel before booking my stay and hotel agreed for Early check-in at 12:30. When I arrived after booking, they asked for extra payment for early check-in or wait for 1.5 hrs for booking. Poor quality of food at hotel restaurant and overall did not met my expectations
