Although you see airport shuttle available, it's not to terminal 2. Room is clean but don't expect much. No iron,no hair dryer,, (available per request),no shampoo ,no conditioner. They have a product for body and hair which is bad for either. However ,room is clean and beds are comfortable,breakfast is excellent

It's good to see familiar faces over the year. The standards have gone down drastically and the staff and extremely stretched between Mercure and Ibis. The shuttle service is only one way and as a result cannot be called a shuttle. Extremely disappointed on that front.

I stayed at ibis Styles Dubai Airport on 12–13 October 2026 in Room 748 and thoroughly appreciated the excellent hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness of the hotel team. The service was outstanding and made my stay genuinely enjoyable. However, I noticed numerous dark spots and stains on the ceiling, particularly around the smoke detector and other ceiling-mounted fixtures. While their exact nature is uncertain, they could indicate accumulated dust, surface contamination, or a moisture-related issue requiring professional inspection. I have photographs documenting these observations and strongly recommend that management arrange a thorough inspection, appropriate cleaning, and any necessary corrective maintenance. This feedback is intended constructively, as I believe the hotel's excellent service deserves to be complemented by equally high standards of cleanliness and preventive maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning.
