Once again we were very welcomed to the residences as always. However, on the last day, i noticed my son getting little red bite marks on his neck, shoulders and arms. We traveled back home and had to go and see a doctor to find out what is was, it was diagnosed as bed bug bites. We were in room 959 and he was sleeping in the two single bed room with his brother. I would like to bring this to your attention and hope the matter is addressed.

The kitchen lacked spatula and frying pan was damaged. No kitchen cleaning supplies were provided. Pool bar was unattended for periods due to only a single attendant

Was good but not enough to bring me back or recommend it to someone else would have been 10 out of 10 if room had usb ports and if hotel extended the courtesy of providing us with couple of detergent pods and dishwasher pods. Washing machine, dishwasher etc was the primary reason we booked ur place for our family and expected atleast one detergent pod and dishwasher pods...after repeated request I was directed to hypermarket..I went there and couldn't find small packaging..ended wasting my precious vacation time Absence of usb ports in room added to frustration as well.
