Excellent location and close to metro station and markets. Front desk is very polite and helpful. However the service for rooms was not at all upto standards.the team was really very casual and it did not met the 5 star standards. We understand its Panademic but house keeping staff should be groomed and supvervisor must ensure the team works professionally. We would not want any strict action against housekeeping but they should be explained their job.

It is now the 3rd time this year I have stayed in the Pullman City Centre Residences. Two of the stay were during the COVID-19 pandemic. Off course hygiene measures are important and I was very happy about the hygiene measures and precautions in the hotel. Rooms are well sanitized and the housekeeping team does an amazing job. I was very satisfied with the team responsible for the 10th floor (Mr. Shambhu and Mr. Stamby). All hotel employees actually were very friendly and helpful. The hotel management implements a high level of hygiene measures while keeping all services running (pool, spa and gym). The breakfast is also well organized while offering an incredible choice and quality of food and dishes. The apartments are spacious and are fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, freezer and fridge and oven. Every room has a balcony some of the rooms a very nice furnished terrace. The Hotel is attached to the Deira City Centre which is very convenient as you can do the shopping very easy and do not need to travel around. Checking in and out is done very speedy. Gym, Spa and Pool facilities are fully operational. It's a very suitable hotel facility if you travel alone or as a couple or a small family as a tourist or for business purposes. The location is excellent as its a 5 minutes drive to the airport and 10 minutes to the Dubai Mall. However many tourist attractions are closed by like the creek, Dubai museum and other shopping places like the festival city. I can only highly recommend the Hotel.

Great Stay

This is my first time in Dubai, I've chosen Pullman because it has direct access to DCC where my partner works. Upon arrival at the hotel, an associate immediately help me with my luggage. Checking in at the front desk was easy but I requested for creek view but unfortunately, it was not fulfilled. The room is spacious with almost everything on it. Every time I make a request they fulfill it quickly. The hotel staffs are very accommodating. The only thing I didn't like that much was the bed, it's not that comfortable. Overall stay was great I would definitely come back again in the future.

Mine was a stay of 23 days. Everything went well for me. I must say, staff members are very attentive, helpful and considerate. Facilities are very good. Location is extremely convenient. Amazing staff

I loved the room and the facilities. But the highlight of this property is the staff. Michelle was amazing and super helpful. David and Yassin also. The girl from Nepal at the restaurant ( I'm so sorry I forgot her name). The housekeeping lady was great and even my wife ( she is a tough customer) was very satisfied of her work. Please congratulate them for me. I do know that Dubai right now is more about redundancy and salary cut but try your best to keep your employees as they were truly amazing and made my stay confortable while I was stressed with errants and stressful process to complete, I had at least the hotel subject well taking care of and no stress to have about it.
