First time in 2023 I stayed in the Hotel, but now in 2026 I stayed at the residences, I liked both, but obviously I prefered the Hotel, maybe because its more modern and it has direct access to the restaurants and the DCC mall, but the residences are still top notch👌

the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. The apartments were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our stay much more pleasant. However, there are some negative points that need attention. Some of the furniture is worn out and needs renovation. There was also an unpleasant smell in the apartments and hallways, which was disappointing. The bathrooms are very old, especially the bathtubs. Some were broken and the drainage was poor. This issue needs urgent attention to prevent it from affecting the hotel’s reputation. Overall, with some improvements and maintenance, this hotel has the potential to be outstanding.

Our check-in experience was smooth and memorable thanks to Shanilka and Yasir. Shanilka greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt at ease after a long journey. Yasir was quick, efficient, and extremely friendly, he handled our luggage and patiently showed us all the room's features, making sure nothing was confusing. They both went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, it's rare to see staff work together so seamlessly while still making every guest feel personally cared for. Their professionalism mixed with genuine friendliness really stood out to us.
