My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Residences. The staff were very helpful with special mention of Tham, Nur Alam and Filomene. When we faced challenges with our reservation due to flight cancellation, Kelvin stepped up and assisted us.

Stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Residences and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect—close to the creek and all major spots. The atmosphere is calm and modern, making it great for both work and relaxation. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. In terms of value, it’s definitely worth it for the quality they offer. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is genuinely impressive. A special mention to housekeeping guy Gam, who was extremely polite and kept the room spotless throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Checked in early. Hotel staff excellent customer services. Room was spacious and clean. A big surprise from the hotel staff with a birthday cake. That was a special moment, which I will never forget. Location was great too, Deira City Center and Metro all beside the Hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

I’m used to staying at deira city centre Pullman even back when it was still Sofitel. The recent two stays were very disappointing. While the rooms were spacious the facilities weren’t up to standard. The TV in the main bedroom didn’t work and so did one of the phones. The sofa bed was broken and this isn’t the first time, in the previous time I stayed I encountered the same issue and reported it but no one fixed it and I thought this time it’s going to be different but I was proved to be wrong. There’s an outside doorbell near the back entrance of the hotel and no matter how many times you pressed no one bothered to come and open the door for you unless you wave and knock and someone actually notices it. Then comes the heater which didn’t balance well and made showering an unpleasant experience. Breakfast also needs an upgrade but that’s fine as I usually have breakfast outside.

we have requested for a room change because of issue with bathroom ...during our 6 days stay the management even did not give an option for change
