Hallway carpet is much better than ur guestroom carpet Adult pool is one level of depth not all of us are born swimmers Lifeguard also unfriendly not accommodating The basic toiletries are not present upon arrival and shud always be made upon request which is annoying, only one shampoo one shower gel and no body lotion

Good stay as usual. Corona precautions were established in the lobby (luggage disinfection and temperature check). Some concerns regarding breakfast, servers should definitely disinfect their hands, even if they are wearing gloves, after taking dishes from one customer and before serving dishes to another person. wearing gloves doesn't mean corona can be transferred from one dish to another. Table is being disinfected but as mentioned earlier, gloves should be disinfected after touching any dish from a customer.

I was accommodated with a very professional way by Mr. Islam. He even ahowed some empathy since we were not able to join our flight. The room was complete and cozy. I enjoyed also the pool. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
