Prons. I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks and everything was well organized and clean. Breakfast was great each morning. Especially I'd like to thank housekeeping guy, his name is Liam (I hope didn't mistake), he was polite and also helped to find my USB flash drive when I forgot it in a room before I changed it. Cons. While I was living in the first room, I found two cockroaches on two separate occasions. 😕

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very cooperative, and our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the laundry service, as a 24-hour turnaround feels a bit long. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

I recently had a 7-night stay at Novotel Deira Creekside Dubai. Overall, it was a decent stay with a lot to offer in terms of convenience, though a few areas need attention. What worked well: * Location: The hotel’s position is ideal—just steps away from Deira City Centre mall and close to the Metro station. * Rooms: The bedroom area was decent, clean, and comfortable for the duration of the stay. Areas for improvement: * Washroom Layout: The washroom felt quite cramped with the glass partition. A larger layout would make a noticeable difference for longer stays. * Vegetarian Breakfast Selection: The breakfast spread severely lacks variety for vegetarians. I had to resort to eating nearly the exact same items daily—mostly pre-packaged/frozen aloo parathas or poha. Given that a good proportion of their guests are Indian, the vegetarian offerings desperately need an upgrade. * In-Room Dining: The room service menu was very limited, which led me to eat out for most of my meals. Verdict: Overall, not a bad choice if you prioritize central location and easy metro access, but the culinary options—especially vegetarian breakfast—and washroom sizing leave room for improvement.

Give some extra check out time to long time members like members who are over 10 years because 2pm is very short atleast 4pm but if the hotel is filled then i fully understand that you reyire the room by 2pm but if its only 25% filled then more time is appreciated.
