The hotel is well located opposite deira city centre and not far from the airport. Check in was smooth and all the staff were really accomodating. The rooms were big enough for a couple and well maintained The only downside is the lack of electrical plug near the bed. Food was decent during breakfast but also quite repetitive. The room however deserves a little bit of modernisation

Comfortable beds, good service. Carpet in my room had dark stains. The hotel overall (lobby, restaurant, sleeping room) did not feel as clean as I would expect.the most disappointing part of the stay was the number of prostitutes in Vertigo. My colleague and I could not find a table to sit Thursday evening because 6 of the tables were taken by prostitutes. They are visible walking through the lobby. I would not advertise this hotel is good for families.

The stay has been pleasant. Room service was excellent by Miss Rukma, she provided good room service, was professional, well informed of all formalities and helpful. The staff at the swimming pool was very friendly and professional. Overall good hotel and excellent location.
