We have been at Novotel creekside Deira for 4 nights in December 2025 and we experienced great welcome and services. The pool was nice and the location of the hotel is perfect because it is located exactly in front of city center Deira and it’s would be so comfortable for you to go shopping at any time you want to. The room service was excellent and all of our needs as passengers were meeted. The hotel personnel were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms and other spaces were completely clean and tea, sugar, coffee and milk was charged everyday. There was even low calorie sweetener available. You can also book recreations like water park tickets or city tours at the hotel with good prices. Generally it was a wonderful experience for us staying there.

Great family stopover option on our trip from New Zealand to UK- staff so friendly and welcoming. Jun and Ayyppan Adil came to our rescue when our transfer to the airport we booked ourselves noshow- nothing was too much trouble and welcome us as a family with two small children- close to airport and metro to get around.

No valet parking, breakfast very bad, toilet no locking facility, there were no tissues they were providing when asked for it, room toilet sleeper were not provided..

Hotel stay was good though bed is quite small. A king size bed would be more comfortable or provide more comfortable sofa bed
