the experience was not ideal knowing that the hotel is placed in good spot. The shower hand was not working properly water was spelt all over the shower room, I have tried to tightened and ended up with wound in my finger, asked the reception to send someone to fix it, I have asked for ice to cool down my wound never showed up at all despite many calls. in summary, experience and service not up the level that supposed to be.

Overall, we were happy with our room and the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We liked our room. There were no major problems. However, neither the double doors to the bathroom area nor the door to the shower were able to close fully. We were told at check-in that the pool hours were 6am to 10pm. We returned to the hotel on Friday 22/11 and found that the pool was closed at 8.30pm with no lifeguard on duty (one couple of guests were leaving as we arrived and another were coming in as we left).

Hotel was good room was clean and comfortable but the hospitality was pathetic...reception needs a revolt they hardly pick up the phone from the room...i had to come all the way to reception for my querries to be answered....i picked up my luggage to room and from the room to lobby at the time of check out myself because no one would even care about it. That is not the way a hotel behaves with its guests. I will not recommend Novotel to any of my freinds or family ever.

Very warm & friendly staff.....from the helpful concierge Khurshid, to the front desk team Marla & Hind to the room service guy Raji. It was truly a nice experience for me. I will be back to Novotel very soon.

Aside from being told there was only one room available (smoking) on arrival, the desk staff did manage to find me a non-smoking room - which I was grateful for, but why lie in the first place? Other than that the staff were super helpful and very polite.

Hello, Nice hotel but some points could be improved. The decoration is quite old and could be improved. People are really nice and the team is great ! Some private "taxis" waiting in front of the hotel and can be paid only cash, without invoice... not really accurate when you travel for you job. Swimming pool was cold (water)

Check-in was a problem. We booked three rooms, but since we were arriving early, made another booking of one room with triple beds till our check-in time. The trainee staff messed up the whole thing. Bad check-in experience. Room was ok. Breakfast was also with some problems. Cups/bowls were short. Had to ask for several times. Restaurant seems understaffed.

It was ok and first time in this center. Overall my experience with Novotel is wonderful at Riyadh but with Diera city center I would say not to that mark.

I was not so happy about the condition of my room carpet , its looks very dirty and old , I strongly suggest to be replaced or clean ( to look fresh / clean ) , also the bed sheet is not frequently replace during my stay
