Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always smiling, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived from bell desk ayyppan, amor, jun,shasi, adil and sudip gave extremely super service they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, with a great variety that exceeded our expectations. Every meal felt like a treat. The location was also perfect—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area so easy. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We leave with great memories and will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

Great stay with excellent service! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived from conceige team Ayyappan Amor jun, Adil .The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and easy to get around from. The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. Very close to all amenities and local transport. Breakfast area was often over crowded and use of bar area is to be considered more often. The dark coloured interiors (rooms & corridor) looks old and would need to freshen up in a few years time to keep up with the competition (with more lively colours). TV did not have the option to cast from phone (same was available at Novotel Al Bustan). Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed it.
