everything was perfect. location, breakfast, staff only some items need to be better : 1- if there were a shuttle to the airport or Dubai Mall, that would be great 2- The faucet in the bathroom was in the wrong place, making it difficult to wash hands. 3- if we can get Coffee packets such as Ice in our room, that is a good option 4- if the size of the rooms was a bit bigger at the end, thanks for everything. that was my 2nd years to come to Dubai and stay here

I had an exceptional stay at ibis Deira creekside! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Amr and Anjali from the staff, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Amr was incredibly attentive, always available to assist with any requests, and had fantastic recommendations for local attractions. Anjali made sure I felt right at home and even surprised me with a personalized touch in my room, which added a lot to my stay.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the location is also very ideal for travelers. It was a great experience over all. Just a suggestion to keep a toothpaste and tooth brush in washroom.
