My room wa shirty. The blind was covered in stains. The kettle had not been cleaned in what looked like a long time. The carpet was stained and disgusting I took pictures and reported to manager. Considering the current situation with covid the hotel was unkept and a health hazard to be honest.

The experience was not good at all, last time in november i booked with ibis and they let me stay in novotel which was better than ibis 100 times. 1. When i went to my room dust was filling the room for example the lights on my night stands where filled with dust i had to sanitize everything before touching anything in the room, so please for your own good clean them up. 2. The bed’s smell was disgusting so I literally sanitized my bed so i can sleep in it. 3. I had a check in with payment 4 days prior the stay, and i also sent my passport and flight to the management and that my flight will arrive at 4:30 am , when i reached the hotel at 7 am the receptionist didn’t let me get to my room without an early check in with 100 AED extra, i was super pissed so i didn’t get into an argument and we talked to the sales manager the next day but of course he didn’t do a thing. 4. On check out the receptionist also wanted me to check out at 2pm from my room, while also he had my flight ticket, after having an argument with him he allowed me to check out at 3 pm after begging him that i have nowhere to go to while waiting to get to the airport. Kindly consider those point above, so you won’t lose anymore customers, because for me this is the last time i’ll check in in Ibis. Thanks.

I requested an extra vacuum round for my room and it got immediately done. I requested a late checkout and the reception was very pleasant abut it and arranged it. Once I came back from a shopping round with a few bags and got into the elevator.. seeing my hands were obviously full, the security officer came running to the elevator, used his card to operate the elevator for me..these little things matter so much for a pleasant experience and I'm really glad the ibis dcc team is very well trained about the quality of service! Will definitely be back !

Great location for a night stop or day room

I needed a room for a day (0700 -2300) to break my journey so I booked two nights from the previous night to arrival, get my breakfast on arrival (0800) and a meal prior to departure. The hotel was ideal for this and the room comfortable - I was able to sleep easily in the daytime.
