No Bell staff and not aware while doing booking. Requested a connecting room but not received and we got 2 rooms in a smoking area and we are non smokers. The rooms were smelling badly and hard to breathe. After many attempts someone sprayed some air fresheners but still the odour was there. We checked 8 hours late due to flight delays and humbly requested to have a late check outs for 1 room only since our flight was 2.00 am. But no commercial gesture. Not many varieties for the breakfast. Have been to Dubai 3 times and this one has been our worst experience concerning hotels.
