Originally booked 2 nights on my accor app using my points. I rang and notified reception that I will be arriving at approximately 8.30am. They said that's not a problem they will put it on the system. I arrived to check in and they told me that my room was cancelled because payment wasn't made. So they said they will get me another room with a sofa bed because I had 2 kids and that's what I Originally booked. They charged me an extra 50 dirhams for the room. Which I paid in full. I got to the room and there was no sofa bed just a lounge. The room has mold everywhere and the smell of mold was really bad. My family and I wanted to have a shower there was only 2 towels. I rang reception 3 times regarding the towels it took 30 minutes to bring me to towels. I forcefully slept in the room for 5 hours because I was extremely tired coming from a long flight. Once I woke up I had to leave the room as I couldn't stand the smell of the mould as I am elergic to mold. This was the worst experience and service I have come across in my life. I am extremely disappointed in what happened. This has never happened to me before and I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
