We stayed for 2 nights, 2 3 bedroom apartments and had a small event in their hall. The hotel interiors are very nice. The apartments are huge. The Staffs are helpful and friendly, special mention to Ferdous of f&b who really assist us with anything. The rate could have been 10 if the below things didn't happen: 1. Check in was very slow, there was no queue, it was our turn when we arrived at the hotel yet the agent took like around 20 mins to check in 1 of the apartment. 2. Room keys are most of the time having glitches, have to go to reception and get it fixed.

2 bedroom apartment stay

This hotel is close to the airport, about a 5 minute taxi ride. We chose a 2 bedroom apartment to rent as there were 2 couples. The apartment was well decorated, comfortable beds and furnishings, however, the kitchen was not well stock. There was a bare minimum of glasses, utensils, and cookware. There was no dishwashing liquid, dish towel sponge etc. I would have expected these items given the description of the apartment.

Great location, very comfortable rooms and suite

This was a family stay. As an all member we have been upgraded to a suite apartment in their residence aisle. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is ideally located, close to downtown, BURJ KHALIFA and the airport. You will find a metro station conveniently located 200 metres away. Overall a great experience. There is room for improvements in the housekeeping department and the guest service. I had to go to the reception to get water and dental kits and I have been asking for towels 10 times before we received it. Lalihi at reception was great she awarded our patience at checkin with a fantastic upgrade to a suite apartment. Overall good experience to be renewed.

This was a family stay. We have been upgraded by Linhili even though they were fully booked. She managed to do a miracle. The room was spacious and was located in their residence aisles. This was more an appartement than a room to be honest mdr the only issue at this property is that housekeeping service and concierge services are extremely difficult to reached out. Overall it was a good experience and could be done. The location is really fantastic close to downtown Dubai deira and the airport. It is great for a business stay

My second time at the hotel. Perfect to use before the departure from DXB airport. The hotel is new, so everything looks very good, nice and clean. The rooms are very modern (although the idea with the bathroom might be controversial). Good value for the money.

A wonderful stopover

I had a one-night stay at the hotel as a bridge between two trips. The location is really great. Nearby the airport (shuttle) and close to a metro station. The staff is very friendly. There was a little glitch with the reservation, but the way this problem was handled demonstrated great customer service. The room and the were pleasant and the dibber buffet (Tuesdays) completed the experience.

We had a pleasant stay overall, but the service needs some improvement. There were some basic amenities that were not available in the 1-bedroom apartment, and service response time is usually too long. At times the service request is entertained only after repeated calls/requests, or they were not even addressed completely. It was a bit frustrating at times.

Fair stay, could do better

Booked via the hotel's website for 2 nights, 3days. Since my flight was arriving earlier than the check-in time, I had also booked for early check-in. Wanted to use the hotel's airport shuttle, but there was no way to book it, or find more info on how to book, or where to find it at the airport's terminal 1. When I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am, I was told that there were no available rooms because the rooms were all booked the day before, and that there was an issue with the booking system. The manager on duty at the time was polite that I'd have a room and won't charge for the early check-in when I return later. I left my bags and returned later in the evening to get my room. The room was not really impressive. It was adequate. The carpet was old, had holes, and looked dirty. The shower head holder was loose off the wall. There was no in-room dining menu available. I may be nitpicking, but it's also the small details that can change the experience. Internet was fine tho, had no issues being connected to getting some work done, as well as watching some Netflix. The hotel has 2 restaurants and a cafe. Breakfast buffet was good and appreciate that the timing is enough. I wish that there was more restaurants avail considering that outside of the hotel, there does not seem to be much in walking distance. The hotel is good if you'd like to be close to the airport with the free shuttle that operates 24 hours, and that it's about a 5 min walk to the metro station. All staff from reception, concierge, and restaurant were all friendly and courteous.

Well maintained but poor service

Hotel is well maintained Adnan bellman was exceptional upon check in. Laundry service was terrible, had laundry service on multiple occasions, cloths were damaged upon return, cloths sent previously and not returned even after my new laundry order my previous batch was not returned and had to call operator many times to find. Operator is non existent, call multiple time and no answer as well as reception. Had to personally go down to reception. Not the first time i stayed and contemplate returning.
