The Staff are amazing, so kind and available always. The breakfast was so limit for a Mercure Hotel. I was waiting for more gorgeous breakfast. There is apparently some indian special dinner night which we didn't even realize which is a pity. The information about special nights is not clear at all. The roof pool was closed which cause a huge disappointment. There is no info regarding it when we booked the hotel which was the main reason to chose this hotel.

From when you walk in the person who picked our bags (dharam) to check in staff (mostafa) wer friendly. The housekeeping was excellent the staff in dining area was lovely!!!! Room was beautiful and pool was great!

This is the best place to stay. The staff was so professional and kind with us. My children were so happy that they didn't want to leave. The family room is big, confortable, clean. When we aked for something, it was done as soon as possible. The breakfast buffet was various, even the dinner. One thing I want to tell the hôtel is that I have been advised to rent a car through a company called "Shat Al Arab Rent A Car". But this company doesn't deserve to be there. They are dishonest and gave me a wrong and bad car without petrol. The air condition stopped working on the high way to Abu Dhabi. My children were sweating and complaining. When I told the guy of the rental company, no excuse. He was rude. When I returned the car, it was half full of petrol. When I told the guy, he said "This is your business, you can remove it by yourself. I Just want the hôtel to know what happened with this company. We had à wonderful stay in the hôtel. We thank all the staff espacially Steffi, Alyssa, Wael, Kuldeep. They are hard workers and I really appreciate their devotion ! Well done ! Again thanks to all of you!

It was a good experience to stay at the hotel. Mr. Arayda supported immediately when door cards were not initially working in the lift. The breakfast was nice and the staff were courteous. Overall a good and pleasant stay.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Its located 7 minutes walking to the metro. The breakfast is poor. There is a line to get the croissant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping do their job greatly. I enjoy staying at Grand Mercury.

I booked this hotel for a last minute vacation, the price was very good including breakfast, so I didn't expect much. But as soon as I entered the hotel, every little step was making our stay more enjoyable. From the early checking, the reception decoration, the modern layout of the room, the great breakfast, the late and fast checkout ... I would like to thank 'Ali 'and 'Wael' in the restaurant for their outstanding service. And also 'Stephi' and 'Elmira' at the reception for everything they did for us.
