I always take king bed and non smoking. On arrival I was proposed 2 single bed in a non smoking or king bed in a smoking… I took the smoking room because I had to sleep as I had to sleep for 3 hours and go back to the airport. Curtains were dirty. Shower was not the best I had in this hotel. No one also advised that there is no more shuttle to the airport!

The hotel vibe overall was very nice. The room itself was very well-equipped. The room price is surprisingly affordable. The breakfast is also very amazing. I got no other comments, but this hotel was among the best one I've ever stayed, will truly considering this hotel again when I'm in Dubai.

Stayed a night before leaving the country for our honeymoon. I put a note before I booked. I also called in to find out that I need to leave at 5 am so if they can do something for me for breakfast. Like a takeaway or something. Something small. The lady at reception said she will find out with the kitchen but never got back to me. I had to call at night to follow up then had to come down to reception and was refused of those services. Despite our special occasion, as a 5 star hotel you didn’t do anything to our stay memorable. Not even a pool facing room. It was the worst service received especially knowing it’s our honeymoons. Extremely disappointed.

I started off staying at the hotel for a week and I’ve ended up extending my stay for a month and a half now from a king room to a one bedroom apartment. The facility is fantastic. Breakfast is wonderful… The staff couldn’t be better! I would recommend it highly
