Tidy hotel with good pool area to relax. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice & spacious although possibly time to be refurbished as was a bit tired in the kitchen laundry areas. Nice stay but hotel shuttle didn’t arrive at airport despite waiting an hour in the heat. Would have been nice to be informed it was never going to arrive.

Good proximity to airport. Helpful friendly staff and good food. Room layout and maintenance poor.. Toilet door handle broken and shower water floods the area leaving it dangerous.

I was very satisfied with the hotel overall and had a truly wonderful stay. My room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and of good quality. However, a little more variety from day to day would make it even better. I would especially like to highlight the service staff, who were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I felt very welcome throughout my stay. One area that could be improved is the pool area. In my opinion, it could benefit from a fresher and more lively atmosphere. Some background music, fresh plants, a more attractive selection at the pool bar, and generally a little more energy would make a big difference. The staff in this area also seemed a little bored at times, so a more active and engaging presence would further improve the experience. Apart from that, thank you very much for a fantastic stay. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel, felt very comfortable, and would definitely be happy to return!

Arrived late for check-in as we were only staying due to early flight the next day. Had booked 2 rooms for 5 people. We were given 2 rooms for 4 people without a bed for the 5th person. Had to ask for a single bed to be included. Restraunt was out of lots of food off the menu even though it was on the 24hr room service menu. Shuttle bus convenient but not well organised had to fit people and all their luggage in the cabin no luggage space so not very safe

Shower slippery, hard to use. Hard to work out light switches, sensor ones of course kept going off making room darker. No tea coffee or milk or powdered milk in our room. Though did have coffee pods but no coffee machine.
