The hotel's biggest advantage is its location. It's very convenient for anyone flying in or out of Dubai International Airport, and having the Garhoud Metro Station within walking distance is a huge bonus for getting around the city. The room was another highlight of my stay. As an Accor Platinum member, I was fortunate to receive a suite upgrade. The suite was spacious, with a very large walk-in closet, and I appreciated that the bathtub was separate from the rain shower, which made the bathroom feel more luxurious. I was looking forward to using the rooftop pool, but unfortunately it was under renovation during my visit, so I wasn't able to experience it. The main area that could use improvement is the food. While the breakfast was acceptable, I think the selection could be expanded. The lunch and dinner menus were quite limited, and I personally wouldn't recommend purchasing the meal package unless more variety is added. Overall, I had a comfortable stay thanks to the excellent location, spacious suite, and friendly service. With improvements to the dining options and once the rooftop pool reopens, I believe this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.
