Great hotel with a good location and excellent breakfast spread. Friendly staff especially house keeping team specially Mr. Jwel . The bath tub shower has to go! It’s archaic and very risky. Having ongoing renovations during peak season is a bad idea. Too much noise and disturbance in the meeting rooms and hotel rooms!

Everything is perfect at Pullman. Location, hotel amenities, service, and the attitude of staff. Feels better than home. The GM laura is amazing and so are the others. Asheni, you are a star. I was given a room on the smoking floor even though I had asked for a non smoking room. It smelt awful - the whole level. They tried to disguise it with heavy air scent. There were a large number of people from my company staying. I asked to move and was told no. However my male colleague (I am female) asked after I did and he was given a new room. Pretty terrible service.
