Regarding your feedback, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused during your check-out. While we do offer luggage storage, this service is exclusively available to in-house guests. As a courtesy, we accommodate luggage storage for a few hours on the same day of check-out. For this reason, our colleague has advised arranging for someone to collect your belongings on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that these measures are in place to maintain a secure environment for all our guests. Please understand that this policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of all our guests and their belongings.
