I was disappointed with the luggage storage policy during our check-out. We arrived from China on a business trip and planned to visit Saudi Arabia for two days for Umrah before returning to your hotel for an additional two-night stay from March 19 to March 21. Unfortunately, we were informed at the last moment that we could not store our luggage at the hotel unless someone came to collect it. We were told that, otherwise, our luggage would be sent to the police station. In our experience, many hotels allow guests to store their belongings for a short period, and two days seemed reasonable. It would have been helpful if the staff could have confirmed our next stay booking and accommodated our luggage. This unexpected rule has left us feeling disappointed, as we have always considered your hotel our home away from home. As a family, we have been loyal guests for many years, but this experience has prompted us to reconsider our options for future stays.
