The location vas great, the staff were very polite and customer oriented. Crisis management ( in case of leaking water in the elevators and stopping using guests elevators) was perfect

I had a wonderful stay here. I really enjoyed it. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The only problem was the bathroom sink drain was broken. The staff is exceptional. I ordered ice every day. Once I called they were here within 3-5 minutes. When I called to have my luggage picked up they were here within 3-5 minutes. The view is not very nice either. Overall it is my best stay in a hotel. Mainly because of the staff.

The room is falling apart. The closet door is barely hanging, the finishing on wooden furniture is worn out. The room feels like it’s not maintained. The bathtub had an anti-slip strip that felt disgusting and dirty. The hotel isn’t maintained the way a 5-star should be. I have been to 3-star hotels that were much better.

During check-in, there was an issue with my booking price. I was initially supposed to be charged around 600+, but due to some system or detail error, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to resolve it. In the end, I was asked to make a pre-authorization of 700+, although the actual payment was settled the next day as per the booking. The air conditioning in the room was not fully cold, which affected the comfort a bit. However, it was very good with staycation with a great variety and quality option stays with family.
