I had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future. One thing I really appreciated was the early check-in option. I arrived ahead of time and, although there was a charge, I was grateful that the hotel could accommodate me. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting me whenever they saw me, which made the stay feel warm and pleasant. Housekeeping was also excellent my room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and a well-made bed each time. The location is a big advantage, being very close to the MRT and directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. There were a couple of downsides. The room was slightly dusty when I first arrived, and I wasn’t informed about ongoing renovations. Unfortunately, the drilling noise was quite disruptive when I was in the room trying to rest. But thankfully i wasn't in the room during the day time most of the time. Despite these issues, I still had a great experience overall and believe the hotel will be even better once the renovations are completed.

Location is amazing. Attached to a fantastic mall with a train station, can’t ask for better than that. The hotel is nice, great staff and security. The bar is great but unfortunately you’re allowed to smoke in there which is a negative but food in both restaurants is pretty good. The rooms are reasonably small, the bathroom has a shower but it’s in a bath, so it’s extremely small and hard to shower in, the water pressure is also really bad. The room was clean and housekeeping were good. I’ve stayed in this hotel twice. The location suits me and outweighs the negatives but the rooms could do with a bathroom renovation.
