It was amazing staying in pullman and it's so amazing breakfast food and dinner and I would like to appreciate on staff guy who are working with a kind heart and good service that I have seen any other hotels than pullman hotels thank you so much Ashuu and Amlesh and his friends Chandra to be friendly and good service with talking so politely I would like to come again next year on summertime 😊

Aircon for hotel rooms is very bad specially at night. No idea what the staff does from their main control that aircon doesn't work properly and room gets hot. Then in midnight have to call repair person to reduce aircon temperatures. have stayed in pullman more than 20 times since last 10 years and have faced same issue in all my trips.

-overall is good, but the concierge section needs to be improved, I asked one of the staff there on 8/12/2024 for a normal taxi and he did not help me and he transfered me to the mall to take taxi from there!!
