The location is okay. It is way close or attached to the mall and it is close to the metro station. However, the rooms are small and it didn't give a great five-star feel.

I stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre for a couple of nights while visiting friends in Dubai. It’s a well-maintained five-star hotel, and the direct connection to Deira City Centre Mall is a huge plus you can walk to the shops in just a few minutes. The lobby is clean and stylish, and the overall ambience is very pleasant.   My room was spotless, nicely furnished, and offered a lovely city view. I had a comfortable stay overall.   That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Check-in was delayed although 3 PM is the standard time, there were already five guests waiting and only one front desk staff member visibly struggling to manage. It would be helpful if the manager oversaw the process more closely during peak times.   Also, as we were two bachelors, the room assigned to us was interconnected. When my mates came to visit and we had a good old chat, it was unfortunately audible to the neighbouring room. We were later informed by security that a noise complaint had been made which highlights the lack of soundproofing, and perhaps the interconnected room shouldn’t have been allocated to us in the first place.   Despite these issues, the hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and a prime location. I’d consider staying again, especially if the check-in process is improved.

My stay at the hotel was for two days, and the overall impression was very bad. The room I got overlooked the rooftop area where the air conditioning units are located. The food service was poor, especially at the seafood buffet, and the food was very mediocre. The grilled food was undercooked and tasted bad
