I have been staying at this hotel for several years, and it truly feels like my second home. I was previously a Platinum member and am currently a Gold member. This has always been my first choice in Dubai, whether traveling alone or with family However, during this stay, I faced a few issues. The TVs in my junior suite were not working upon check-in and could not be fixed until the next morning. While I appreciate the team’s apology, such amenities should be fully functional, or guests should be informed in advance Additionally, the ongoing renovation work has been quite disruptive, with heavy drilling starting early in the morning, making the stay uncomfortable. Although I was informed, it would be helpful to clearly highlight this at the time of booking or confirmation I usually do not raise concerns, as reflected in my previous feedback, but unfortunately, this experience was not satisfactory. I hope these matters can be addressed, as I would prefer to continue staying here in the future

The hotel management does not inform you before booking a room that the hotel is undergoing maintenance and you find out in the morning when there is too noise around your room. In addition, breakfast is taken away before the end of the time.

There was no coordination between teams and they did not care about our request.food was not at all delicious.
