It was my 2nd time to stay at the Creekside, first time I was alone and this time with my family. The staff are very helpful and attentive and made us feel welcome in every setting. The location is very good for the airport and for getting to the Dubai Mall side of town. We enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable room and our time by the pool also. The Irish Village being next door and a Thai Restaurant being a one-minute walk from the hotel was a plus for me also. I also like the fact that there are two entrances to the hotel, front and back depending on where you are travelling from, it gives extra flexibility and the team are more than happy to park the car in their underground car park.

Extremely immature staff at the Reception ,they don’t even know how to communicate with the guests, very impolite and ridiculous behavior.this was my worst ever experience among the hotels where I stayed so far.Must teach them the etiquettes before hiring as a receptionist which is the most important station in a hotel

The hotel is generally nice but not outstanding. The room and bathroom had some minor defects and missing details that affected comfort. More importantly, we were a large group of doctors attending a professional meeting ending at 5 p.m., yet the reception declined a reasonable late check-out request (even until 2 p.m.). This lack of flexibility left many of us disappointed and overshadowed the overall experience.

I was put in a floor with rooms that have old not renovated furniture, also tgere were rooms that are being renovated and that caused lots of inconvenience
