We’re glad to hear that you found the hotel and location to your liking, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us for such a special occasion. However, we are truly sorry that the promised complimentary towel art for your wife’s 60th birthday was not provided as communicated. This was a missed opportunity on our part to make your celebration more memorable, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight. We also regret the experience your wife and friend had at the pool bar regarding the water charges, and we’re glad the issue was resolved upon raising the concern. Transparency and fairness in service are very important to us, and we will ensure this is reinforced with our team. Regarding your observation about the nightclub, we take such feedback seriously. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially given your extensive stays in Dubai and your loyalty as an ALL Platinum member. Please accept our sincere apologies for the various issues you encountered — from the condition of the room and bathroom to the breakfast and Executive Lounge experience. These shortcomings are not in line with the standards we aim to uphold, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and disappointment caused during what was already a stressful situation due to a missed flight. We are particularly concerned about the cleanliness concerns and the condition of the breakfast buffet. Hygiene, food safety, and service responsiveness are fundamental priorities for us, and your observations have been immediately escalated to the relevant departments for urgent review and corrective action. The experience in our Executive Lounge, especially for a valued Platinum member, falls far short of the elevated service and quality we strive to provide.
