I love the pool timings and breakfast. I just noticed that the room cleanliness is not perfect..I booked 4 rooms and the smells cigarette...and the toilet are not clean perfectly...

I took two rooms both room’s bathroom were unclean and felt like used. Rooms carpet were dusty and the windows were dirty. WC was designed in such a way with a difficulty to clean. Services of house keeping and staff was very poor like the telephone call was taking 5 minutes if waiting or constantly calling until someone picks the call. Staff continuously dodging their responsibilities to each other. This usually happens when the company hires cheap staff. Prioritising work over guests. Tossing work from ine department to another. This is cheap labor or outsourcing staff. Thats the main reason guests will not receive the treatment and service they deserve especially in a multinational hotel. My advise to hire Quality trained staff to tackle this issue.

Due to travel restrictions, we had to opt for a staycation and boy it was the best choice made! really clean and safe place to stay with your family and friends. Really helpful staff and great breakfast. The location is too good that you can even reach the hotel via metro (GIGICO).

I was expecting a lot more better hospitality. The AC was not working properly I had to change the room twice . And the second night me and my daughters didn’t sleep well because of the AC repair therefore we woke up late the second day and didn’t not have a breakfast although we have pairs for the for of us. I tried to explain to them to get the breakfast to room they have said I have to pay . This was frustrating to not understand that we did not sleep due to AC it was not my fault.

We had a great time. The Albustan I know is all of happening them nights, full of lights. The lighting need to be changed to more of lively. Invent more them nights by the creating seasonal way. Every 3 months new them nights with attractive package. More staffs will be good for outstanding experience.

Hotel was clean but the extra bed was to small for a big guy like me i didn't sleep well and also water hood was missing in most of the rooms this bad experience for arabic & muslim visitors.

Empty Hotel with Courtious Staff

Its Difficult time I was one of the only 12 guest at the hotel, the staff was courteous and offered a room with a view, however there was "mashawi night" Dinner with loud music playing it didn't stop till 23:00, was it pleasant, the staff again offered to change room but it was bit tedious when you already settled in the room. over all good, value for money even the breakfast was good.
