I make hotel reservations in advance with request 2 separate bed ,also when I realize that I will arrive early morning 5 am I make reservations one night before after all that once I arrived hotel the redemption staff told me you room is not yet ready so I will up grade your room to suite with extra bed and he gave me very old and dirty suite ,located in front of water fountain which make lots of noises . Once my friend arriver few hours later and she saw the suite she refused to to stay as she have allergies to smoke and dust and she got another room recently renovated in quite area .

Short but memorable stay

We only stayed for one night and the following morning, but we could easily imagine spending much more time here. Despite being a bit far from the metro, getting around by taxi is quick and inexpensive – especially to Deira, which gives you a much more authentic feel of old Dubai compared to the area around Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was very good; perhaps a slightly larger selection of sweets wouldn’t hurt, but that’s more of a bonus for those with a sweet tooth. The pool area was excellent – plenty of sunbeds and no issues finding a spot, plus the pool itself was really nice, with a gentle entry on one side and deeper water on the opposite end. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Taxis generally couldn’t wait in front of the entrance for long, as security kept shooing them away — and because of this, some drivers were reluctant to enter the driveway at all. Next time we fly out of DXB, we’ll be happy to stay here again.
