I’m a regular guest at the hotel and the experience has always been memorable - however on this occasion the experience was okay - very less staff - the breakfast was alright - some things were questionable like the fruits and vegetables rice .. the standard in general was not great - the room didn’t have robes nor milk for tea n coffee - the corridors had a smell that wasn’t pleasant. I think the hotel needs to have a make over. Some of the staff were very helpful whilst there were couple that need further training - room service made errors on the order and also took longer than the average time ..

I expected this hotel to deliver the same level of quality and service as other Accor 5-star properties, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the time of booking. I booked through Booking.com and sent a message to the hotel informing them that I would be arriving late. Unfortunately, I never received a response. During check-in, I informed the staff that my reservation included breakfast, but I was initially told that it was not included. After I showed the booking details, the staff member checked again and confirmed that breakfast was indeed part of my reservation. The hotel granted me a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which I appreciated. However, as an Accor member, this is a benefit I regularly receive at other Accor properties, even during busy periods. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a positive aspect of the stay. However, the overall condition of the room felt dated, and the toiletries appeared old-fashioned and below the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast experience. The selection was limited, the quality was below expectations, and the service was poor. In many other hotels, staff are proactive, regularly clearing tables and offering assistance with coffee, tea, or any other requests. Here, the service lacked attentiveness and hospitality. Overall, while the room size was good, the service, breakfast quality, and overall guest experience fell well short of what I expect from a 5-star Accor property.
