Great parking and check in even late at night. Really appreciate that. Domestic violence was happening next door which was in plain sight to lobby and my room. Was quite disruptive especially given there were obviously children involved. Rooms were a bit shabby but OK

Clean and quiet, with a good breakfast and a small swimming pool. However, the mattress needs to be replaced. I booked by phone, but upon arrival I was quoted a higher price than the one agreed. Fortunately, they recognized the mistake and corrected it.

The remote control of the TV was missing. I advised reception twice. The lever that changes between the regular tap and the shower was not working. I had to shower on my knees. The invoice was issued without my company's name, which I believe is illegal or at least improper.

I really enjoyed being in the middle of nowhere. It's not for everyone but for me it was a good surprise. However, since it's located in the middle of nowhere, the hotel could have more activities or a game room, or a cinema room, something to pass the time in rainy days because the pool will not work in days like these. Another thing that i strongly advise is being more careful with the higiene. We had towels smelling like vinegar, asked for new ones, and the smell was the same. We did not use the towels and used the hairdryer to dry ourselves after the bath. It took forever. The phone on our bedroom didnt work and when we had to open the window because of the broken AC too, we had to go downstairs for instructions. These are small things that we managed but shouldn't be a problem. Especially the higiene and the broken AC.

We chose this hotel to be near the Europarque convention center, and had to walk there and back each day, but it wasn't close or convenient. It didn't feel particularly safe either, as we had to walk along the road with the cars. the bad: The hotel itself was a bit grim (sorry): the corridors were particularly depressing with run-down 1980's decor, strip lights, and a smell like toilet detergent; the room itself was very hot (the thermostat didn't make any difference). the good: But the room did seem very clean, and smelled fresh; the beds were comfortable; the desk and all the storage was *really* convenient and helpful; and the staff were nice, including the cleaners.

Positive points: Kind staff, clean, unusually good breakfast for a hotel in this category. Negative points: overall building condition, terrible artificial lighting, old bathroom, almost inexistent plugs, the electrical extension doesn´t reach the bed side table. We have stayed here a few times now as itis central when visiting family. Always enjoyed it however this time we came accross a few issues. Mould on corner of room. Very sqeaky bath tub. One day no hot water. Which they did rectify obce we told them. Pressure of the shower very low so gard to take a shower properly.
