Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside is the rooms are quite small but this is often the case in Paris. It was very expensive when I was there as it was Paris fashion week but so were all the hotels I considered so this was a city wide issue.

We had selected the hotel primarily for its location, just next to a bus and metro station on the lines we were expecting to use. What we discovered was a very nice and comfortable room just under the roof; a very warm welcome; and things such as a welcome drink, free quality coffee and an excellent water fountain that all together made our stay extremely pleasant. Finally the hand written welcome note was the small but hugely symbolical detail.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service are great, they did a great job. Would just like to comment on the water temperature for the shower, it gets sudden hot water every 30 seconds that make showering very uneasy. And perhaps it’s the material used, it’s a bit dusty. Also, I am gold member staying for 5 nights and I didn’t get an upgrade.

Very pleasant hotel close to many amenities, e.g. the Opera Bastille, in the vivacious part of Paris. Room was small but comfortable and I appreciated tea facilities there.

I’ve stayed in this hotel twice in the last 12 months. It is well located, very clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, on both stays we have been woken by the fire alarm early in the morning and had to evacuate, because of someone drying their hair with the hairdryer. While I appreciate the smooth evacuation and calmness of the staff, the issue needs to be addressed.

beautiful Hotel, newly renovated. the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms and the location of the hotel is very convenient. located just next to the metro station and the area is beautiful.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and accomodating, assisting me to change rooms when there was a problem with the one I was assigned. No problem is too big for the team, they do it with a smile and a friendly attitude.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very clean throughout. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small. If possible, I would recommend asking for a room facing the street, as they tend to get much more natural light and feel more spacious. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thanks especially to the wonderful staff.
