It was nice, great place and nice people working there. The room was not at the same level: one door of a furniture was broken and te light in the kitchen was working ony if you were moving it a bit (faux-contact).

First time staying at an Adagio. A friendly and helpful staff and a clean lobby. Rooms can be improved by adding air conditioning, shower cap, and extra towels based on the number of people staying in the room. Add paper towels in the kitchen. I would also recommend partnering with a few local taxi companies that can be trusted and use the extra business referrals. This will help and reassure your guests of reliable rates, good service and a trustworthy partner.

It was really bad. Not even water to drink. No cleaning, no air, not good at all

Given that the week of our stay was when Paris experienced record high temperatures the above rating is purely because of the lack of air-con. Your website (tablet) for AA Phillipe Auguste, accessed through the link on one of your e-mails, very clearly states that the rooms have air-con. The staff, who ranged from extremely helpful ( I wished I had asked his name) to indifferent, managed to provide a fan which was a life safer! For a group like yours air-con should mean air-con not just a fan! The erroneous description was not the fault of the staff & I would hope it gets corrected quickly. The fact that the shower head wouldn't stay up & the TV remote needed new batteries were minor irritations & in other circumstances wouldn't get a mention from us! In all other respects the accomodation was as expected & suited our needs.

Reception and service was Very good. Parking space perfect.

The aparthotel is a moment’s walk from the Philippe August metro stop, making getting around Paris easy. Nice, quite location. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Everything was perfect and very friendly helpfull staff.

I've stayed at this location three times over the past five years during visits to Paris. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

We had all we need. But the appartment is a bit noisy.

The room was nice and clean, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were also fine. However I would prefer if soap for dish washing, a cloth for cleaning the tables and a couple of extra dishtowels were available. The knifes were also very blunt. I know that cleaning was optional, and I therefore needed to pay for it if I wanted cleaning during my stay, however I would recommend that you at least took out the garbage bin every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I believe, I would stay at your place next time I visit Paris.

There was an error in the booking. The wrong room was booked for us and we only found out once at the hotel. The error which was not on our part meant that we had to split as a family for two out of the three nights we were in Paris which was extremely upsetting.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The temperature controlled heating system works efficiently. The staff are always very polite and friendly.
