Dear Mister F., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry that the air conditioning did not meet your expectations. After checking, we confirmed that the air conditioning in room 74 was working properly, although it may not have been cooling as strongly as you would have preferred. Regarding the room change, we can confirm that we were only able to move you the following day, as the hotel was fully booked on the day you reported your complaint. As soon as another room became available, we arranged the transfer. In addition, our technician inspected the air conditioning in room 74 the next day. The inspection confirmed that the system was operating normally, with the room temperature measured at 18°C. Thank you for your understanding. Great stay Positive: The staff was great at every point of the journey, I can't remember the names but they were kind, chatty and helpful. Room at the first floor and at the end of the corridor. Small room with all the necessary, it is a thing that I love as we need a bathroom and a bed. Shower jet and temperature were perfect. Bed was perfect. Room was clean especially on the first day. We had only one bed to share with my daughter but it helped us to spend some family time together which is impossible throughout the year. Negative: Room 18: We booked a twin room but there was only one bed but it was more helpful than a problem on this time. The holes in the shower doors were a little bad design so maybe a second bath mat was needed. The soap dispenser was placed too high for a child to reach. The curtains could not cover all the lights to come inside the room. The A/C was set on cold and a bit not user-friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel on two visits to Paris. It is convenient to two Metro stations and is a reasonably quiet neighborhood. The hotel staff has always been pleasant, accommodating, and forgiving of my lack of French.

Hotel provided a good base for active walkers. Reception staff, day and night, friendly and helpful. Room small but clean. Issue with quite noisy air con but opened window in end. Hotel very small and quiet. Booked breakfast on arrival, much cheaper than if prebooked online. Choice limited for cold and hot items but found things I liked and good coffee machine downstairs. No kettle, tea, coffee in room so charged for extras outside breakfast. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage earlier than book in and this looked a very popular option based on number of bags left behind reception.

OK. More like an Ibis Budget than an Ibis. No record of late checkout despite being booked. Even when confirmed by reception the room key card stopped working at the regular checkout time. Hot water didn’t work properly in our room. But great location.
