After checking, we confirmed that the air conditioning in room 74 was working properly, although it may not have been cooling as strongly as you would have preferred. Regarding the room change, we can confirm that we were only able to move you the following day, as the hotel was fully booked on the day you reported your complaint. As soon as another room became available, we arranged the transfer. In addition, our technician inspected the air conditioning in room 74 the next day. The inspection confirmed that the system was operating normally, with the room temperature measured at 18°C. Thank you for your understanding.
