In addition to the terrible drilling on the first day of our stay which meant that we could not rest after traveling for nearly 24 hours, there were a number of other issues with the hotel: a broken window in the room, flies in the room, air conditioning that did not work and needed to be serviced by the hotel, one of the two elevators was broken and therefore we needed to wait for extended amounts of time, and the hallway lights, despite being on a timer, did not go on until we were in front of the room door which was extremely unsafe.

We understand how important a peaceful environment is, especially after a long journey, and we are sorry that this affected your stay. I am also sorry to learn about the issues you encountered in your room. Regarding the elevator, I am pleased to inform you that the issue has now been resolved. As for the air conditioning, almost all of our rooms are operating properly. Although occasional technical issues may arise, our maintenance team always works as quickly as possible to resolve them and restore our guests' comfort. We also appreciate you bringing the concerns about the window issue and the hallway lighting to our attention.
