I felt uncomfortable when I first checked in. Idriss the front desk agent made two keys for my room, but refused to give me both. He kept one. Which left me to feel very strange. Also, the breakfast is awful. The woman who oversaw it on weekday mornings also isn’t very friendly. I felt like I wasn’t wanted to be there. My first time staying at Adagio brand, and I will avoid it at all costs.

Room and location are nice. We got surprised that the hotel does not include cleaning with the stay unless you are there for more than a week. We also had a toilet problem for 3 days and they kept delaying the fixing until we had enough and got meaner to the staff. After 3 days they finally suggested to change the room (they did not accept our request to change the room at first). The room was clean when we arrived and it has good space for 2 people

The apartments are in an excellent location, making it easy to reach all the tourist attractions; this is the property's main advantage. I didn't particularly care for the apartments themselves—there was a persistent smell of staleness, and if food was being cooked in other rooms, you could smell everything. Breakfast is available, but it is quite monotonous.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent wheelchair accessible room with hard flooring not carpet so allows for easier manoeuverability in a wheelchair and also a big gap under the bed so I could use my hoist to get in/out of bed. Bathroom was a wetroom. There was also a fridge and hob in the room which was a Brucey bonus. I wish all disabled rooms were this accessible.

Dropped my bags off at 10 am. came to get room at 11;30 pm but no room was saved for me despite confirmed reservation. I was made to sleep on the streets or couch surf with other people I know. No other room was given.

We have used this hotel twice a year for the past 4 years and have mostly liked it but we will be trying another Adagio next time. The staff keeps changing (I know that is normal in the industry) so it is not as fun when they greet you after a 10 hour airplane trip. The rooms are all quirky, some have great AC, some have good storage, some are quiet, some are sunny, some have a decent kitchen set-up with a good microwave and working oven-top, but unfortunately we have never had a room that has all of the above. The carpets are super worn out, makes it look dingy and dirty. After four days with two people the toilets can get stinky and the towels a bit moldy even if you hang them, but I would have to pay for cleaning products. Washer and Dryer was broken. Our shower head was slippery and the water would only turn in. My spouse said it was impossible to fix because it had been installed wrong, so we just gave up. The microwave looked like it was from 1980s Iron curtain (5 minutes to heat water) with impossible to understand interface (we even googled it). One burner did not work. Hanging and shelf for two people with two small suitcases each was not enough. This is a room for one business person for two nights. Staff used to look up and greet us as we came in and out, no longer. Oh well.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst my partner recovered from a surgery and we had a really lovely stay. The staff were all so kind and helpful and answered any questions we had. They were always happy to see you when passing by the front desk. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, and had a lovely outdoor space to sit in. There’s a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor as well which was super helpful as we were there for quite some time. The room was very well equipped, with plenty of space for everything we needed, and AC which in the summer was very much appreciated! The kitchen, although compact, was a very good use of space, and easy to cook in, with a good sized fridge too! The hotel is in a great location in Paris that lets you experience the city without feeling like a tourist. It’s located near loads of cafés, bakeries, pharmacies, and a grocery store, and the metro is a few minutes walk as well. We hope to return to Paris again in the future and this will definitely be the hotel we choose to return to.

In addition to the terrible drilling on the first day of our stay which meant that we could not rest after traveling for nearly 24 hours, there were a number of other issues with the hotel: a broken window in the room, flies in the room, air conditioning that did not work and needed to be serviced by the hotel, one of the two elevators was broken and therefore we needed to wait for extended amounts of time, and the hallway lights, despite being on a timer, did not go on until we were in front of the room door which was extremely unsafe.
