Aparthotel Adagio access Paris Reuilly

I had a wonderful stay thanks to the hospitality of the staff member. They invited the guests to their 15th anniversary and I enjoed it. The location was very convenient for my work place (Metro Line1: George V). My cat had a pleasant stay also!

Lots of maintenance needs attending to, only minor but nonetheless attention to detail is ordinary

We couldn't get in. We were waving and walking back and forth in front of the closed GLASS doors, we rang doorbell and tried to find a code or something in e-mails. All this time were hotel workers in reception, we could see them. nobody opened. At last, one construction worked helped us in. What happened next is UNBELIEVEBLE. Instead of checking us inn, they accused us that we did not rang the bell, and one employee went out to street to show these "stupid tourist" HOW to ring a doorbell. We were informed how much we have to pay, what we have to clean ourselves (unless we pay extra) and that garbage in on the -1 floor. Not a word about breakfast or amenities. The room was NOT a STUDIO. 18m2 room with kitchenette squeezed inn. Curtains were stinking of cigarettes, STREETNOISE hold us awake for nights and there was NO VIEW. Furniture was dated and under the sink was a loose plate what fell on my leg. Then we went and talked to the reception about misleading information, we got an answer, that we got what we ordered. Then they changed their code and DID NOT TELL US, so we were standing AGAIN on the street. All this for 156 EUR per day. Believe me, there are better places to stay in Paris. NO RECOMMENDATION! A! One thing more. When we checked out and were in rush, we were FIRST time asked was everything OK. And then we told briefly what was wrong, they tried to bribe us with free breakfast to ease the "pain"

Very pleased with location and staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. The unit was comfortable and roomy enough but I would have liked a few more containers for bits and pieces in the fridge and just one TV channel in English. I realise it is France but to hear world news in English would have been good, particularly with so much happening in the world at the moment.

I stayed a few nights in that residence (as the one at Maisons-Alfort was still closed, unfortunately) and I must stay that the rooms are perfect, the quality of welcome and service is perfect too, and the location of the residence is great. You can be in the heart of Paris (Opera quarter) very quickly by metro. I recommend it.
