I would definitely return but would wait to be sure the construction noise from the building site next door is finished. It is quite loud.

The location is great and the aparthotel format worked really well for us as a family. Having a separate bedroom and kitchen was really nice. Lobby was nice, bedding was clean, staff was very accomodating with English. The room itself was not as great. Ants were a constant issue throughout our stay, in the bathroom and kitchen specifically, coming from cracks in the caulking. We swept multiple times a day but it didn't resolve it. There were also some flies, a cigarette burn and stain on the couch, and spots like the closets and under the furniture clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The room also looked noticeably more worn and sparse than the website photos. The elevators were also partially broken for most of our stay which made the stroller more difficult. There was also construction on surrounding rooms randomly throughout the week, mostly in the mid-morning. Staff were oddly reluctant with basic supplies too. The shower soap was under half full on arrival for a week-long stay, and when we asked for more on day four, and another trash bag, we got pushback instead of just a refill. For the price we paid, we expected better. Would try the brand again in a different property.

It was great! The only thing to improve perhaps is the high noise of the bathroom extractors and the room ventilation. Besides that all was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and every staff member was helpful and gracious. The hallways are in need of new carpet and paint, but that didn't impact the quality of our stay. Thank you!

Location is really great but the hotel is under renovation and very worn. Apart from one annoying receptionost most of the staff was super nice and helpful (We initially had to pay double tourist tax but later refunded by a nicer staff)
