I stayed in this hotel due to the excellent reviews. They were confirmed by myself. Very well located, close to many metro stations. Good restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is very comfortable. The kitchenette inside helps a lot. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. I really enjoyed my time there.

Location and cleanliness is good, however my room was visited by a handyman during the day without my knowledge and my towels in the bathroom was touched and thrown away on the shower. Other then this unsettling experience, stay was good!

A couple staying for 5 nights so needed room and booked the room for 4 people as it has a seperate bedroom to living/kitchen. Our room was very spacious. Kitchen had a microwave/oven (no manual so didn't know how to use it properly), a stove top, bar fridge and a big sink (no drainage area after you've washed up). Lots of plates and cutlery/glasses, kettle, coffee machine. A round dining table to seat 4 (but only 3 chairs), and a sofa bed (which I used and ok for 1 adult or 2 kids but not sure for 2 adults). The main bedroom had a large comfortable bed. Lots of hanging/storage space (no good spot for your luggage though), a coat rack near the door very handy and a large bathroom (poorly designed so when you had a shower you knocked the hot/cold tap and also flooded the bathroom.

Great location (2 major metro lines close by), adequate for short stays (good bed and bedroom), many flaws (kitchenette with inadequate space to wash dishes let alone to cook, tiny toilet space, safety box inoperable, rundown carpet on the 7th floor, small dining table) for enjoyable longer stays.
