Stayed for 2 nights well in Paris for my graduation ceremony. Was great - well located and affordable for the area. Clean rooms and decent beds - good bathrooms and amenities. Overall a good stay.

No elevator smelly

The hotel staff as nice as possible and "tried" to help. I was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. This basically made the room entirely inconvenient as I have bad knees. They were unable to put me on a lower floor. My guess is that this is an ongoing problem and honestly i would NOT have booked the hotel knowing this problem.

We are happy to announce that the elevator has been in operation again for several days now, making our aparthotel comfortable again for people of all ages. Our entire team worked hard during the elevator outage, which fortunately was exceptional, to optimize the comfort of our guests, and we are happy that you benefited from our assistance in transporting your luggage. We are sorry that your third floor studio did not meet your expectations. In order to promote the comfort of our guests, we tried to accommodate our guests on the lowest floors of the aparthotel for the duration of the outage, but a large number of people prevented us from offering you a more accessible floor. Furthermore, do not hesitate to inform the staff of any scent that does not suit you in your studio, so we can react during your stay to make it more pleasant. Adagio Access hotels are keen to offer you the best quality of service for your stays; therefore, your opinion is very valuable. Once again, we thank you for your comments and hope to regain your trust during a future stay. Practical and good location

The hotel was in a good location, with everything I needed. The one thing I'd really suggest be changed would be that for a room advertised as accessible, the coffee machine (which I didn't use) and the microwave (which I did, with difficulty) should have been located much lower down - above head height, while standing, is well out of reach for someone sitting in a wheelchair! Otherwise, I was able to reach things quite well and the stay went very smoothly. Oh - and a kettle in the room would also be helpful. The staff were all very helpful and made things very easy for me, and the building was modern and there were no problems getting a wheelchair around.
