The receptionist in the hotel was polite, welcoming and informative. The room had everything except a toaster. As there are visitors from other countries having the option of a smart tv would be helpful.

The hotel was very nice with a very nice staff and all basic things you need for a comfortable peaceful stay.

positive: The location was very practical for me as I wanted to go to the Opera Bastille. And nice spots nearby such as marché d'Aligre, la Coulée verte, and Metro 1 passing nearby. Receptionnists were very kind and nice. Negative: 15euros per night per person city tax, this is extremely high and not related to the level of confort of the room. But what really made me put a bad mark is that the ventilation system was so loud that I could not sleep. It was impossible to stop it. Luckily I stayed only one night, but I was so tired then during the day. Moreover the room was not as nice as expected. I have been in much nicer Adagio. There was a fridge right next to the bedside table. I unplugged it. There was no bedside lamp. I would not recommend staying in this aparthotel. The first thing you expect is to have a good night sleep, which is not possible there. The aparthotel needs a renovation.

Good location...just a room with a fridge and microwave....breakfast not the best...no hot food ...scrambled eggs would be nice...not like other Adagio
