Your front desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. I would give you a 10 except that while taking my shower I felt as if I was going to slip. The shower floor was extremely slippery when wet.

Loved how clean and maintained everything was. Beds was comfortable, staff were polite and helpful, location was perfect for us we were in Melbourne for my dad’s funeral. I forgot to mention that the jets on my bath did not seem to work (room 107). I would definitely stay again.
