This was my second stay this year at Quay West and it was just as good as my first visit. I arrived late evening from the UK and I typically find the first few days in Australia quite tiring / disorientating. However, I find the aparthotel very relaxing - its quiet, spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet (particularly the range of fresh fruit) is excellent and the swimming pool is perfection - unlike other hotels that have a small "tick the box to get the hotel rating" pool, the Quay West pool is large with clean warm water and it looks great. Again, I find the whole experience relaxing and conducive to work (which is my reason for the visits). Finally, the guys on reception: friendly, efficient and you can tell that they quietly very good at what they do - understated I would say. A wonderful stay - Ill be back.
