The room was very neat and tidy. Had everything we needed. The only thing was the bar was only opened a short amount of time we were there. It would have been nice to have had a few drinks in there during our stay rather than leaving the building.

I was not given the room that I booked and I booked that apartment as I had stayed there previously (2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Premium Apartment, 2 King Beds, Large Kitchen, separate laundry, Floors 16 - 26, Balcony) I was given a 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen with a washing machine in the kitchen on the 8th floor. When I complained and showed the photos of the apartment on the booking and the hotel website I was gaslit by the male staff member who told me the only difference is that the apartment I was given had been renovated. When I asked for the correct apartment I was told that it was not available due to the apartments being booked out for the John Farnham Tribute Concert the next night.
