I booked a room at Quay West with my oldest friend to celebrate our mutual birthdays. We had tickets to a play at a nearby theatre and the location was convenient. We were delighted to be offered an upgrade and the apartment was brilliant. Very clean and all possible amenities were there. We had breakfast the next morning which was also excellent. We also chose to have some refreshments at the Quay West bar before the theatre and that was delicious too. I often come to the city for weekend breaks and this was one of the best places that I have booked. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Quay West to anyone heading to the city.
