What was meant to be little weekend getaway for the last weekend of the school holidays went horribly wrong about 8 hours after ordering room service. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was great, the view was amazing. We went for a swim and decided to get room service for dinner. My husband and I had the fish and we ordered our 6 year old daughter the Gippsland beef burger. Went for a walk, came back to the hotel and to bed but by 2am my daughter was vomiting. It would have been roughly 8 hours later that she was sick and continued to vomit all night and the next morning. We had booked tickets for events at District Docklands and reservations for dinner that couldn't be cancelled or rescheduled. Overall, spent a lot of money for a swim in the pool to look at the Yarra River.

stayed for my birthday and to see a stage show. The lady checking us in said the room wasn't ready and she would ring when it was, we were finished at our show and had to ring ourselves at 3.30pm to find out if it was ready as she had forgotten to call. We didn't know how to get our complimentary drinks as it was Sunday and the bar is not open. The lady said she thought we could use the mini bar but she was not sure, we decided not to as we weren't sure either haha. Foxtel was not working in the bedroom we rang and she said there was nothing could be done until maintenance the next day, we were only one night so we just went without it. Was nice on the Monday morning to see the usual faces on the desk who are always so welcoming. Breakfast and coffee was lovley. overall another nice stay with you.
