We recently stayed at the Quay West Suites Melbourne and overall had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the food and beverage options were excellent, truly enhancing our stay. I must mention that the maintenance team fell short during our visit. We raised a maintenance request regarding a broken fridge door that needed replacing and a noisy washing machine / dryer that made it challenging to use. Unfortunately, neither issue was resolved during our stay, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standard of the property. Despite this, we enjoyed our time at Quay West Suites Melbourne and hope that improvements can be made in the maintenance service to ensure an even better experience for future guests. Despite that we will be definitely return next year.

Shower water would leak out the bathroom in my room. Slippers should be provided by default. Otherwise everything else was exceptional. Reception service was impeccable

Very good experience, hotel locates right infront of Yerra river, 3 min walking distance to Fed Sqr, walking rage to st Paul, state library, etc.. All facility are new and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a very pleasant stay!
