A wonderful location with close access to restaurants and the NGV and Federation Sq. Common areas where very clean. Room was starting to feel tired. Windows terribly dirty. A little mold in the bathroom and a water affected bottom of the bathroom door. I feel the property needed a dusting. However it was very comfortable. Bedrooms were a very good size. We had a superior 2 bedroom which is a studio connected with a 1 bedroom.

Clean, efficient, friendly staff, breakfast buffet plenty. Room very nice; WIFI worked well. Shower and bathroom modern and with good water pressure. The only thing disappointing was the room service prices - very high, and therefore punitive and one would make the effort and go out to get some food as you cannot justify paying these room service food prices.

Everything was spot on. From reception going above and beyond to having our room ready to check im early (so we could put our screaming baby to sleep), very friendly service with a nice greeting as you walk past the front desk, amazing buffet breakfast, very spacious suites with amazing balcony views, perfect sized rooms and bathrooms with a well appointed kitchen. From when we first arrived the staff were amazing. Allways helpfull and polite. But the breakfast was disappointing for our 3 night stay. Most of the hot food offering was just warm and very ordinary.

Suites are dated with many fixtures and amenities needing maintenance. Perhaps it was because our room was in the ‘residence’ section and not as well maintained but that’s no excuse. The pool and spa was dirty, rusty and many tiles missing. Overall really disappointed in our stay. Check in team weren’t overall warm and welcoming.

The experience was ok. The people at the reception were very nice, but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to breakfast. The tables were dirty, and it was very busy, so it was almost impossible to get what you wanted. The waiters were also very slow, while people were waiting to be seated. When we came back in the afternoon, the door to our room was wide open… Welcome, help yourself!.
