Nice accommodation is amazing location

We stayed here for four nights during the Australian Open. The location right on the river is amazing; heaps of restaurant and bar choices right on your doorstep, and a short walk across the bridge to the CBD. Our room had a nice separate living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a balcony. The breakfast is passable but relatively basic, and the bar area not very exciting, but it is still a very good place to stay. Would gladly come back.

Good experience at Quay West. We stayed for 10 days. Bar restaurant facilities for a 5 star hotel are not great. Also being closed on Sundays / Australia day was disappointing.

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging things so I didn't have to change rooms, due to the way I booked. We really enjoyed our stay, and the extra space provided by the one bedroom apartment and balcony was brilliant.
