Quay West suites were a great option for us whilst visiting family in Melbourne and enjoying the Comedy Festival, centrally located and lovely night views of the city lights. It was nice having the balcony with ability to get fresh air. Bed was a little firmer than we liked but overall the room and facilities were good. Being Easter there was no room service on the Public Holidays, which was a bit of a downer when you arrive late and need food. My favourite was the gym and magnesium pool, although the rule of 'no children under 12 in the spa' was not enforced and it detracted from the relaxation vibe to have screaming kids running and jumping all around you. The breakfast buffet was good, and it wasn't extra for barista coffee like some places. Mini bar very reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful.
