Great location right on Southbank and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few maintenance issues that impacted our stay. The window seals in both the living room and bedroom appeared to be broken and had been covered with gaffer tape, which allowed cold drafts into the room and even caused the curtains to move constantly. We were also looking forward to using the spa bath, but it was a major disappointment due to the extremely low water pressure. At the flow rate we experienced, it would likely have taken 45 to 60 minutes to fill. The shower pressure was only marginally better, making it clear there was an issue with the water supply throughout the room.
