we always stay here for the football the only downside is if you have a room that is on the train track side if you are a light sleeper they keep you awake all-night the windows need to be sound proofed for them.

Mantra on Jolimont is in an excellent location if you are attending events at the MCG or Rod Laver Arena—you really can't beat the convenience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our stay. While we experienced a minor communication mix-up regarding parking prior to our arrival, the management team (specifically Grace) handled it brilliantly. They secured our parking space, communicated clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly for our check-in. The excellent service from the staff turned a potential issue into a very positive experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay again!

We stayed here as we went to the Alex Warren concert at Rod Laver Arena. Absolutely perfect location for this. The room was clean and very comfortable. Downsides were the lack of available on-site parking and the breakfast wasn’t great, especially for the price.

I haven't stayed here since 2019, and the hotel seems to have aged in that time. Parking was awful, I had nobody parked next to me on one side when I arrived so was able to climb out the passenger side of my car. When we left the next day there was a car parked next to us. My husband had to get in through the boot and climb through to the driver's seat. Breakfast was great, huge selection. Staff were lovely.

Our stay was lovely the room was fairly nice. Bit disappointed that the bathroom has no exhaust fan and the steam will set off the fire alarm if the door is left open after showering to clear steam enough to use the mirror. The cleaning staff were very thorough and the room was well cleaned during our stay. We booked a room with a kitchen unfortunately the frying pan was in pretty poor condition and there was no oven tray for the oven. I bought one and left it in the room.

I called to book in our parking for both nights to be told there was no note on my booking. Then when we checked in the kids beds were not made up as singles as requested and the house keeping had finished for the day. We booked the room several months in advance.

I’m glad our team was able to arrange for the beds to be split for you eventually, although I appreciate this should have been done correctly before your arrival. Mantra is in a fantastic location to everything. Was very comfortable staff were all lovely. Clean the cafe was amazing. Was a lovely stay.

Disappointed in room size at cost. In house food could be more available. Staff friendly, although had to wait 45 minutes for booked taxi service to arrive.
