Our family room was excellent with more than enough space for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location to the MCG was perfect for the event we were attending. Unfortunately there was an emergency evacuation on the Monday morning at 7.10am. We left our room and assembled outside. At no stage did we see a staff member, there was no one to direct people on where to go or to explain what was happening. The fire brigade members told us we could re-enter. Upon check out, the reception staff never mentioned the evacuation let alone an apology or explanation.

The location was fantastic, both for the city and the MCG. We were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. We have already booked to stay again.
