With Covid over shadowing what hotel services were available I still managed to get the most out of my short visit to Melbourne.

The message on your phone states your restraunt was open but when we went to book into it they told us it is shut. We booked because it had a restaurant and then found out it wasn’t open. Still the same price????

We had such a great time. We were so happy we could get an early check in and Melbourne turned the weather on for us so we could make use of the outdoor pool. What a fantastic spot to stay with kids when attending the MCG. I think it took us 10 minutes with a walking 2.5 year old from our room to our seat! Our room was fantastic, there was enough space and is great for a family or couple travelling together with seperate kitchens and bathrooms. We can't wait to stay again when the restaurant re opens, it will be so convenient. But for this trip it was UberEats and Dinner on Wellington Parade which was super close.

I needed a room for one person only, for one night, and the location was very important. The room was simply furnished but had everything I needed. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. All in all I had everything I needed for this stay.

Excellent check in. Was stressed to think I could get a car park. Arrived at 3.30 pm no issue with getting a park. Nice room with complementary wine and chocolates for being an Accor member. Easy check out will stay again

Nice hotel, reception is on first floor, no problem as there are lifts. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. They make check in and check out a breeze. No daily room service due to Covid, but 24hour reception available for fresh towels, milk, tea & coffee. Toilet in room didn’t flush so was promptly moved to another room which was similar in layout but water pressure in shower was quite poor. All in all a good stay, would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights. Great location everything is close walking proximity. The room was very clean and had everything needed but only complaint would be bed and lounge chairs were a little tired but that would be only concern. All staff we encountered were very polite and very helpful would recommend mantra and would definitely stay here again

The suite suited our short stay...well setup for takeaway meals and drinks. We appreciated the coffee machine and self service area in reception, which was available all day. The staff at reception provided efficient and friendly service. We were given a refund for our 3rd night when a sudden lockdown occurred and we left a day early.
