The staff at this hotel are excellent, lots of local knowledge and a willingness to assist with every request. Easy walking distance to the tennis, cricket ground and the free trams offered for travel around Melbourne city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A pretty hotel in a quiet part of the city.

Functional and clean hotel room

We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. The stay was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and the staff were very friendly we enjoyed our stay. It would be a great location if going to the MCG or Rod Laver Arena.

We have stayed at Mantra on Jolimont a few times and have had good experiences every time. Facilities are good. Parking is a bit hit and miss but they try their best to accommodate you. It is easy to get to by car and is nice and close to the Melbourne sporting precinct.

Ebba and Patrick delightful young Staff members who couldn't do enough for us. We certainly received our grd floor (no Lifts) apartment and thankyou. Parking was difficult and far too tight for the size of cars today but the far end on left was more suitable. Although very limited, we appreciated having the access and location for me was perfect. Unfortunately, seating is always too low for our age group. Not only here but in most properties we've stayed in. It seems as though it is more catered for younger people. We sat at the dining chairs instead which wasn't altogether a grand idea but that's all we could do. Unfortunate that we couldn't use the restaurant and bar but under circumstances of COVID we can understand. We experienced a flood out front due to the rain Melb received but was all dried up after few hours. The drains obviously are neglected and Council need to checkout the drains during intervals. Overall as I said, well located.

Room dated Sink cracked Shower far too hot could not control temp Bedroom curtain torn Wardrobe door does not open as hits bedside table Bar & Restaurant closed (poss due to Covid so not at fault) However only discovered on arrival Pool drain cracked could injure someone's foot. Once parked you cannot get out of your door as spaces too small. Did not sleep as window tight to close and could not block out train noise. Should have been put on other side of hotel to avoid noise, sure not at capacity.

We were attending the Boxing Day cricket. This location was perfect. Having travelled 3 hours to attend the cricket, the staff were fantastic in allowing us to park our car and check in after the cricket.

We attended the Boxing day cricket test match so location was sensational. We were also able to walk into the city, the location was extremely convenient for us.

Wasn't told at point of booking the hotel is going through renovations. Rooms not service daily, noisy air con, no restaurant, small car park.....Had to request towels, the room was only serviced once in the 4 nights I stayed

Stayed in one bedroom apartment. Was clean and comfortable room and met with our needs. Close to city could walk in and close to public transport as well. Husband was having a procedure at Saint Vincent's private hospital and this was a great location .

The suite suited our short stay...well setup for takeaway meals and drinks. We appreciated the coffee machine and self service area in reception, which was available all day. The staff at reception provided efficient and friendly service. We were given a refund for our 3rd night when a sudden lockdown occurred and we left a day early.
