Would have given a higher rating but I was disappointed to be told at checkout that an extra $40.00 charge would be added to my credit card. I was told this was a charge for breakfast. I advised the staff that my room rate had included breakfast and that this had been verified at check-in and that I had been assured at check-in that there would be no further charges for breakfast. I was required to show my reservation confirmation to verify this in spite of the fact that this information was already in the system. Very disappointing to have this interaction at the end of my stay.
