We prepaid for our accommodation, but they have charged us again despite showing proof of the initial payment and the secondary charge. They’re still refusing to process the refund, and, as they are no longer responding, we may have no choice but to file a dispute with our credit card company.

Anonymous Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We spent a night at Mantra on Jolimont for the 2 Nov Coldplay concert. The hotel is close by the tram station, right across the MCG and a stones throw away from the CBD. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice view of the sporting grounds. Customer service is superb and warmly accommodated us. Check-in and checkout was very convenient, they even provided a fast resolution to our payment issue, as there was a recent change to their reservation system. All in all, a much recommended hotel.

Great service. Room was comfortable and clean. Location perfect for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Booking was easy to do online. I would definitely recommend to people and stay again for our next trip to Melbourne!
