I haven't stayed here since 2019, and the hotel seems to have aged in that time. Parking was awful, I had nobody parked next to me on one side when I arrived so was able to climb out the passenger side of my car. When we left the next day there was a car parked next to us. My husband had to get in through the boot and climb through to the driver's seat. Breakfast was great, huge selection. Staff were lovely.

Our stay was lovely the room was fairly nice. Bit disappointed that the bathroom has no exhaust fan and the steam will set off the fire alarm if the door is left open after showering to clear steam enough to use the mirror. The cleaning staff were very thorough and the room was well cleaned during our stay. We booked a room with a kitchen unfortunately the frying pan was in pretty poor condition and there was no oven tray for the oven. I bought one and left it in the room.

I called to book in our parking for both nights to be told there was no note on my booking. Then when we checked in the kids beds were not made up as singles as requested and the house keeping had finished for the day. We booked the room several months in advance.

Comfortable stay, staff were great. Limited hotel parking however staff provide a list of alternative options. Be patient when checking out and loading your car as it can get busy and reversing onto the road is not safe.

The first day my room was completely serviced. The second day it was half done. Wet bathmat left on the floor, rubbish bins not emptied and the bar area not touched. Bed not well made. The milk froze in the fridge so couldn’t be used.

We are particularly sorry that on the second day the room was only partially serviced, with the wet bathmat left on the floor, bins not emptied, the bar area not attended to, and the bed not properly made. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the milk freezing in the fridge. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team so we can review what occurred and ensure greater consistency in our room servicing. The room was very comfortable and location excellent for walking to business meetings in East Melbourne, as well as the city for early morning coffee.

Easy walk to MCG, and public transport. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, with kitchenette in apartment. Big comfy bed and soft white towels.
