Apart from not being able to checkin until well after 2 pm and no bar or restaurant being open on a Sunday the remainder of the stay was good.

There was a mixup at check in which resulted in an extremely dissatisfying stay all round.

The frontdesk staff was excellent. As well as the design of the room was great. However here are the things made the experience bad. 1. No welcome amenities as diamond member. When we entered the room there was no welcome amenities and we went downstairs to ask for it, the experience coordinator was telling us what do you want us to give you, in a passive aggressive way. 2. Can't use welcome drinks vouchers. The restaurant and Bar was closed on the Sunday and Monday, hence we can't redeem the welcome drinks. 3. Poor Breakfast experience. As the rooftop bar is under construction, the breakfast has moved to the restaurant downstairs, but the selection of food was minimal worse than any 3 stars hotel. And when I asked for a pan fried egg white, the chief refused to make it and claim she doesn't not have the tool to separate the egg yolk and egg white. We had to asked the waitor 3 times to the chief to make the white egg got us at the end. This should not happen at the 5 star hotel

We also regret that you were unable to redeem your welcome drink vouchers due to venue closures. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we will review our processes to ensure clearer communication and alternative options are provided when outlets are unavailable. Your breakfast experience is particularly concerning. The limited selection and the difficulty in accommodating a simple dietary request are far below our standards. This should never occur in a 5-star environment, and your feedback is being shared with our culinary team for immediate improvement and retraining where necessary. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback—it helps us identify where we need to improve.
