Had an overall great experience - however the photos look nothing like the rooms in person. I thought I had booked a room with 2 double beds as there were 3 of us staying however upon check in and walking into the room there were only two single beds so we were left having to book an entirely new room costing us more than our original booking which was disappointing.

We were there for just one night but we just can't fault the staff both on reception during check in and check out, and the team on the Roof top Bar. Professional friendly and fun. The design is fabulous. The only downside is the lighting in the room. A common hotel problem I'm afraid. It made getting ready for an evening out rather challenging as it is almost impossible to apply makeup with the limited and poorly position lights.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we went upstairs to Cleo for a drink and somewhere to wait. I ended up needing to change my daughter’s nappy and asked if there was anywhere for me to do this. The hostess/waitress gestured to the floor of the disability bathroom and said “I’m sure you will make do”. I shouldn’t have to change my child on the dirty floor of a restroom. She is a person too and is entitled to some basic dignity and hygiene. The rooms are nice however be prepared to hear every noise coming from the street below and the rooftop restaurant/bar above. Overall okay stay
