Hotel ok but fell short in too many areas. Rooms too dark. Furnishes too low. Internet and television didn’t work. Breakfast service poor on both mornings we had to chase down someone to place our order. When asked on check out how we enjoyed our stay we mentioned the internet/television issues and were made to feel that it was our problem because we hadn’t reported it.

Nice hotel however service was poor. It took 3 calls to arrange room service, i then cancelled only for it to turn up cold. Breakfast was disjointed, staff were confused and not organised.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyde. The hotel is very well located and the rooms are beautifully designed and decorated. I would have preferred an extra mirror with better light for applying makeup.
