In my room the black out curtains did not work. They needed to be manually closed however would randomly open which meant I was woken up earlier in the morning than I had wanted. I shared this with the staff after my first night and nothing could be done. In addition to this the light under the vanity would not turn off either so I had to cover them up with towels to again stop the light.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was great, everything had been thought of: the Leif and Aesop products are amazing, the complimentary mini bar, the beautiful bathroom, loved the rooftop. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Will definitely be back.
