Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to ongoing electrical issues throughout the hotel. During a 5-night stay, I was moved between 3 different rooms, which meant having to unpack and repack my belongings multiple times. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and made the experience far from pleasant. I was also advised by staff that a manager would contact me within a week or so regarding compensation for the disruption caused, however I have still not received any follow-up communication. I am quite disappointed by the lack of response and expected better customer service given the circumstances.

I had a great stay at Hyde! I brought my mum for a one night stay for Mother’s Day and she was amazed at the hotel. She said it’s the nicest hotel she’s stayed at and loved the decor. It felt extremely luxurious. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but wish that we did! Next time we stay we will definitely make a dinner reservation. Had a drink at the rooftop bar which was beautiful!

Not as enjoyable as my previous stay. I was on the 14th floor and noise from guests was excessive on 2 of the 3 nights until well after 12am
