Simple accom but friendly staff

I called the day before and spoke to a very friendly female staff member, on checkin the male staff member was again super friendly and efficient as he knew I was in a rush to check in as I then needed to leave hotel for a meeting. Room was very clean. Didn’t have an iron in the room which took 20-25 mins to arrive but every staff member was very friendly and apologetic when I would call to see where it was. Check out was quick and third person I dealt with on reception was also very kind & efficient. Gold Accor member welcome drinks didn’t occur usually I get a bottle of wine or drinks but I did get some Museli bars. Wasn’t keen on the Museli bars - should change welcome gift!

Throughout the three night stay, all staff I interacted with were professional, helpful and courteous. The room was well set up. The bed was comfortable and having access to both a washing machine and dryer was most welcome.
