The hotel is well located and the car park easy to access. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and professional. Easy walking distance to the flower show and the centre of Melbourne.

Our one bedroom apartment was great and spacious but unfortunately the bathroom was the one disappointment. An upgrade is needed desperately. The lighting is really inadequate especially over the bath and in front of the mirror . It is impossible to see properly to put makeup on and the hot water temperature is dangerously hot as the taps are not easy to control. An upgrade to a walk in shower is needed too.
