When I booked the Mantra at Russell, I was not aware that the rate I paid did not include daily cleaning services and the staff said that I could not "upgrade" or pay for the daily service upon check in. I am not sure if it was indicated when I booked, if the rate I paid for, did not include daily cleaning services. Perhaps in future, some flexibility would be good.

I mean we only stayed for one night but it was fine considering it was a quick stop but the room seemed really outdated. Shower/bath set up was as old as the hills
