Very comfortable and spacious rooms in a good location close to restaurants and shows, but as it was the weekend there was a lot of noise at night (music and loud yelling) even though we were quite high up

Overall the stay was ok. Parking was limited and too many parking spaces were for low height vehicles. Bed was way too firm and became uncomfortable after a few hours. Huge stain on the couch, which made the place feel dirty. Shower over bath was a major issue fory wife with Multiple Sclerosis. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for the events we attended in the city.

I understand the frustration regarding the parking limitations, particularly with the height restrictions in some spaces. I’m also disappointed to hear about the condition of the couch and the discomfort caused by the firmness of the bed. Please accept my apologies, as this is not the standard we aim to present to our guests. Most importantly, I’m very sorry to hear the shower-over-bath setup created difficulties for your wife. We completely understand how important accessibility and comfort are, and please know we are currently planning bathroom upgrades, including walk-in showers, as part of future improvements.
