At the same time, I am sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding the housekeeping schedule and towel replacement during your stay. While your booking was on a weekly service arrangement, we certainly understand your concerns regarding fresh towels during a six-night stay. Firstly, I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and that our team made a positive impression. Your comments regarding the friendliness and willingness of our staff to assist are greatly appreciated. At the same time, I am sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I understand your frustration regarding the housekeeping arrangements. In particular, I apologise if the servicing schedule was not clearly communicated during the booking process or upon arrival. We certainly do not want guests to feel that they are being penalised for selecting a particular rate, and I appreciate your feedback regarding the expectation of at least one service during a four-night stay. Your comments will be reviewed with both our Reservations and Operations teams to ensure clearer communication moving forward. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the apartment, bathroom fittings, and room amenities. While many guests enjoy the spacious layouts, we acknowledge that some areas of the property would benefit from future refurbishment, and your comments have been noted. Regarding parking, I understand the process can feel cumbersome, particularly for guests requiring multiple entries and exits during their stay. While the car park is operated by Wilson Parking, we are continually reviewing guest feedback to identify opportunities to improve the overall parking experience.
