The rooms are comfortable but there were a couple of niggles - I left a do not disturb sign on but my bins were emptied on the first morning, and my request at reception to book breakfast didn't make it to the breakfast staff. The kitchenette is very basic - microwave only, so hot plate, which I hadn't realised when booking.
