Well located, friendly staff, however the water pressure in the bathroom was disappointment, hard to adjust and temperature of the water also hard to manipulate.

Softel on Collins does not disappoint, it delights. From our arrival and being greeted by the gracious and friendly GM, Stephan Leroy, through to our room and the Club Sofitel facilities, the experience was truly memorable. What is exceptional, is that the hotel maintains an excellent level of consistency which is truly a huge challenge. Thank you. I have been staying at the property since the 1980's (when it was a Regent) and its transition to a Sofitel has taken it to new levels. Beautiful, taseful, decor in the rooms, well maintained, great attention to detail. This is my #1 Melbourne choice for accommodation. As always, well done!
