From check In to check out all was fabulous. Phone calls: Could not receive calls from room or ring out from room our mobiles. Spoke withJosh was going to check on this Executive Lounge Breakfast on the first day ordered off the Al Cart Menu it came out but not what I ordered. Breakfast on the 2nd day, had the buffet which was great, no butter on the table, staff forgot our coffee order, had to ask again for it, when it came out no tea spoons. Afternoon tea & Canapes was fantastic. Staff were exceptional. Josh Front Desk couldn't be more helpful, as we caught our Uber Josh went out of his way to get us Water to take with us on our departure. His Customer Service is Impeccable, asset to the Company, please give him a Big thank you from us. Management be proud of these guys. Thanks Peter G.
