Ordinary Cleaning was average. Trying to use tile paint over damaged tiles is just lazy. I have photos of the poor cleaning. King bed was zipped together and hard. TVs should be checked and reset so clients have a QR immediately when turning on. Mine was switched off at the wall (why?)- except I didn’t know and thought the remote was broken. Food was appalling. Ordered taco bowl with ‘pulled brisket’ for an extra $6. Bowl was inedible and just crumbled, content was mainly iceberg lettuce and sauce. Beef brisket was separate, dry and cold. For the price, it was ridiculous. Breakfast was barely ok. Juices almost empty every time and were bottles from dry shelf of supermarket, not fresh. No milk options for coffee. Eggs were watery/milky and tasteless. Bacon was always empty and what was there was caked in oil. Chicken chipolatas were inedible. Waste of money.

The room was not up to scratch, not well maintained. As a platinum member breakfast was not part of the room, I needed to talk to reception about this. Coffee was not part of breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant did not have much choice. really poor experience overall.

The hotel room given to me was on the 9th floor, which was apparently an uprgrade. In a nutshell, the room was quite old, bland and didn’t feel pleasant at all. The AC hardly worked too. For over $400 per night this was a very costly affair when the product was more like a cheap bed and breakfast type accomodation.

Room comfort was ok, but lots of noise from next door room. Breakfast was not Ok. Empty food trays, empty dishes, glasses and cutlery, orange juice and apple juice was not refilled, no bacon. The staff was more busy with cleaning away used dishes than replenishing empty food trays. Started to move away food half an hour before end of breakfast

The air-conditioning was old and ineffective; the room was near the lift so the noise was terrible every time someone used the lift. The bathroom floor near the toilet was disgusting and the towel rack was rusty. However the rest of the room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very disappointing experience

Stay was great until the last day, staff car was blocking our vehicles access. Staff was rude, and ordered us to hurry up as she needed to return to work. We were just plotting our travel details on Google. Completely not required attitude. Suggest staff do no block access for paying customers. Disgusting attitude, soured the stay :(

The check in was messy. No one at the front desk (appears to be hiding out the back) the auto check in kiosk didn’t work. No one was about to help. Tried 3 times- Finally got a young lady to assist. However I had to ask her 5 times what was wrong and why the kiosks didn’t work. There was more than sufficient funds on my Amex - she just stood there and didn’t answer a single question. I had to ask her if she was okay ? Could she understand me. Still to this day - I have no idea what was wrong . I’d suggest people / guests would like to see a human at the counter to check in - not an ATM machine . I just don’t understand this concept with a hotel - and when the staff simple ignore the customer and their questions- you have to wonder why The room and bed itself was great no issues . But a bad check in can make the rest of the stay average .

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very tired and dated and needs an upgrade. Little things like the bathroom door stopper dragging on the4 floor, lotions and conditioner dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful.
