Showers didnt work in 1706 and 1707. Staff at restaurant were not attentive. Chairs in restaurant and tables were filthy.

The room was very nice, and the hotel was in a very good location. I liked the fact that you could opt out of cleaning for a day for a reduction in your on-site restaurant costs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for a week, and personally I would have appreciated some bowls, plates and cutlery in the room. I understand we're encouraged to use the buffet breakfast, which is good, but also pretty pricey when you're there for a week. The location of the breakfast/restaurant/bar area on the 1st floor next to the pool is very nicely laid out

It was frustrating to specifically arrange a late checkout the night before, and then we returned to our room an hour before checkout to have our keys locking us out.

Dear Katherine, You took the time the night before to arrange your late checkout, and an hour before it was due your key stopped working. That's not a small miss, it's us undoing the one thing you'd specifically planned for. I'm sorry. I'll be checking with the front desk team on exactly where that note dropped so it doesn't happen to the next guest who does the same thing. The carpet stains are on housekeeping and I'll have that room looked at directly. If you're ever back in Perth, come find me at the desk and let me make your checkout the easy one this time. Honestly the hotel is great. Staff excellent. If you could have a free small water in the room each day and update the small gym it would be a 10/10. No complaints though, very happy with the stay.

On the water, we have a station on each floor and use paper bottles on request, as part of an effort to cut down on waste, which is why it is not a bottle in the room every day by default. If you would like one on hand during a stay, just let the front desk know and we will sort it for you. Your point about the gym is fair too. I will flag it with the team so it gets looked at. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room was huge but furnished strangely. A king bed, a 1m square table in a corner with 2 kitchen type chairs and nothing else. No settee, comfortable chairs to watch TV. The restaurant food was average, my burger had less taste than a Big MAC and 4 times the price.

Sorry to hear dinner at Baha missed the mark on both taste and price, that is well taken and I will pass it on to the kitchen directly. Good to hear the bar staff came through for you, though it sounds like the wait staff side of that night let things down. I will make sure that gets raised too.
