Hotel staff always lovely, I just had no water left in my room and when I got back to my room, the room was still not made up. (I left my room at 0500 and returned at 1500). I also had to check out a day early, although i still paid for 4 nights when I just stayed for 3 nights, my Accor app just says 3 nights. If I paid for 4 nights, this should reflect in my Accor nights app.

Excellent location, rooms were spacious and clean. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The art work was impressive. Overall a great place to stay in Perth.

I was disappointed my credit card was charged for the hotel room cost without my knowledge, and only that i checked my bank statement was i aware. My travel is usually pre paid my travel agency voucher booking, and where this doesn't occur I am always asked which card to charge and provided with an invoice. I travel alot for work, and Accor hotels is always my preference and disappointed with my experience.

We stayed in a twin room which was spacious and clean. Not a busy hotel, it’s very cozy. Nice location. Breakfast was good too. We enjoyed the stay at the Admate.
