Glad the room came together for you, comfortable, quiet and exceptional all round, and that the location put shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Dear Cathy, Sorry to hear dinner at Baha fell short. A forty minute wait on drinks and an order that didn't reach the kitchen isn't the standard we hold ourselves to, and I've raised it with the restaurant team. The mix-up over your room number and the complimentary meal afterwards should have been smoother too. On the room, that tag should have been respected, I'll make sure that's reinforced with housekeeping. And point taken on ALL recognition, I'll pass that on as well. Glad the location, the rooms and the front desk conversation you had about all this were more what you'd expect from us. Dear Trevor, Thank you for the 90 and for taking the time to write. Being a short walk from the train station makes a genuine difference on a business trip, and I'm glad the room gave you the space you needed. The variety of restaurants around us is one of the better parts of staying in this pocket of the CBD. Breakfast arriving cold is not good enough, and I'll be raising it with our food and beverage team directly. I'll also pass your note on the WiFi speed to our IT team, since a slow connection is the last thing you need when you're working from the room.
