Thank you, we had such a fantastic stay. We loved the hotel and the room. The facilities were great and loved the pool area. The staff were so helpful and thoughtful in making my partners birthday special. I am also celiac and so need to eat gluten free, the kitchen staff were super helpful in accomodating me to let me know what i could eat and adapting the dish. Only 2 recommendations that you might like to take on board. When booking the hotel, I called to see if you did provide gluten free food the staff weren't sure if that could be accomodated for and so we didnt end up booking breakfast initially. Just before we came we decided to book another night and the special deal offered was to have breakfast and a hamper which we decided to take up. Which im glad we did, when we got to breakfast the chef was so helpful and most of the food was already in fact gluten free and he had guten free toast he could make me. With the hamper you brought to the room if you swapped the crackers for rice crackers you will also then solve the gf issue simply. If we had initially known we could eat at the cafe we would have most likely booked breakfest for all of our stay. There was no mention on your website either. The 2nd feedback is just that we found the tv options limited, there was no option to watch a movie or anything really of interest. The weather wasnt so great one day of our stay and we really just fancied watching a movie and relaxing so were a bit disaapointed by this. But its a minor thing really. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we would definitly come back and recommend. We booked 2 nights through luxury escapes and 1 night directly.

Excellent help from staff with my mum who needs her medication refrigerated. Nice details of water at the entrance on a hot day and free ice blocks poolside. 10/10
