Housekeeping exceptional, room was always kept at a high standard. Café/bar average. Food good. Reception staff, very friendly. Soft furnishings although lovely in eatery areas, could do with a steam clean

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was very nice, spacious with floor to ceiling windows and lovely views. The service at reception (particularly Christopher Stewart), in the bar / buffet and cleaning was excellent. Adnate’s paintings were a real highlight. The furniture in the bar and restaurant area is tired (and dirty) and could do with a freshen up.
