When I checked in on Sunday night around 11pm, I noticed that the toilet seat and the carpet floor got some sort of stain. The staff member attended immediately after my call, but it was to late as nothing could be done and there wasn't any offer to change a room or so. On Monday lunchtime, a lady called and advised that the toilet is cleaned up. She also offer for some sort of refreshment and fruit plate which I rejected as I am on a diet. The response from the staff was timely.

Can't fault much of the experience - very comfortable bedding, the room was always at a comfortable temperature. However, the toilet broke throughout the evening so it wouldn't stop flushing. This generated quite a loud noise coming from the bathroom which created a disturbance getting to sleep.

No complaints from check in (late after midnight) through to check out (early before 5:30 am) - room was clean & spacious (including bathroom), bed was very comfortable. I ordered food delivery through Uber eats as room service would take 45 mins but as it turns out, Uber's delivery was over an hour due to the lack of drivers!
