I think you need a small guide in the hotel rooms that explain the key services of the hotel, eg, what time is breakfast, where is the gym and when is it open, etc... I have stayed with you before so have some memory, colleagues of mine have not and did not have a clue.

Stayed here a few times now disappointed no recognition for returning clients. Rooms looking dated with no change the last few years. Bar shuts early food niche and poor variety
