I had an amazing stay at The Adnate Perth. Josh at reception was absolutely wonderful & the room was perfect, clean, beautiful artwork & a brilliant view from my room - more than i expected, pleasantly surprised. As a frequent business traveller, I just look for clean & comfortable stays, The Adnate met & exceeded this, looking forward to my next stay here.

Terrible service. I went down to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush, but the staff couldn't find one and told me they would deliver it to my room once they did. I waited in my room for 30 minutes and got nothing, so I had to go downstairs again. This time, another staff member just pulled a toothbrush out of a drawer and handed it to me. What exactly was I waiting for during those 30 minutes?

I completely understand your frustration. Having been advised that an item would be delivered to your room, only to wait and then have to return to reception yourself, is not the level of service we aim to provide. We should have either delivered the item as promised or communicated with you promptly if there was a delay. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can review what occurred and ensure we provide a more responsive and consistent experience in the future.
