Only deawback was the too soft bed - made my back ache.

Second time staying here. Rooms are large and comfortable. Big bed, lovely view and friendly service.

Good experience as usual however hotel is getting more run down each time and more mistakes by staff with delays and errors in transactions which take time to rectify. Getting more costly yet less efficient and more dated. Still a go to hotel for travel but disappointed with what you are paying for sadly
