The rooms are clean and large, and most of the facilities work well. The breakfast offering is very average for a modern hotel, and I couldn't get the chromecast to work (and I know others had the same problem).

Very poor I was greeted with I owe $300 even though I showed them that my Accor App said I had paid the total in full many mths earlier. The staff member then said that their system was “playing up” when I made the initial booking and he will look into it and get back to me. The upon check out he tells me that I now owe $1200. I have never seen service like this. No communication, and so blaza. Won’t stay here again.
