Location is excellent. Good breakfast options (ideal start to the day on a business trip) and good options for dinner. Very comfortable room and lovely staff, and I'll definitely be back. Only slight downside was that trying to get the room temperature consistent between rooms was impossible - both set to the same temperature but one much warmer than the other.

Apart from room design issues (aircon blows in your face nd beds slightly short) , this is a beautifully styled hotel and well finished room. The location is urban and convenient (10min to train) but there are strong food odours outside the hotel from nearby restaurants. Customer service has room for improvement, but much appreciate Raghav for his kind efforts and helpfulness and professionalism.

Stay was fine, hotel is fine, nice and clean, staff were great, location average. Just poor value for money, lack of amenities & F&B to say its 5 star. No recognition of Accor Platinum benefits (which is why I booked the hotel - I always look for Accor or Marriott properties), breakfast options poor and strict, eg you can choose either a coffee or a juice, thats madness. even most 4 star hotels have a full buffet. and same with welcome drink only being able to use it on light beer as opposed to most hotels offer any house drink. So it was fine, hotel is fine, just the value isnt there for me.

Fantatlstic stay. A very nice place to stay in Perth, an oasis. Wonderfully modern, stylish with a cohesive vibe in design and fit, well fitted out, superbly clean and presented. Being near new, no wear, no stains and everything working. The quality of furniture and room amenities was excellent. Robes a little weird (maybe Im old) but hey, Im not a robe wearer! My only complaint was the heated pool wasn't all that warm, certainly not as we expected. Oh, and it would be remiss of me not to mention the view from our room - 103 - maybe some etching on the lower 2/3 to allow light but not give view of the ac's etc. Food was excellent - Farra, our 2nd meal there since opening, pool side, room service and breakfast could not be faulted. It is wonderful having a place doing something a little different. Genuinely pleasant.

Well, I don’t really know where to begin. Firstly I tried to contact the hotel several times when I was out and about we left the hotel at 7:30 in the morning and came back at 2:30 in our room had not been made up. we sat around for another hour until it was. We were informed because we had $100 credit that the rest wasn’t gonna be open. We found a lot of the staff were not aware of things and our evening drinks. We had very little choice. I’m calling room service to get some food to our room being a Sunday and the weekend of a public holiday so not a lot of choice for food within the city. Firstly the gentleman did not know my. My room number when I called and then he could not find my choices. There was only seven things on the menu to choose. I had to call for room service as the app on the television was not working. I’m checking out the gentleman the desk charged me another night and I had paid up in full with Luxury Escapes.

New, clean, good location. Room and facilities quality 5 stars, services offer and quality more like 3 stars - nothing bad just nothing to note of either. Only minus - A/C that blows straight into the face at night given it's located opposite to the bed.

In room dining menu limited. To place an order you need to complete an electronic signature to match your ID provided at check in. Yet I had to do it 3 times to accept my signature/order. Then, on check out, there was an erroneous breakfast charge on my bill?! How?! I couldn’t even replicate my signature. How did someone else manage to place an order and charge it to my room????
