I booked 3 rooms and they were all very nice, modern and well styled. The hotel services fell a bit short though. The front desk didn't have any idea re nearby restaurants, a replacement pillow took 3 requests to come and the restaurant was too small to accommodate the 6 of us for breakfast on the day that we wanted to eat there.

Everything was great! The staff were fabulous. I got charged for some dates from the minibar post checkout which I had not consumed. Neomi kindly took care of that for me when I emailed to say that is an error. Only feedback is whoever charges the minibar should be more mindful as that charge was likely incorrectly posted to my room.

Absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms were clean, airy and so beautifully designed Hotel is in a prime location for Murray st mall Check in staff were so friendly and same when we went to the restaurant for dinner my main dissatisfaction is how me and my colleague were treated by the male breakfast restaurant staff member. He was rude and very passive aggressive from the moment we sat down til we left. It felt that he “was trying to punish me” for enquiring about my colleagues granola as it was a 20 mins wait by leaving my dirty plate in the table for a long period of time while collecting others To treatment received by this male staff member was noted by another customer in an other table come to us and said he must be having a horrible horrible day. He definitely left a sour mark in our stay.

Great stay. Rooms fresh and spacious. Service provided for our meeting and food provided out on the balcony was excellent. Coming from the country I think we are spoiled with the water supply tasting fresh. The water provided in the conference room was not great for me as it tasted like scheme water. Overall very pleasant stay.

To be charged a bond of $400 is ridiculous. For a business trip my company pay for I shouldn't have to be charged a bond. A lot of other hotels just hold a $1 or have my credit card details. I don't see the need to hold $400 and I'm still waiting for it to be released.

Comfortable bed and the outdoor pool and mezzanine area was nice. Couple of small items (1) on my floor room service trays were left for more than half a day and include perishable items. (2) both mornings had to speak to front desk and show records of me pre booking breakfast (3) bar attendant on the monday night (24th) was the highlight of the stay. good knowledge of the product and the local area and very personable. Interacted with all guests and set the mood for the bar.

The accommodation was comfortable and enjoyable; however, the breakfast was disappointing. The included menu focused heavily on cooked egg dishes and lacked simple alternatives for guests looking for a lighter or quicker breakfast. As I don't eat eggs this meant there was no meaningful choice. Fresh options such as yoghurt, granola, cereal, or a croissant were not available. While the staff were helpful in providing a combination of bakery items, a broader range of breakfast choices would make the offering much more appealing. If I have to stay here again I'd pick the option where breakfast is not included.
