Great rooms comfortable bed and friendly accommodating staff. Close to IGA and restaurants for general supplies and a change from hotel dining. Restaurant food is tasty and well presented. Only negatives, room prices are on the high side and increase significantly on a weekend and no on-site car parking.

Short business stay. Walls are thin so very noisy at times. Breakfast starts at 6.30am which is too late for some Business people. Rooms are nice, small but comfortable and clean.

We had a lovely stay, breakfast was great too. Thanks for the upgrade to a river view, much appreciated. We weren't left any welcome gifts, that was a shame as really needed some bottled water after getting back from the football.

Room had a faint smell of dirty feet/carpet. Hot water was too cold. Contracted a mild case of listeria after eating the prawn dish from the restaurant.

Functional room space with poor window views from our rooms which was disappointing Staff clueless and couldn’t advise on what buses ran to where in the CBD Demonstrated limited knowledge of the area and couldn’t recommend good restaurants or places to visit Their attitude and demeanour not that welcoming and could be a little more professional

I have checked the booking you had with us and can see you have booked a standard room - not all of our standard rooms come with a view. To have a city view, you would need to book a superior room and to have a river view, you would need to book a deluxe room. We apologize that we were unable to give precise information around public transport. It may have been the fact that the staff member you asked does not use public transport or is not familiar with the system. Personally, I do not use public transport myself, however, have assisted many guests with googling where they need to go - there are different bus numbers, routes & times and unfortunately is not straightforward, but Google is a big savior! We appreciate your comments around the attitude and demeanor of the staff and will definitely follow this up. I stayed recently for 5 nights, there was a few issues initially but when I was able to discuss them with Tom the hotel manager they were resolved and the remainder of my stay was more enjoyable. Tom deserves to be acknowledged for his customer service and focus on ensuring that people have a good stay and he certainly resolved the situation in my experience and did so in a professional and friendly manner.

There was confusion with my booking and at the time of check in I had to pay to stay then I was able to have the amount refunded after checking my accounts. Chad at IBIS East Perth was very very helpful. So because of the mix up issue I missed out on 2 breakfast meals that I paid for with Booking.Com Also the cost booking via Booking.com is so much more expensive which has now led me to not book again with the organisation. Very unhappy with the booking system of booking.com

​I was very disappointed with the poor communication and billing issues during my stay. ​First, I was mistakenly charged for parking twice—once at check-in and again at checkout—even after I explicitly asked the staff to double-check my account. On top of that, the parking location itself was very inconvenient. ​Second, when we asked where we could sit to eat our takeaway food, a staff member directed us to the breakfast bar. Once we sat down, another staff member came over and told us to leave because outside food wasn't allowed. ​The conflicting instructions and double-charging made for a very frustrating experience. I expect management to address these communication gaps and process a refund for the duplicate parking fee.

2 night stay while travelling through Perth to get home. 15th floor so would not notice this was in the city noise wise and a beautiful view of the river. Rooms dark with black out blinds, comfortable bed and pillows, room and bathroom very clean, large shower with good water pressure. Easy to check-in late. Went to the Crowne Casino to pass one evening - few dollars by ride-share. Have stayed here a few times previously and would recommend and stay again.

Close to Vic Park and near lots of food options with also being at the quieter end of the CBD. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm most of the night which made for a disrupted sleep. The double bed was way too small. No idea how they think two average sized people can fit.

Usually we have housekeepers reset it after the previous guest have checked out but maybe this was missed out. We can actually change it inside the room with the help of wall remotes.
