Kindly note when you book under the family and friends rate, it is mentioned prior to booking that the hotel requires either an authorization form or the Heartist card of the staff member the booker is friends or family with. This is advised on the family and friends booking website, even prior to the booking being made, so believe enough notice is given, to be able to provide this information on arrival. This is a policy all Accor hotels should be following and is not a policy set out by our hotel individually, but Accor in general. As such, we are just correctly following their policy and procedure when it comes to family and friends bookings.
