The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and so convenient having an IGA across the road. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean enough. A microwave in the rooms would make them really great though. I tend to stay here because they have a fairly good gym on the top floor. However I am starting to think about finding a new hotel as I am over the staff. I stay there roughly every month and yet am treated like I have never stayed before. My previous visit I was put in a twin room with single beds and when I mentioned it to staff they said they were fully booked but that I could change room tomorrow. I also asked the same person about the heating in the room and he had no idea what I was talking about. They limit the the temp in the rooms, he was proposing that the maintenance staff could look at it in the morning. My friend who I was staying with was more helpful than this staff member with this. This current stay I am now a silver member so went to the priority check in and was told there was no booking for me and had to email the details of the booking to him. He eventually sorted arranged a room for me as the issue had been that I was booked to a twin room again and had requested to be changed to a new room. The ONLY room he could find me though was another twin room with single beds again and asked if that would be ok. I said that I have no option. He then repeated to me exactly the same story as last time. He then proceeded to ask if I had stayed there before. He was the person who checked me in last time and I had stayed there only 3 weeks earlier. I said that I had stayed there before and that I was a silver member of All Accor. He completed my booking and I went to leave before realising he hadn't taken the rego of my rental care for the carpark. I went back to the desk and was served my lady who took the rego number to enter it in. The third letter was an S and she asked if it was an S or a 5. I said it was an S. The next day when leaving the carpark I was charged for the overnight parking. When I rang through to security they said I had to pay and that the hotel would reimburse me. So I paid and went to the counter again when I returned to fix the issue. They informed me that they lady from the day before had entered a 5 instead of the S. The new lady kept saying she had to get her manager to approve it as she didn't know how to change it. This is when I realised the person I had been dealing with previously was the actual manager. So the staff have no real idea of what is going on and the manager seems to know even less. If I can't get better service next time I will start finding a new hotel as I stay in Perth for up to a week every month.

Accomodation was good but not the same can be said about the restaurant. , First night thought id have the pie advertised .. disappointment. Was presented nothing like the image on table menu card promo , second night ,I arrived and requested a window seat only to be told that section was closed although there where others at other tables in the section.Was directed to sit in other area , the food a steak sandwich was good but the service had me feeling rushed from the get go , The waitress then took a light of my table as if the table i was advised to sit in now also seemed was needing closing, I hastily finished meal and went to pay , stated I was an all Accor platinum member and inquired on the discount , to be rudely told and again feeling rushed that there was no members discount for me only for explorer member , to which I informed her that I was , again this was all too much for the staff who charged me non member rate , this all became to hard and I left as my 30% discount wasn’t worth me putting up with this kind of snappy ness . Far from hospitable service and far from welcoming and in this I ate out of the hotel for the following 2 nights ..

Very friendly staff, good, clean rooms and great breakfast. Location is perfect for access to sports venues, the city, paid parking if you have a rental vehicle as well as other transport services.
