Staff were very nice. Room was clean and shower worked well. Two way air-conditioning was a blessing because there was one night that was rather chilly. Gold Accor member, first time staying in this budget hotel, suitably impressed, no frills but no hardship either. All good.

I have stayed here about 13 times since you guys have opened. Service is okay, i do feel the customer service quality has dropped in the past couple of visits - the staff dont seem to be as keen as they used to be, whether a phone call or upon lobby service it's not as nice unfortunately. Its not bad, just not as good as it used to be or on par with other places in the area. The buffet is really not good though unfortunately, fair selection just the food wasn't really cooked all that great - eg barely cooked bacon, boiled sausages? For $80 I would rather go to fast food or another restaurant for a better price. We were unable to really eat much at all - the bread and butter was nice though. The room was clean and well kept as always.
