Enjoyed my first stay at the ibis style perth . Even the room was small compared to others I have stayed around the same price it was clean nice nice view and bed comfy only thing I would ask is could there be some small body lotions? Had shower and shampoo but thought there might have a small body lotion included too. Breakfast: I really enjoyed the breakfast that was included . Cooked food was hot where I have commented to another hotel there was luke warm and not that enjoyable . The choices including pastries and donuts I stayed with friends but I’ve told my partner about the hotel and breakfast and he defin wants to come and sample it himself! I found all staff very courteous and friendly and won’t hesitate to suggest stay here to others

10/10 for the staff who checked me in on 17/06/2022 in the afternoon. I am happy with the room and the arrangements they provided me for the plans I had for welcoming my Fiance. I will list down my experiences below, 1. I have got room 1707 and the Airconditioning was not working but they have provided another room which is near to 1707 and it was convenient for me. The staff were really polite and helped with checking the AC and then they changed the room. I am happy with this part. but I am not happy with the fact that you haven't checked the room and made sure everything is working properly before giving the room to me. 2. It is confusing that you are keeping a breakfast menu at the room and the same menu at the hotel. I paid for my breakfast and they charged me for the breakfast. I paid it because I was confused. Then I realized I didn't have to pay and I requested a refund. The staff refused first and offered free orange juice instead of $38 but she was really polite and she talked to the manager regarding that after we were kind giving a detailed explanation on what happened and regarding what was included in our booking. I would say it is the staff's duty to ask the customer whether they have already paid for the breakfast or not and direct them to the right place. As I said we were confused with the menus kept in the room and seeing the same menu at the hotel so automatically we thought we had to choose from that menu. We only got a $27 refund which was actually offered by the manager. He gave half of the amount of my parking cost. We should have got the full refund. 3. I called the reception for the water and no one picked up and no call back also happened. Then I called again for water to the reception and the guy who picked up the call transferred the call to the hotel and no one picked up.Then again I called the reception and let them know the hotel didn't pick up my call so he said try after sometime. As a customer should I? It was his duty to offer me that he will contact the hotel and arrange it for me which he accepted only after I requested him to do so. 4. I went down to collect my uber eats order and the reception made me wait there. After waiting there for a few minutes I jumped out from the line and asked him about the order. He was so disrespectful the way he told me to be online. He should have politely told me to wait but he was giving me a rude face which I never see in reputed Hotels especially at reception. But as an existing customer I should have a priority line there to collect my orders or for any enquiries not making us wait because they were serving new customers as well.After he told me to wait he then came to me and asked how he helped me and he started asking me about my order and what I ordered. I am sure that there was no other uber eats order they had because he went in straight away when i said uber eats order and took my order then he started asking me these questions. If they had many orders there he would have checked with me first before he took my order.I had to list all my items to get my order when he had the order number on the receipt to ask me.Plus I would say the person's attitude towards the customer is very very bad and I can't explain how unhappy I was. After giving me this order I asked him about 4 bottles of water then he said I need to wait again for making that 4 bottles of water order which made me really frustrated and I went to my room. The second call I mentioned above was happened after these things happen at the reception When I called them I told them it was 4 bottles of water and ice cubes. They brought 5 bottles and we mentioned about the no of orders we made and then we didn't want to go through the refund process so we agreed to keep 5 bottles. I was under the impression that we would get 2 bottles of water everyday but it was really bad that we had only two 600ml water bottles only provided and for the rest of it we had to pay (At least you can give 2 bottles every day). If you ask me about my total experience it was really unprofessional from the Saturday morning starting with the morning breakfast and experiences with the very unprofessional receptionist who worked on Saturday  18/06/2022. Lovely comfortable bed and beautifully appointed hotel. Stylish room with lovely facilities. Great service and delicious breakfast/ only suggestion would be a second chair in the room. Loved the lock out blinds!! Perfect for our wedding anniversary stay ❤️
