Not great, multiple areas where I would suggest the stay left me dissatisfied. I applied for a upgrade which ended up going through, no one mentioned it to me on check in I only realised when I got my bill. Room had red stains on the carpet which looked like vomit, behind the bed head was covered in thick dust. Hair on bed sheets when I checked in and leaking shower head. If you were in the room with a Do Not Disturb sign on when house keeping was there then they just never came back, even when I was leaving 5 minutes later. We ran out of toilet paper twice, shampoo and body wash was never refilled in shower which also ran out. The little packs with ear buds in them also not restocked when the room was serviced. Moving along to Breakfast, got our name checked off, not shown to any seating just went wherever which was fine, but you need to order if you want a omlette or fried eggs, no one ever spoke to us had to walk around to find a staff member and work out how to order. They just shrugged and then went and got a pad and took to order, coffee machine didn't work half the time either. Not sure if you could order coffee because no one ever spoke to us. The parking situation is less than ideal, made worse by the fact when we landed I called 5 times on the way from the airport to the hotel and no one picked up the phone, also called twice from the room to try and get the car our and no one picked up. Food/Room Service was overpriced and not good either. Overall a really poor experience for a Novotel that was the price it was, I haven't had these issues at any other Novotel and for the price I would recommend looking at places elsewhere.

Wont be staying again including our company. Iven key and nkt even shown where the elevators were No one would answer the reception phone, waiting 35mins for our vallet car to appear and the vallet sauntering around. No water in the rooms to drink even though on the booking there was meant to be.

As an Accor member I have stayed in quite a few Accor hotels over the years, I don’t usually right a review after my stay unless it was either great or bad. Unfortunately this was the worst I can remember for all our stays. Having just moved from Sydney to Perth. Novotel was out first in this great city. From check in to check out was disappointing breakfast not good also. The only positive was the mattresses were very comfortable.
