Well locate. Comfortable. However, service can be improved. For example, 1. contacted reception about television not working. Waited more than 30minutes. Had to call a second time before staff attended to reset television. 2. Was woken up at 3.30am for morning call which was for another guest. No further apologies, except being told by staff "had a good day".
