I love staying in Accor hotels, so I chose this one because it's on Murray Street, close to the Murray Street Mall. The hotel is really nice. It feels new. It has a great bar, restaurant and cafe, as well as a day spa, pool and gym. I stayed on the same floor as those, and the gym and pool were very busy during my time there. The room was great. Comfy bed, all the amenities you need, but what would have made the room better is a bath, and bigger towels. Also, I did order room service one night. It said you could scan a QR code to order, but that wasn't working. I called the restaurant, and it took well over an hour to get soup. They were very apologetic. I don't know if it was because they were very busy or just inefficient. The hotel is a short walk to the shops, but shopping in Perth isn't much to brag about. They have the standard chain stores you would expect, but the shopping area was lacking a certain vibe. If you go to Perth, get a rental car and explore outside of the city. It's a beautiful place and there is lots to see and do.

Nice place, could be cleaner, black mould in shower and some power points not working. The valet situation is terrible, have to park on a steep road, better off just parking across the road at CPP

You can't order water in the room service menu - honestly why? Get some glassed bottled water and I would adjust my score.
