We had a room that had a shower where the water would not go down the drain and flooded the bathroom. Our room was not clean with hair on bed, pillow and in bathroom. Dust in room. I love to use the pool and went to get in and was freezing no one told us heater was broken on check in and I got dressed and went to concierge to ask about it. Overall disappointed as I stay here each year and this time had my husband and was not happy with cleanliness and our room. Sad as I usually love our stays here but defiantly did not this time.
