I would like to have seen some water and something to nibble on in the bar fridge and my room did not have an iron. The food was great and the room was great.

Good location easy to get around. Food was good at Ms Mi restaurant. Room was comfortable.

Booked a hotel room for my birthday, and go out in the city; I've wanted to do it for years and decided to this year as I haven't celebrated my birthday in a decade. Could not get customer service on the phone despite waiting more than 10 minutes...I paid for a room with a KING SIZE bed and instead it was two single beds pushed together. As I had my partner with me this was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the entire thing ruined my experience. Will be leaving this review on Google and will tell me friends to go ANYWHERE but Novotel. Ruined my first time at a hotel experience AND it was for my birthday. Upon telling the concierge this the next day I was met with apathy and disinterest. Absolutely terrible customer service. Still waiting for my I Bond back and it's been over a week.
