The condition you described—specifically the floor not being properly vacuumed and leftover food crumbs—is not acceptable and does not reflect our housekeeping standards. This has been escalated to our housekeeping team for immediate review and corrective action. We are also very sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by the daily food allowance. This is especially concerning given that you confirmed the information with multiple team members and were given incorrect guidance. We understand how disappointing it must have been to then be charged unexpectedly at check-out. This has been raised with our management team to improve staff training and ensure consistent, accurate communication going forward. Two issues- the lunch served on Sunday for about 40 was without doubt the worst meal I have been served. My compatriots at the lunch agreed with me. Secondly I am still awaiting the return of $164 to my credit card being the differenceBetween the holding deposit on check-in and the final account on check out. Activating this would be appreciated.p
