Supered location, very clean, very friendly and good service. The staff allow us to early check in as we arrived very early in the morning, really appreciated. The location can access to many places easily like perth underground station & main shopping area.

My expectations were exceeded with this stay. The location is perfect, in a busy area but somehow the room was completely silent. The calm, welcoming lobby, the friendly check-in staff (the drink voucher!), the spotless room...and the attentiveness of the cleaner. The thoughtful touch that was leaving a Share The Dignity pack in my room was a level of service that I did not expect, and made me feel very warmly about Novotel Murray St. I will definitely stay here again and will look forward to being able to return. I appreciated being able to have a casual drink in the bar, and felt very comfortable in all areas of the hotel.

Thank you very much for our loyalty gift and room upgrade. It was much appreciated. Just a couple of things, we never got our room serviced during our stay. We were out from 10am back at 3pm. We had a knock on the door around 4pm for room service, but we were about to get ready to go out. I said 5.30pm we would be gone. Returned later that night and our room wasn't serviced. We also had an issue with the phone's flashing blue light. It could not be switched off. I enquired about it at reception and they said it was a fault and would arrange for it to be fixed. It was fixed. However later that night, the blue flashing light returned. Also, when we checked in, we were asked "if we had stayed here before?" I thought that shouldn't have been asked, but more of "welcome back" as I think it was around my 6th stay. Just a suggestion re our our room. Only 1 chair for the table. 2 chairs in that space especially as there is no lounge would have been more practical. Overall, we really enjoyed your hotel and its fabulous location.

Location wise - good. Breakfast good and food is good. However, the service needed to be improved. I had a hard time trying to communicate with your staff on the billing when I tried to check out and still errors were made and I had a send an email to your hotel and copied to ACCOR for them to rectify the errors as money was deducted when there was supposed to be a credit as confirmed by your front office staff when I checked out. This was disconcerting. I have to add that it was all settled well but question the errors made despite my effort to highlight and confirm the amounts and billing. I understand that you may have staffing issues but I feel billing issues should be better handled. I also found it hard to understand your invoices and had to check several times to ensure it was done properly. Perhaps your IT system needs some improvement. I would like to add that your staff was courteous and helpful, however, there was one incident when I requested for some cutlery from room service as we had to feed our children and I was told there will be charge of $5. I was flabbergasted. After I questioned this charge, your officer suggested I come down to the lobby near the bar area and take the cutlery & crockery I need. Why was this not conveyed to me when I first put in the request? I would have been more than happy to come down and embark on this "self service" as it cuts down on waiting time. I do hope you take this feedback in a positive light and improve on the service afforded to clients as all in all it was a good stay and except for the billing issues and that one incident with room service. Thanking you for this opportunity to share my views.
