We arrived to find chaos in reception area with guests from a cruise cancellation. We also were to be on the same ship but we made our own booking at Novotel. Our reservation was handled very efficiently and we were in our room in no time. Every comfort. Large, new room. We had room service for dinner and it was delicious. Friendly staff to wave us farewell early in the morning. Also offered us breakfast.. Believe the breakfast was organised for the cruise people that had been booked by Cunard. We felt included but no time. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. However there needs to be a better way of providing vehicle access to those attempting to check in. Perhaps consideration could be given to providing specific bays outside, council approval pending. The lane access is not well advertised and it would be beneficial if you included a digital map on digital correspondence forwarded to guests. Particularly those utilising the parking facilities. Given how things were in Perth when we stayed the staff were lovely. The room was lovely and I spent a lot of time in the pool area. To be honest I would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great experience despite difficult circumstances due to Coronavirus. Helpful and friendly staff good selection of food and nice room. Would recommend this hotel. It’s very well placed for Perth centre with lots of bars and restaurants close by as well as shopping and other amenities

We stayed over night due to a long layover before going to Japan. we were greeted pleasantly by the staff and checked in was smooth. The Hotel was only just opening so we were offered our complimentary drinks a few doors down at the Ibis Styles. Everything was new and modern. Will be staying here again when we return to Perth.

The hotel was in Soft Opening. We knew this when we booked so we knew there was no lunch or evening meal. This was accepted. Howver there was a warm welcome from the only receptionist on duty. She could not have done better. We found the next day that the other staff were equally good including the estaurant manager and his staff. when we boojked we actuallt arranged this with Stephnie, the accounts manager who explained the position and succesfully fixed our accomadtion. I telephoned form the UK to Australia to deternine how long the "soft opening" and the young man answering was also helpful.. I intend to wite a longer letter reagrding ourstay when the Covid-19 as subsided conditions are normal.

Staff were very friendly, hotel is nicely done, and well located. Rooms are smallish, but functional, and fairly well equipped. I echo the sentiments of the room being a bit warm, particularly overnight, and it was a cool, rainy evening. I’d stay again, but probably not if I was to spend as much time in the room as we did, more if we were planning to be out most of the time.

What really caught my attention, and with overseas passengers arriving, was no sanitizer available. On the 10th March, I spoke to two lovely girls on the desk about none being available. They suggested , yes, this could be implemented, and should be. However the next morning another 2 girls had placed a container of sanitizer that was almost empty. When I used it only a fraction was dispensed. When I remarked on this I was told there is NO sanitizers left in supermarkets! I would not have thought your hotel products be from a supermarket, but from a different source. We left on Friday afternoon 13th., & the same sanitizer was on the counter. This is obviously not what your email states as to keeping the level of hygiene to a high standard, and at that stage the Coroner Virus was not taken seriously by Accor. We would like to thank 2 girls, Sarah & Alice for their kindness & leaving a block of chocolate on our bed. I had remarked that on our cruise for the past 46 nights had left chocolates on the bed, did they still do that? What a special surprise to see our gift. Thankyou girls for your thoughtfulness. They also provided my Husband & I with a bottle of cold water when we returned to the Hotel & could see my husband was distressed from walking and needed to rest before going to our room. A big thankyou to them. Surprised that neither Accor Reservations or Hotel directly contacted were not aware of the Red Hot Room Deals. We had received an email stating this & I'm astounded as to why they were not familiar with this notification. It probably took the best part of an hour trying to get a room booked with firstly, Accor Reservations, they then gave me a phone number for the hotel to book with them directly, which they were not familiar with the deal either, but accepted the rate as was advertised.

Hotel and the rooms were wonderful, however a horrible experience checking in and checking out. The single desk and a laptop is not the way a reception desk should be. The process was very long winded and quite painful, as a regular business traveller, one of my worst experiences for a long time!

In challenging times for a hotel just opening, to then have to accommodate the "Queen Mary refuges", the hotel staff did a wonderful job. And then by Friday morning last news you had to let staff go because of the downturn in trade was sad to hear.
