Good location for work. Good facilities. Breakfast gets very chaotic and staff seem very pressured. Would be ideal to have a quieter business area and families seperate. Kids playing with remote control cars around a buffet is far from ideal. Ran out of butter and long wait to be seated. First world problems I know.

Rooms are relatively small after getting “upgraded”. Luggage needs to be carried ourselves to the room and back to the lobby during checkout. Worst part was, you cant even get your receipt for the hotel accomodation stay. The staff made it even harder by saying guest needs to get it from the travel aget ourself when we paid it using my credit card during check in. Quite ridiculous for a reputation of a good hotel. By this experience, i wouldnt be subscribing to all accor explorer anymore and will be looking for other alternative hotel provider.

I stayed at this Perth CBD hotel for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Excellent location close to shops and a variety of food outlets. Fantastic breakfast fuel started the day well and happy hour at the bar was a good way to finish the day.

Nice room but poor servicing. On two of the three days my used water and coffee cups were removed but I did not get clean replacements and had to call and ask for them then wait for up to 30mins for them to be delivered. On the second day the used coffee pods where not removed and there were no new ones supplied. The phone was flashing indicating a message yet there was no message to clear.
