As a gold member was not offered an up grade. Room provided was in poor condition with a noisy aircon and a lot of noise from building works .

Dear Scott, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see that there was not an up-grade available this time. They are subject to availability. We do have building works going on at the moment and we try to limit the impact on guests, though once done the hotel will be looking great. Regards Matt Juniper

Overall, the stay was okay, of course the noise of the refurbishment didn't help. but the main reason for the lower rating was related to error in the booling issue. Dialed direct to book on Friday night and then were booked into different accomidation in Perth. This was flagged within two minutes of receiving the confirmation email,but the issue couldn't be corrected until Monday. This was unsatisfactory.

I stayed at ibis Perth with my parents and we had a pleasant time staying here. The staff were all friendly to me and my parents. The room was really clean. Very good location. After we checked out, my parents asked the staff if we could use some space at the hotel to pray and they made it work for us. Highly recommended.
