My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights. The room was clean and functional. Very handy location in CBD and close to train station and jetty. Only negative was the street noise in the evening with loud car revving and nearby club at weekend. Window did not block much sound!

Very central to the Perth shopping area, trains and eating. Good breakfast on ground level. Hotel decor is old and tired. If you are unlucky to get a room facing the side-streets you get all the noise from party goers at all hours of the night. Hotels should have double glazed windows to keep noise out for the benefit of paying guests. Seems that the owners of this hotel are just cashing in on the location without giving back to paying guests with expected benefits.

Good location near bus and train station. Supermarket is just few minutes away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room toilet ceiling leaking consistently even after the maintenance fix it.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. What made the stay perfect was the staff, they were always available to help with anything, especially the lady who worked late evening on reception (sorry I didn't get her name) but she help me to rebook for a few weeks later and to access the wifi. If I am in Perth again this hotel would be my number one option.
