Although dated and in need of a bit of maintenance (bathroom and paint work) it was clean and dust free but the lamp had no lightbulb and the tv remote did not work. Struggled to get bags into hotel. No assistance and several times had to wait a while for anyone to appear at reception. Food was average and over complicated!

The room is very small, and there was a cockroach climbing up to the desk while I was working on my computer.

The room was good value however the 24hr room service didn’t answer the phone and the front desk was not staffed. The carpets between the lift and the room could do with a good clean.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hall way carpet on room levels was filthy and smelt awful. Rooms where fairly comfortable but couldn’t move or rotate the TV screen to be comfortable to watch it.

Room is clean Size is quite small TV is very standard local channels As 3star hotel, I was surprised that hotel does not provide brush and toothpaste, and not even sleeper (sandal) Breakfast is OK, but that's at additional cost Internet is ok

Leaking bathroom ceiling

We arrived from uk hoping for a relaxing couple of nights in the Perth ibis unfortunately room 409 greeted us with a wet bathroom floor and dripping from the ceiling . As it was late we needed to get a meal we reported the problem on the way out response was the hotel is full and we can’t be moved but would get us more towels for during the night . The night was horrendous constant drip ,floor soaking wet We complained the next morning but no other rooms available told to come back later .came back later receptionist said nothing still but she would phone us shortly an hour later no phone call so went back to reception and got another room Enjoyed seconded night stay but not the stay we hoped for hence poor review

The hotel was well located. The room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were nice. The breakfast was good and the staff there was also nice. However, they provided only limited kinds of amenities. I couldn’t find bathrobes, slippers, face towels, toothbrushes, etc. In general, I was satisfied with the hotel.

I asked for a receipt for my expenses o the hotel and the attendant told me that it would be sent by e-mail automatically, but I didn't receive it so far. It is annoying because it was a business trip and I need to present a report. The parking price was not described in the hotel advertisement. I was a bit surprised about the amount. People that work at the hotel ware nice a kind.
