The staff were all lovely and extremely friendly, letting me keep my bag behind the front counter when I arrived hours before my check in time so I could go for a walk. I would absolutely stay here again.

I chose the Ibis as it was nearer to Leederville where I was to stay for the weekend. Very disappointed that as an Accor Gold Member was not offered water for my stay as is the custom with every other Accor Hotel in NSW - I guess WA have different standards.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the weekend! The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you rely on public transport – it’s conveniently close to the train station and bus stops, making it easy to get around. It’s also within walking distance to some of the best attractions the city has to offer, including the WA Museum. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me when my plans changed at the last minute. They sorted out an extra night for me with no hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I felt it offered great value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether you're here for business or leisure!
