Everything was great , room and breakfast were great .although the checkin process was not at all pleasant .i believe the employees name was dipange or something along those lines . Very rude and not at all welcoming

The room was very clean, but the bathroom is starting to show signs of needing an upgrade. Cost of parking is a little pricey.

The room was quite spacious but felt quite dated. The lighting was poor in the room and as well as in the bathroom. Face washers are not automatically provided and need to be asked for at reception so that is a bit annoying.

The food was great, location wonderful and the views from the gym were stunning across the river. The beds were super comfortable and the service from staff could not be better. The rooms and venue could do with an upgrade and felt dated, with showers in baths that had water going from hot to cold and back again without warning, an air conditioner with a temperature which seemed set to very cold no matter how I adjusted it, and a gym and minibar with no water available unless directly out of the bathroom tap.

I ordered champagne upon arrival for a special occasion and when I checked in at the desk I asked about it. The desk clerk said it will be sent straight up,. 2.5 hours later the champagne arrived after multiple calls to the receptionist!
