LMT024 Couples - TripAdvisor review

Stayed here for a romantic weekend - it’s more suited to a business trip. Very dated and could do with an overhaul. Nothing in the minibar except a small carton of milk, dirty carpets especially by the lifts that hadn’t been vacuumed in ages and very average breakfast. Won’t be back. Staff were friendly and professional and check in and out were smooth.

This is the first time back at this hotel since the pandemic started and it was a pleasure to be back. The staff are very friendly and I was even remembered from the last I stayed there. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. This hotel is close to central Perth but just far away to be out of the hussle and bussle and quiet as well. Parking is a breeze as well as being onsite and pub meals are some of the best. It will be good when restaurant finally reopens but this is not much of a hassle. Check in and check out is a breeze. Love staying here and I am sure u will as well.

My stay at the Novotel Langley was adequate but I expected better. I booked a junior suite and was given one on the 3rd floor. I was expecting a better floor or upgrade as a diamond Accor member as well. The room was nice and large and while comfortable, there was no real central heating and I had to resort to a tower heater that was provided. The internet speed was poor and I got a bad connection from my bed. Finally the breakfast at the 5 Senses restaurant was basic and there wasn't even a chef for freshly made eggs like most other Novotel hotels I stay at.

Always Good as Prior, it will be even better when the bar and restaurant re opens. I don't mind Fenians Irish Bar attached to the Hotel but an alternative would be good. I have stayed twice already this year and will most certainly use on my next xtrip in October

We always enjoy staying at Novotel Perth Langley. This stay was much better than the last stay a couple of weeks ago. The manager then was Vishal, he was very unprofessional. we asked if we could check out one hour later & he said no. While we were checking out another couple asked & he said yes no worries. It wasn't because the room was needed as their was only one housekeeper working that day, she was run off her feet. We are Accor members & have been members for many years that didn't matter to him. We had a terrible stay then but we didn't have an option to share our opinion as it wasn't sent to us. We have notice a lot of cut backs since Covid, little things like we used to get a pint for our free drink now its a schooner, no house keeping during your stay, no wine glasses in your room and no complementary news paper any more. The Accor fee has increased but there seems to be a lot of cut backs. This stay was awesome, we had lunch at Fenians and the staff there are brilliant. Ollie and the young man (sorry can't remember his name he was working Saturday 23 July) were fabulous. Annie at breakfast is also amazing, she always goes above and beyond to make our breakfast enjoyable. Hopefully our stay in a couple of weeks is as good!
