Aircon in the room stuck on cooling. Been freezing over night

Unhappy with noise from neighbouring building. A small fan for heating is not up to the standard expected from this hotel. The buffet breakfasts were excellent.

Very nice place, great location and facilities but could do with better room lighting and easier access to power outlets for charging devices.
