All the lifts failed and it was impossible to contact reception, concierge or dining for about 3 hours. There was no explanation or apology from the hotel. I was unable to obtain dinner the night I stayed.

Found the accommodation quite outdated beds weren’t very comfortable and our air-conditioner did not work. I feel the place needs quite a lot of maintenance and updating for the price you charge per night.
