Lots of pros however were told we had breakfast when checking in and checked again but then got charged for 4 days. Also trying to add another day on to the stay was not great as the hotel was struggling to quote the price we were seeing in booking.com. That said hotel was fine, great location, staff, clean rooms.

Breakfast on the 1st day of the cricket was farcical. We had to hunt down cutlery from other tables, half of the food was empty and we had to make do with what was left, no staff around and just not ready to deal with the numbers of people coming in at the same time (which I thought would've been expected.)
