Stayed at Novotel Perth Langley from 15 - 21 Sept 2024. Location was just right - couple of bus stops away from Hay Street Mall shopping area. Room was spacious and clean for 3 adults - had booked a 1 x queen and 1 double bed room. Housekeeping was spot on - kept the room well maintained and clean throughout our 6 nites stay. Highlight of the stay is Ms Lek Som from front desk reception - our room had some issue with air con and tv on second night @10pm+. She speedily assisted us. She is courteous and listened actively and resolved the issue efficiently - thank you!

good stay but another place that doesn't take cash - this is illegal

not bad but probably wont stay again as you don;t take cash. this is illegal in australia

For the protection of our staff and due to several security incidents, we have made the decision to stop accepting cash payments. We have followed advice from the Reserve Bank of Australia and can confirm it is perfectly legal according to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Businesses can choose which payments they want to accept, whether that's only cash, only card, or a mix of payments.
