Found the accommodation quite outdated beds weren’t very comfortable and our air-conditioner did not work. I feel the place needs quite a lot of maintenance and updating for the price you charge per night.

Overall was ok. Room not ready when I arrived (at 4pm). Had to wait 20 mins. Then electronic key didn’t work so had to go back to reception. Room was ok but not upgraded for being gold status. No recognition of gold status at any point (normally someone thanks thanks). Room was ok and good size. Irish pub downstairs was the highlight. Not sure I’d stay again.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and find that your room was not yet ready, as well as experiencing issues with your room key upon check-in. In addition, I apologise that your ALL Gold member status was not properly acknowledged during your stay. Recognizing and valuing our loyal members is very important to us, and we regret that we missed the opportunity to provide the level of recognition and service you would normally expect. Regarding your room upgrade, unfortunately we were unable to provide a suite upgrade on this occasion due to limited availability. However, as you had originally booked one of our Classic Queen Rooms, our reception team was pleased to upgrade you to the next available room category, which was one of our King Superior Rooms. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hair dryer was surprisingly good despite its small size and the pillows were lovely and soft. But that didn’t quite make up for the paper thin walls where conversations in the hallway and rooms around you are a shared experience. The bed sank in the middle so it was an intimate night. The light fixtures in the bathroom were falling out of the ceiling and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for my partner so he had to hold it in place. The tiles were cracked and the carpet was coming up. There was only a black out curtain so there was no privacy option. The lighting doesn’t lend itself to doing make up either. There was no mini bar or water bottles. All in all I would not stay here.
