I resent having to use a Credit Card, even in the pub., and pay an additional 1.4% for a situation in which I had no cholce.

The stay was extremely pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Also, the location made moving around Perth a breeze with many bus services and CAT services and a taxi stand just near her doorstep.

Room completely met expectations - thank you! Service was great. Breakfast - big range of options. Great location being next door to pub but disappointed that this was closed when we got back on a Sat night and hotel didn't have another "night cap" option. Otherwise, it was a great treat away from home for the night.

The price doesn’t justify the name and brand. I am not expecting opulence, extravagance and grandiose when I arrive the hotel. The cards didn’t work both elevator and room. Frustrated would be an understatement for the cards issues and my anxiety grew just entering into the elevator hoping that my key just worked and it didn’t and I had to go to reception to ask them again and again. And, it was so bad the mood when I entered the room as it was a nightmare are about to begin with dimly lights. In addition, there was lots of noises in the ground floor during at night as if it’s a club or bar.
