Novotel took significant funds out of my personal credit card for 4 nights instead of 1 night. I made it very clear and they also had instructions beforehand that it was supposed to be 3 nights with the company card and 1 night with the personal. When I approached them on Sunday night about their error, nothing was done because on Monday I had to repeat the incident to a new colleague. Even now (Tuesday afternoon) I'm still waiting for my money to be reinstated. Very easy taking money out of my card but it seems very hard putting my money back. Disgraceful. Also when I exited the car park I had to tell reception the car parking fee was already paid but one of the receptionists told me I had to download an app and pay the car park fee. Rubbish. I will never stay at your hotel again and will be sure to tell my work colleagues, family and friends of my extremely poor experience with Novotel Langley Perth.

Just some minor things in the room that need attention such as the toilet paper holder. It keeps turning around so the toilet paper keeps falling on the floor. Very inconvenient and annoying. Also, we were not informed when we checked in that breakfast was included in our room rate. I had to ask the restaurant the next day if it is and that is how I found out.

Good location. breakfast was average. the shower labels were mixed, cold was hot and hot was cold - learnt this the hard way when I nearly burnt myself.
