Dear Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your stay was impacted by several maintenance issues. Please accept our sincere apologies that the air conditioning was not operating correctly, resulting in an uncomfortable room temperature. We also regret the issues you encountered with water leaks near the shower and over the kitchen roof. These are certainly not the standards we strive to maintain, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Dear Danny, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that your room was uncomfortably cold during your stay. While portable heaters are provided for guest comfort during the cooler months, we appreciate that this did not provide the level of heating you expected, and we apologise for the inconvenience. We also apologise that you were not advised prior to arrival that our restaurant was temporarily closed. While breakfast service remained available each morning, and our Irish Pub and 24-hour room service continued to offer lunch, dinner, and snack options, we understand this was not the dining experience you had anticipated. We are disappointed to read your comments regarding the service you received at reception. Providing knowledgeable and professional service is something we take very seriously, and your feedback will be shared with our Front Office management team for review and additional coaching where required. Finally, we apologise that your "Do Not Disturb" request was not respected on the second day of your stay. This is not the standard we expect from our housekeeping team, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention so it can be addressed. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
