Over all it for fine but not without some small disappointments that shouldn't exist but did and amounted to a level of disappointment. One area in particular was the dining. It was well off the mark in a few areas and showed the struggles in the kitchen and in the staff levels. First night we had two steak meals and the steak was great. both meals came out with no salad and we had to ask for it as well as asking for Salt and steak knives. Two breakfast meals were delivered without being complete and were told the rest will come shortly. At a table of four we hade meals completed before two others not yet served. Room 1105 only had one Decaf coffee Sachet. Yes easy to get more but really? A coffee served at a breakfast was undrinkable because is was not made as per the order. Room 1105 was very good. The other room that I booked for my children had a non working toilet which was corrected by changing rooms.

Room basic and old this hotel need a big make over, shower inside bath, get red of bath, decor old . Pillows uncomfortable. in fact the hotel as a hole need to be brought uptodate, or downgraded not the normal standard for A Novotel, this more of the IBIS range

I have never stayed here before, I knew the hotel had been there for 25+ years and my expectations were not high. I was happy enough with my stay and it was great value for money (as we are in COVID season everything is cheap) if however i was paying their normal rate i would not be so generous. The rooms are in serious need of a refurbishment (although i liked my bed softness) but I’m sure the hotel is well aware of this fact, having said that it has everything you need, even a wired old hot plate in the corner should you need to heat up some beans :) So fo the price i paid I’m pretty happy, if i paid the regular amount then there are many newer properties that i would choose

As an Accor member, I checked prices and availability of hotels in Perth for a week’s recovery after major surgery before returning to my wife’s and my home in a rural area. The Novotel Perth Langley came out as a clear winner both in price and comfort levels. But the pictures on the website showed only showers over bathtubs, something which I was unable to utilise in my physical state so I rang the hotel and spoke to Nicky. What a joy. Nicky was very understanding. Yes, they had rooms with a walk in shower; yes, breakfast would be included at a very generous rate. I immediately booked. Upon arrival, Nicky greeted us, told us we could be upgraded for no extra and took us to our room. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing problem with the room but Nicky found us a better, recently renovated room and there we stayed. Every day staff greeted us like family, asked after our health and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was very generous and Annie and her crew were fabulous. Because we were somewhat confined (although not under isolation) we constantly asked for water bottles to drink, expecting to have to pay but not worried by the fact. No, the manager waived the fee. Finally, on our penultimate day, the manager informed my wife that he had given us a late checkout so that we could conclude my final doctors’ appointments without worrying about packing, etc. Thanks to all the staff, Nicky, Winnie, Annie, Hetty and the others whose names we either failed to catch or forgot. We appreciated all your help.

Was overall a very good experience, friendly staff, good to have Fenians Pub close by for good evening meal and refreshments we stayed in a superior sweet room which was nice only point was that the grout around the spa bath was starting to break up so could do with some freshening up and the toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall Small things but do make an impact when paying for a luxury experience

How can you invite us to comment on our stay when all restaurant and bars are closed. Room service is very limited! But in saying this front office staff are the only thing hat is keeping Novotel Langley above ground .... each one of them are thoughtful and considerate of hotel guests and the current climate. So please look at the big picture .............. we personally for short stays are loyal members!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were well looked after. I mentioned when I booked we were celebrating a belated birthday (due to covid) and the reception staff upgraded our suite. We had a luxurious suite, with beautiful views of the river.
