I was looking forward to my Novatel Perth experience, however I was presented with a room that had holes in the curtain, dirty aircon vents, cracked tiles on the floor, unclean grouted areas in bathroom, and a room entry card that just didn't work to satisfaction at all - and in one case I needed to replace them. To top off this disappointment, I was travelling for work, and because of that, I had expected that I would have a 'step up' not a 'step down' in room quality, as part of a loyal, corporate customer base.

Nothing out of place. Fast check in, fast check out, rooms are small but functional. Decently priced.

Very noisy rooms. House keeping woke me up every morning at 0630. Breakfast buffet ok but not more than that.

its old, dated, needs updating and the walls are paper thin

Staff were friendly and check in easy. The rooms are so old, noisy air con and the bathrooms are so dark there is no way a person can do makeup and get ready in there. I have stayed twice this week and the first room was also dark no main light in the room. Shame as it is a great location. Just needs a full revamp
