I stayed for a few days recently to get away from a family situation, and it was exactly what I needed. The staff were all lovely — the restaurant and bar teams were especially welcoming. Everyone was very accommodating, and a special shout-out to Marina on reception, who was absolutely divine. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you.

I had booked two nights as I was arriving on a 5am flight from Singapore. told upon arrival the whole booking was cancelled. had to negotiate to reinstate the booking. Hotel is old and needs a full refurb. Although I quickly got a couple of hours sleep and freshened up before work, departing at 10am. I placed the please clean the room sign out on the door handle. I returned at 8pm and if was not cleaned to be told by the duty manager all cleaning staff had now left for the day.. Pay for two nights only one days service at best.. Poor hotel and worn out..

Large rooms, good wifi, comfortable beds and a generous workspace/desk. It's a little tired in decor but good design and kind staff made for a pleasant, very easy stay for a week of work meetings. Having one lift out of order wasn't ideal and maybe more Gluten Free meals available for room service could improve the experience. But it was a very comfortable place to be, even during such a busy period ahead of Christmas.
