The positives: very comfortable bed, nice location, view from higher floors is great, gym is fantastic, room sizes are generous Not so positives: 2 PowerPoints in the room, including the one in the bathroom didn't work, shower water pressure was non existing, floor lamp did not work, privacy curtain was missing, no ceiling lamps at all, shower grout mouldy. Rooms are in need of renovation

Early check in which was very comfortable after a long international flight. Very friendly staff at check in also. Check out a different experience, I had a meal at the restaurant and charged it to my room, the restaurant staff assured me my Accor dining discount would be applied when settling the bill at checkout. When checkout happened I was informed it should have been done at the restaurant staff assured. The girl was not friendly or solution focused. She kept insisting I have to pay the full amount. I had to ask and insist for her to sort it out to which she replied she would and send an email about the outcome. I’m still waiting for that to happen! Everything was great except the room had no heating. For a Winter season stay it made my room very uncomfortable. For such a know Motel that should have such in view of being known as The Novatel Langley this was very disappointing. Also the bar in the hotel lobby was not open in regards to the 4 times I've stayed there. Not everyone wants to sit in the adjacent pub to have a refreshment beverage. For a Novatel it falls short on expectations.

Due to the current downturn in business, we have temporarily closed the lobby bar, as unfortunately it was not commercially viable to continue operating at this time. We understand this may have been disappointing, particularly for guests who prefer a quieter alternative to the adjacent Irish pub, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. We had an amazing stay at Novotel Langley and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. My son was absolutely thrilled to receive a free teddy bear, which made his stay extra special. We were also very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade to the next room category. It was such a lovely and unexpected surprise, especially after what had been a rough few weeks for our family. The upgrade made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Thank you to the team at Novotel Langley for your kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would happily stay again.

Lovely Irish lad at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming which really stuck with me for the duration. Only stayed one night, room was good and bed very comfy. Could not fault the experience.
