Overall as expected for a Novotel branch... bad point is that is an old building and there are only two plugs in the whole room... if you got cameras, phone, shaver and etc, you have to manage well.

Staff were good and the room clean. Only one lift out of three when I arrived which meant customers had to wait a long time with many contemplating using the stairs.
