Due to many medical, allergy and dietry issues the staff were amazing. Head Chef Muz, Basant, Joshua and Edith were absolutely amazing!!! Not sure why but the housekeeping staff put in a rubber non slip mat for the shower on our 2nd last day, considering i am anaphylactic to rubber not the best move.

After booking for a four night stay in order to attend a conference at UWA, I experienced a bout of food poisoning so was unable to leave Sydney. There was some hope that I would recover in time to leave the next day, so we called the hotel and informed of this situation. I had not recovered by the next morning we we called to cancel the remaining reservation, only to be informed that it was too late to refund any portion of the booking. This is unsatisfactory.

I stayed for a few days recently to get away from a family situation, and it was exactly what I needed. The staff were all lovely — the restaurant and bar teams were especially welcoming. Everyone was very accommodating, and a special shout-out to Marina on reception, who was absolutely divine. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you.
