I was attending a conference and became ill with a back complaint. My wife contacted the receptionist (Gabriella) who was very helpful and organised a taxi and spoke to the local hospital who diagnosed my problem. Gabriella went far beyond what was expected of her and was very helpful and kind.

I stayed for 10 nights for work. Bed was comfy, facilities made me feel at home (the restaurant furniture) , service was good (attention, cleaning and quick time for laundry), food at night was great. good options for breakfast too.

This hotel is to the east of the centre, with very easy tram access to the station, Stare Miasto, Wawel, Kazimierz, Stare Podgorze, and out to the east. Excellent location, very helpful staff and decent breakfast (though we only opted for this once and tried some other places too).

The breakfast was very meat-oriented, even the strawberry pancakes tasted like smoked meat. Not much choice for vegetarians. The location is far from the city center, 30+ minutes walk - the name of the hotel does not reflect the reality. We could hear some door slamming from the hallway, but otherwise it was pretty quiet.

Everything worked well except for the air conditioning. It made regular tapping noises, like a woodpecker throughout the night. The night porter did attend when called and the security colleague opened the window after the AC was turned off. I was grateful it wasn't in high summer but it was still too hot for me overnight which affected my sleep

The hotel stay was pleasant, especially thanks to the very convenient location. Being close to the city center made it easy to quickly reach the main attractions, and the tram lines right in front of the hotel made getting around even simpler. We informed the staff in advance that we were celebrating our annual wedding anniversary. They left 2 pieces of cheese cake and a warm note in our room. We were so delighted! We stayed in 3 hotels in this trip and this was the only one which offered us this treat. We also stayed in Hampton by Hilton in Oswiecim and Ibis Styles Warsaw City and they did nothing. The hotel was fantastic and well located.

1 minutes walk from the trams, which was great for going into the Old Town and other areas within Krakow as it is slightly out of the centre, but easy to get into the centre (3-4 stops away). Hotel is modern inside. Rooms were a good size. Clean and very comforable bed. There is an ironing room on Floor 1 to use. Nice bar/restaurant area. Breakfast was more continental style, with just a couple of hot options; scrambled egg & sausages. Coffee /tea/juices/water also available at breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have kettles/drinks within room, there is a machine by the lift areas and a water machine there too.

The room was clean, very comfortable, quiet and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only negative issue is that I would have liked to have had a kettle to have a cup of tea in my room in the morning.

This hotel was well located and very clean. I was surprised to have no kettle, coffee machine or fridge, even though it was a standard room. Despite this, there were tea & coffee facilities by the lift on each floor and an ironing room on the 1st floor. Would stay again for a short business trip

The breakfast could have been better. Great the first morning.. Then scrambled eggs undercooked Porridge = just warm milk. That was disappointing. But staff friendly and kind. 😊 Also... 3 of us stayed single rooms we all had different € prices!???

Great hotel. Stylish, clean and comfortable beds. Improvements to be made in breakfast. Porridge was a bowl of milk on 3 out of 4 mornings. Scrambled eggs on one morning also very undercooked. A designated gluten free section is advisable, not labelled as "healthy breakfast". Although I could get gf bread when asked.

Amazing hotel, so close to the tram stop and the conference centre I had to go to everyday. Clean, spacious rooms and great staff. The only negative I have is the lack of light in the bedroom, even with all the lights on it felt dull and like winter. I struggled to get ready as couldn’t see what I was doing properly.
