I loved my experience with the hotel. The pools are very clean and good for children, the breakfast is very good with a lot of options. The room was above expectations! I had a little issue with the housekeeping but they made a lot of effort to fix and responded very fast to solve it. So I am satisfied!

Everything was good, but food options provided was not vegetarian or vegan friendly, request to add more options for vegetarians.

4 night stan at an avdragen rate at €200 per night, there servicing of the room was really disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay very much. If it hadn't been for the fact that I could not enjoy the recreational area (specifically the pool) due to the presence of patrons who were not hotel guests, I would have rated my experience 10 out of 10.

This information is provided on our official website, allowing guests to get acquainted with it already at the stage of searching for information or making a reservation. At the same time, hotel guests are granted complimentary access to this area. Fabryka CIAO offers a wide range of facilities, including a full-size swimming pool, a salt cave, four saunas, and a spacious gym, providing various options for relaxation and leisure during your stay. To enhance comfort, information boards are placed in the hotel’s common areas indicating the times when the recreational zone is typically less crowded. Additionally, a schedule of planned activities is available both at the reception and in guest rooms, helping guests better plan their time in this area. We make every effort to ensure that the use of the pool and wellness area is as comfortable as possible for all our guests, and we appreciate your understanding.
