Dear Y., Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and, in particular, for returning to our hotel after your previous stay. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast and room service, and that you still have a positive impression of our hotel overall. We are sorry, however, that the arrangements regarding the bathrobe and slippers caused some disappointment. We would like to clarify that bathrobes are included in the standard equipment of our Superior rooms and Apartments, while they are not part of the standard equipment in our Standard rooms. Nevertheless, guests staying in Standard rooms are welcome to use a bathrobe in the spa by collecting one from Reception against a refundable deposit of PLN 50 per bathrobe. The deposit can be paid either by card or in cash and is fully returned when the bathrobe is brought back. We certainly understand that being asked for a deposit may have felt uncomfortable, and we are sorry if this gave you the impression that we did not trust you. The deposit is simply a standard procedure applicable to guests staying in room categories where bathrobes are not included in the room equipment, and is not intended to reflect any judgement about our guests. We would also like to mention that the equipment and amenities provided in each room category are clearly specified on our reservation platforms. Additionally, our Reception team is available 24/7 and is always happy to assist our guests, both before arrival and throughout their stay, should anything be needed. We truly appreciate your kind words about your previous and recent stays, and we are especially pleased to know that, despite these details, you continue to enjoy our hotel. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again and providing an even more comfortable experience next time. Karolina Gawryś Guest Relations Supervisor

Dear Mateusz, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your positive feedback following your stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience, appreciated the friendly service at reception, and found our pool area comfortable. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the slightly longer check-in time. During the summer season, when our hotel is particularly busy, there are moments of increased traffic at reception. Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear that this did not affect your overall experience and that you enjoyed a smooth stay with us. It was a pleasure to welcome you, and we very much hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Pozdrawiam, Karolina Gawryś Guest Relations Supervisor

Your feedback is valuable to us and will be shared with the relevant team for consideration. Thank you once again for your comments. Dear Joseph, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you had such a positive overall experience during your stay and that you enjoyed our hotel. We also appreciate your comment regarding the swimming pool being busy at times. As the pool is part of the CIA/O fitness&more complex, it is used by both hotel guests and members, as well as participants in organised activities. This is also connected with our participation in the Discover Local programme, which aims to make selected facilities available to a wider local community. Consequently, the level of occupancy can vary depending on the time of day. Information regarding the nature of the pool facilities and their availability to users from outside the hotel is provided at the reservation stage, while the current schedule of activities and lane reservations is available on the CIA/O fitness&more website, at the hotel reception and in the guest rooms. Thank you once again for your kind feedback. We sincerely hope to welcome you back again in the future. Best regards, Karolina Gawryś Guest Relations Supervisor
