While there was nothing significantly wrong, the overall atmosphere at the hotel felt unwelcoming. On the evenings I wanted to dine in the restaurant, there was no availability, so I was seated in the bar, which was extremely noisy.  The room was spacious and airy, but the air conditioning did not work properly, and the temperature remained too high. I was particularly surprised that a four-star hotel did not provide a hair cup for washing. Guests should not have to check which basic necessities are included with their room. Finally, the check-out experience was disappointing. I had made a provision for dinner at check-in and paid the remaining balance when checking out, but I did not receive an invoice. I only received it later because a system failure interrupted the payment process and prompted the hotel receptionist to contact me. Overall 1/10

We stayed in a very large room with a spacious balcony which overlooked Krakow and the Vistula river. Sonia on Reception was brilliant and helped us a great deal. Breakfasts were very good which lots of lively food available. We found it hard to select items to eat from evening meal menu. Bar staff and evening waiters were very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast time the staff were good but by nature of buffet had little interaction with them. Rooms were well cleaned and serviced daily. We had a very relaxing stay. Location good. Tram stop outside hotel.

I was told by my fiancé that she had planned a surprise for me on the date I was staying the hotel with staff member confirming to organise but this did not happen. So was a little disappointed.

I always stay at the Novotel Centrum in Krakow for business travel. There are so many positive ways to measure my experiences. From the excellent location to the always fantastic staff, my stays are nothing short of perfect. The hotel is always clean and feels luxurious. It’s worth noting again that every interaction I’ve had with a staff member has been top notch. I recently tried the laundry service and my clothes arrived on time and clean. I’ve also used their tour booking service to see sites in the area. The process was so easy and I was picked up from the hotel. Overall, every one of my many stays in the Novotel Centrum Krakow has been a perfect 10/10 experience.

Excellent location of the hotel about 10 minutes walk away from Wawel Castle and old town square. My room is big and the bathroom is great too. Breakfast is OK not spectacular. Check in is excellent as I was able to get my room very early for my stay but the house keeping needs improvement as it's very slow and late in the day.

We arrived as a family of 4 for a city break and immediately upon setting foot in the hotel were sure we had made the right choice in booking the Novotel. The staff were superbly attentive, the rooms wonderful, every ask was met with a smile and nothing was too much. We made use of the bar, the restaurant for an evening meal, the gym, the spa, the pool, the breakfast selection was wonderful and always hugely attentive and helpful staff! The cocktails in the bar were also delicious! Agnieszka in the restaurant at breakfast one morning during our stay was especially helpful and put our 2 young children at ease, who can be a bit apprehensive in new situations. I would highly recommend the hotel. The room was amazing, the shower powerful, spacious rooms, the bath relaxing, the views magical over the Wistla river, we could even see the dragon breathing fire from our room! The location is also perfect. If you are deliberating, just book!

I loved the hotel, the location was perfect for what my trip purpose was. The center could be reached easily from there, as well as the castle. However, I was left to get myself ready dressed for the pool to then be left at the dresser room, lights switched off, without being notified the pool closed at 10 pm. The girl just walked away closed the doors and left, while she clearly saw me standing there ready to go to the pool. Very rude. And then came the restaurant and bar experience. We were left to see the menu, I just wanted drinks and headed for the bar. My friend wanted fries and drinks. He let her stand there order to then tell her go to the bar to order these. And he was not happy with us paying separately. Lastly, why do these people all talk to you in polish, when they clearly know and notice you are not local. Anywhere they would talk to us in polish, despite us being the first to speak and in english. I don’t get it why. Breakfast was fine. I liked it. A nice variety of foods. Room was clean and spacious enough.

Absolutely loved coming here pool was lovely, gym was good. Good location great view of the river and side view of castle. We will be coming back. Miss krakow already. The only thing I couldn’t use is the espresso machine I should have asked.
