Our stay was just perfect, the location was great, beds and pillows were dreamy, hotel was spotless, staff were so helpful and attentive. The extras benefits of having a games area was exceptional. The pool, steam, sauna and gym was on point and very well designed. I can’t comment on food and beverages as I had very early starts to my excursions therefore was not able to stop for food and drinks early morning. However the restaurant area was very clean when I had a little walk round. I would say this is the best hotel I can honestly say I have stayed in. The little extra touches of having the rituals brand of shower gel, creams, shampoo and hand wash was delightful, and the staff went out their way to make sure our stay was perfect after informing them it was my daughters birthday they left her a lovely birthday note which she was thrilled with, made her feel so special. Thank you Novotel x

It was easily the best hotel we have been to. Food was amazing, rooms were clean and comfy, staff was really helpful and nice and the pool was great. Location is perfect as well. I couldn't wish for anything else.

The hotel is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the Royal Castle and a 15-minute walk from the Old Market Square. During my stay, I was captivated by the warm welcome from the reception staff. The girls were very helpful and inspired me with their optimism.

We had a lovely stay at your hotel and will definitely recommend it to other families as well. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent and also the service at the reception. Very nice and professional waiting staff at the breakfast restaurant. We had an incident when my husband found a piece of glass on the bread (something that could happen anywhere). the way the staff handled it very nicely and politely, was super professional. the bread was taken away for inspection and the staff made sure we were fine and ok. So it is a great example of a great team in action in a bit difficult situation. What I wanted to comment about, was the service staff by the pool. Not the lady by the entrance, who was also very nice, but a woman who was sitting by the pool as a bodyguard. She started closing off the lights in saunas and urging people to get out 15 minutes before the closing time and not in a particulary polite manner. Also, somebody had taken my key to the locker, so i asked her to find somebody who could open the locker for me, which she was not particularly happy about and rolled her eyes at me:) So, she was the one person who could use a little customer service training and I thought I'd let you know about this:) Other than that - we had an absolutely great stay at your hotel and will definitely return, once we are back in Krakow.
