The hotel is mostly okay, it looks more like an Ibis than a Novotel. Cleanliness is okay, could be better, mostly in the common areas (for example, the pool area was filthy and smelly some days). The overall impression is that is a cheap hotel and they tey to make money out of the most basic stuff: hygiene products and bath robes are only provided for premium rooms. It this were a planet conscious choice (to charge for them in order to prevent waste) it would be like that fo all guests, not chargeable for some only. Also, they are mot transparent about this, you have nowhere to find out in the room description that robes are only provided if you pay for standard rooms.

We spent the weekend in your lovely hotel. It is very well located and even thought there are road works going in right outside the hotel it didn’t disturb us at all.

Nice hotel, some staff friendly some not and construction both indoor and outdoor was not communicated to us prior to arriving.

Amazing breakfast! Nice hotel but the bathroom door had holes filled with plaster and the carpet was gross. Very clean though! Construction both outdoors and in the spa area should have been communicated to us though before arriving. Also maybe some calm music by the pool area. Otherwise great!

Breakfast far too busy - no tables available and queuing for coffee. Roadworks outside property start early and makes pick-up / drop-off by road difficult
