2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff and amenities have been incredible. Would 100% book again. Pool, sauna spa to relax in an evening. Food has been lovely. Staff unbelievably helpful and friendly. Thank you Maciej for being so helpful and booking our trip. ❤️ Chicken Tikka Masala was unreal.

The location in central krakow close to the river. 5min walking distance of old town. By taxi or bus easy to commute airport or anywhere. The view from was magnificent. Eco friendly water refiller. The front desk team was extremely helpful.

Very good hotel. Fantastic, very nice and helpfull service. Excellent, varied breakfasts and a good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and have a nice view of Wawel. Hotel in a perfect location in the city center. A place worth coming back to.

We have been staying at Novotel krakow centrum for over 9 years, Always easy booking as an Accor member. Friendly reception staff and helpfull. As always.... the restaurant and bar staff were excellent, eager to assist and cater for our individual needs ....You all know who you are 👋❤️ although some familiar faces were no longer working there and we miss you 😢 Thank you all at Novotel krakow centrum, we will see you again soon.
