Hotel is well located, 15 min walk from everything you want to see in Krakow. SPA zone was very crowded, also hotels did not have (at least in reception I was informed about it) bathrobe.

However, we regret that your experience with our staff and the spa facilities did not meet your expectations. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere and appreciate your feedback on this matter. I apologize for the inconvenience with crowded SPA area. Due to winter break in Poland we are fully occupied, and entertainment areas might be busier than usual. Also, according to our room descriptions, bathrobes are available in Executive rooms and Suites, however i apologize if our team did not offer to lend you one. I had many questions and the staff at the front desk was always helpful. The lights were not working in our room when we first got there, so that was a little weird, but I reported it and it was fixed when we got back from supper. The bed my wife and I slept on was not comfortable. The mattress was structurally worn out. We turned the mattress end to end (i.e., 180 degrees, feet-to-head) before the second night's sleep and that helped a little.

Only one Sauna is open in winter, which making a hard time to have couple people inside.

It would be a nice overnight coming back from a business trip in Poznan but felt bitter a bit at the end! Booked the hotel at ALL in EUR 139 paid in EUR to my suprise 154. when asked reception they explained me that the EUR 15 as difference I had to pay as currency changing fee? What???? I do not feel that would be just!

Regarding the currency difference: when a cardholder chooses to pay in their home currency at the payment terminal, the bank may apply a currency conversion fee. This fee is charged by the card issuer, not by the hotel, and can make the total slightly higher than the original amount in EUR. We understand this may have been surprising, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
