Connected with IBIS brought me some misunderstandings. I don´t know which lift I used, but it did not stop on level 0. Taking the stairs did no take me to the 0-FLoor. SIgns in the corridors can be better / more informative and clear

You know what you are getting with the Novotel brand and Krakow was no exception. All in all very good 4 day stay. Just a couple of gripes prevented a better score. The hot water was really inconsistent on the first night. We mentioned it and it was fixed. Also, some of the main lighting in the room didn't work so it was a bit on the dark side. Didn't report this although we should have and I am sure it would have been fixed as well. The location is great, being only about a 15 min walk to the old town. Staff very helpful and friendly and good amenities for a hotel of this grade. All in all would recommend

Nice hotel in a good location, very nice, helpful staff. Very comfy bed, spacious room, nice toiletries in the bathroom. We couldn’t hear the trams and cars at night.
