Nice comfortable room. Despite being Budget, all amenities were on a decent comfort level (shower, hot water availability, toilet, tv, air conditioning/climate control, bed, pillows, towels). Privacy wasn't a concern as I stayed in the room alone.

The room was good as a single person and the location was very convient for getting to all the tourist locations or using the train, tram or bus to get to places further away. If I was staying with someone else though the shower being in the room would have been troublesome. Recommend for solo travellers or couples basically.

We stayed four nights at the IBIS Budget, good location next to the train station. A ten minute walk to the main square and around that area for many places of interest. Hotel was clean and the room was fine for four nights .

Hotel is nice but room we got was so small that going around beds was hard. There was no kettle, no fridge. Nothing. Pretty much no space for luggage.

The service at the reception was excellent, and the room was clean. We were also satisfied with the breakfast. I felt the service was outstanding for the price. It was fantastic to be able to confirm the reservation for my pet in advance on the site. With Booking.com and other platforms, you sometimes don't find out until the day of arrival whether pets are actually allowed or what the cost will be—or even face situations where a place is listed as pet-friendly but turns out not to be. Being able to pay upfront and secure a confirmed booking made for a wonderful experience as a traveler with a pet; it allowed me to book with peace of mind.

When we checked in we were ignored for a while. We got served and went to our room. Pillows were flat. Room was stuffy aircon not the best. No where to hang things or put things. We came down from our room at 09.50 asked if we could just get a coffee, as we had breakfast. A man in his 20s said nope go next door I said we only want a coffee, said kitchen closed. Then he proceeded to to go and fill his plate up and have his breakfast. He was rude and dismissive

I stayed for 3 nights. The location was great, close to the train station, airport and other public transport links. It was also waiting good walking distance of tourist hotspots in Krakow. The room was very clean and well appointed, particularly for the reasonable price.

- The room had an unpleasant and persistent odor. - The air conditioning unit was disgustingly dirty, to the point that I did not feel comfortable turning it on. - The Hotel coffee machine was also broken. To make matters worse, there was a service door directly opposite my room that was repeatedly opened and closed between approximately 10:00 and 11:00 p.m., with the door slamming loudly each time. This was particularly disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and consideration for guests was unacceptable and well below the standard one would reasonably expect from a hotel. A significant improvement in hygiene, upkeep, and noise management is clearly needed. ***Staff was very friendly
