Great location to the main train station and nice 15-20 walk to Main Square. Double room with seperate beds was spacious for myself and Dad sharing. Bathroom was clearly for wheelchair users therefore more spacious and more private than other room. Beds could be more comfortable, but air con was fine and no noise. This was a pleasant surprise as the train tracks run along the back of the hotel. Breakfast was average, with mainly continental cold options. I would use the hotel again but not book breakfast as better and cheaper options locally. Staff were not necessarily friendly but professional.

I always stay at Ibis Budget Stare Miasto whenever I visit Kraków. I am extremely happy with my stay. The hotel is clean, and the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. On top of that, the location is perfect. I am already planning my next visit!

You know what you get, but this time, breakfast was just uncredible. No forks, knives, cups or tablets. Super crowded. Room is just not suitable for such a crowd.

Impossible to sleep. The automatic door closers close the door so violent that the sound of closing door make you jump out of bed. We even thought that an earthquake happened. I am not joking, I really mean it.

The room was clean and great for solo travelling, maybe slightly cramped for a couple, as there is not much space for luggage and clothes. Breakfast was satisfactory, shower was working great. I also liked the water refilling station at the entrance. Really convenient location close to the old town and with the tram stop just around the corner. Only thing thing that truly bothered me was the constant noise till late at night. I heard heavy stomping from the above floor and in the mornings doors were slamming. Maybe consider adding carpets to the hotel, if there are no other means of soundproofing.

Good breakfast, satisfactory service, wonderful location in short walking distance from the bus & train station. Very satisfactory price & quality price. And the possibility to leave the luggage to the hotel after the stay as the plane left late was a cherry on the cake.

Very central, but whatever could be made budget was, indeed, budget. The shower being directly next to the bed made for a lack of privacy, and the time-restricted motion-sensor light in the bathroom was incredibly annoying. One pillow and no headboard made it difficult for both of us to read in bed without a sore back. It would’ve been okay for 1/2 nights at most, but 3 was a stretch. At least the bed was fairly comfortable, though it would’ve been nice to have sockets on both sides.

I really like the location of this hotel. Very close to the main train station of Krakow. You can reach the hotel using the tunnel at the end of every platform. The hotel is also very close to big mall and the main bus station. Room is ok, not too small and clean. The toilet bowl is too small to be honest. Staffs are ok, get the job done.
