Friendly and professional welcome from staff. Provided kettle and cups when requested. Rooms were quiet, basic but served our needs. Good location, just along from the main railway station. Tram stop at bottom of street and Zabka convenience store across the road

The reception staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful wish I had asked 2 of them their names because it was on the border of rudeness. My room was extremely noisy due to being next to the railway station and the loudspeaker going off all night long.

Great location—very close to the train station and a shopping mall. The walk to the hotel is smooth, flat, and feels safe. There are also nice cafés nearby, and it’s easy to walk to the Old Town. The room is compact but well-designed—suitable for two people with enough space to open luggage. It has all the essentials, and the bed is very comfortable.

Hotel location is perfect but rooms are a bit strange for me with the sink and shower totally connected to the bedroom and only toilet separate with a door. It is the first Ibis budget with this design. Other are like traditional hotels with separate bathrooms. It needs a restored design.
