The hotel is decorated in an art-deco style. The room, 305, was comfortable, with a big bathroom and very comfortable bed. It was overlooking partly the side of Królewska street, hence you could hear the trams passing by. The only thing I did not like is that the hotel is not really green and for example, in the room there are only disposable cups…

I have stayed in nearly 200 hotels in the last 2 or 3 years. This at the top of the pack. Very high quality classy and cozy atmosphere. The front desk staff is great. The ossobucco at the restaurant was spectacular, but the matre D needs to relax. I am only giving some comments to help the hotel become perfect. Some of them are peculiar to my tastes and some are not. 3. general negatives were a lack of plugs at the desk and the drink tray which took up too much space, sometimes I had an issue with hot water regulation, the area in the hallway is tightly sealed and a slight sewer smell exists. Personal preferences, Bed could be slightly softer, but perfect for most people Pillows although divine in theory are too rounded and too large in shape they are also too difficult to compress which makes them difficult to position properly.

First time in Krakow and we had a magnificent stay. The Crown is a beautiful hotel with great staff and amazing location. Close to everything without it being in a busy or noisy part of Krakow.
