The hotel was beautiful with exceptional rooms. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast spread. A few tram stops away from the old town square. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Krakow

Nice big room. Bath looked nice but quite difficult to get in and out of as it was under a sloping roof and had high sides and no handles. Staff helpful. Never quite sorted out the main entrance - apparently this used the keycard to gain entry but I couldn't get it to work.
