The room was exactly as we had imagined—beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Everything was perfect. The staff, no matter the shift, were always attentive, kind, and helpful. The restaurant manager was also highly professional and efficient. We would return without hesitation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the supervisor Weronika. We had a few minor issues with our room, but Weronika helped us resolve and follow through on all of the issues quickly and smoothly for us. The room is nice, comfortable and spacious. We especially liked the two sinks in the bathroom.

The room was comfy, spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was all 3 of us found the pillows uncomfortable and that’s the only reason I’ve scored the hotel a 9. We didn’t eat at the hotel so our raring does not include any meals. Overall a great stay 😊
