A beautiful hotel but let down by a few niggles. We had a junior suite as a treat, however first night no heating , so was given a small room to go into incase we were cold. Not ideal to be going between the two and no offer of a discount or any kind of acknowledgement. The bathroom was very sumptuous, however, no blinds at the windows which meant the apartments opposite could see straight in. The shower was also very difficult to get into as the door opened into a corner and was only able to open as far as the sink, had to squeeze through between the sink & the radiator so it was probably a good job the heating wasn’t working as we’d have had some burnt bums!

The Crown Hotel is great for those who want to balance relaxation, luxury and convenience. It is located around 20 minutes walk away from Old Town and near to bus/tram/train connections. The team were very accomodating at meeting my requests and the bar and reception staff were very friendly.

Beautiful hotel , this is the 2nd time we stayed however the service this time was not to standard of A 4* , our room was not tidied daily , bed not made and bottles left in the room ,breakfast we needed to ask multiple times for the platters and one day still not received ,just seemed very short staffed such a shame as we love the hotel
