Good room, clean property, good location. Nevertheless, the staff is not properly trained and lacks experience.

Loved the bed in the room, also the breakfast was really nice. One minus point was the light in bar, too bright to really enjoy your drinks.

We spent 3 nights in the Crown Krakow during a family trip to the city. The hotel is new, the rooms are excellent (we had a suite, which was spacious), design is good. Best feature of the hotel was the team that works there - super friendly and very helpful throughout. We had dinner there one of the evenings, the food is nothing special to be honest, but the live piano player created a very nice atmosphere. It's about a 20 mins walk to the center of town, or you can catch the tram for a quicker commute. During weekdays it is more of a business travelers destination. We did enjoy our stay there and congratulate the team for the atmosphere they have created together.
