I had a truly perfect stay at The Crown Krakow - Handwritten Collection. The hotel is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from the Main Square, with a pleasant and easy stroll through the beautiful streets of Kraków. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained—everything felt carefully looked after. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. A special thank you to Magdalena, who was so thoughtful and helpful in arranging a sweet surprise for my husband, as we were celebrating his birthday upon arrival. It truly made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel—our experience was wonderful, and we will definitely return!

Stayed in the suite which was good, but the living room was massive with a lot of empty space, and then a very small bathroom. No drinking glasses provided anywhere in the room (only wine glasses and mugs), no still water provided (only sparkling) so had to keep going over to the shop to buy this. The fridge was also not cold whatsoever and the hairdryer was something from the 80s that barely blew a puff of air and kept overheating and shutting off. A hotel of this standard should be providing a proper quality hairdryer that doesn’t fold in half and require the button to be held down to work. Also no face flannels provided either. Bed was quite firm but the pillows were good including the additional you could select from the pillow menu. Staff were nice and we didn’t use any of the other facilities or restaurant.

Recently stayed for 2 nights , it’s very close to the Main Square only 2 tram stops.clean and comfortable room. Staff helpful & friendly, breakfast really good. Would definitely stay there again.
