Well located, easy access to trams and buses to get into the centre of the old town. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice to suit everyone. Overall brilliant!

I travel a lot for business and pleasure. This has to be one of my best hotel experience. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time visiting Krakow. I would highly recommend this hotel as it ticked all boxes for. Location is an easy 10mins bus or tram ride to the city centre. The room are immaculate and well maintained. In a quiet but accessible area if you are like me that sleeps better when there is no noise. The hotel staff are willing to help and very professional.

This was a lovely hotel, very clean and good rooms, the only thing that let it down was the breakfast, there was limited choice of fruit, pastries and cereals and bugs bread was not fresh!
