We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was large and offered plenty of space, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing rather than cramped. Everything was very clean and well presented, which immediately gave a good impression on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the overall room layout worked well, giving us ample room to settle in and unwind after a long day. One of the highlights for us was the large bath, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel a bit more luxurious. Overall, the room provided everything we needed for a comfortable and restful stay. The combination of space, cleanliness, and thoughtful features made it a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

I am a returning guest and have always been pleased with my stays. I stayed at your hotel on the night of 19–20 December. The morning after my stay I discovered several bite marks on my back and neck. I had not been somewhere else where I might have been bitten, so I believe the bites happened during the night. I have already reported this by phone and at reception, and I am following up in writing.

Good room, clean property, good location. Nevertheless, the staff is not properly trained and lacks experience.
