Dear Mr. Piotr, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience during your recent stay with us. We understand that the closure of the bar at 10 PM was an inconvenience for you, and we apologize for not having communicated this detail more clearly. We aim to offer a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, but unfortunately, the bar\'s hours are limited to 10 PM. Regarding the parking, we regret that the parking spots were fully booked on the day of your arrival. We had reservations for three spaces, which is why there was no availability on-site. However, we do offer public parking as an alternative, and we regret if this was not clearly communicated to you upon arrival. We are also truly sorry to hear that you did not feel valued as a Diamond member of the ALL loyalty program. This is certainly not the experience we wish to provide for our loyal guests. We will review our procedures and training to ensure that all members receive the recognition and care they deserve. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it will help us improve.
