I stayed for a night at this hotel in Krakow and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Pros: - Ioanna and Boris are really superstars, Ionna the manager went out of her way to upgrade my room and make it as comfortable as possible from her side, and I really appreciate such people in the hotel industry, she is amazing and very particular for client satisfaction.Without her this review would be very different. - I got a platinum member upgrade which was fantastic to a suite room, the room had a private balcony and a lot of charm to itself so it was definitely worth it. - The Breakfast is also a highlight the staff at the breakfast was wonderful, the girl in blonde hair was our server and was too kind and brought the best looking and tasting food. - Maybe I said it already but the staff of this place is really what makes it special and after travelling to so many places, this was really a happy and friendly team. - Welcome drinks were also nice. - The bed was really nice and balanced, such a good night sleep. The sofa in the living room was also quite comfortable to sit and relax. Places to improve: - The coffee in room was not Nespresso and tasted very strange also the still water tastes with bubbles and not very pleasant, this is somewhere they can definitely use some improvement. - The carpets in common areas also could use a clean up at this point. - I didn't get any welcome amenity but that might be because my room was changed and someone forgot. All in all a great place to chill, unwind and rest after a long day in Krakow and the team is there to take care of you. I definitely recommend this place for its elegance, friendliness and hospitality.
