Our room looked just like the one we saw in advance in the photos. Sometimes the reality is different than promised. The Crown Krakow is well located outside of the busy tourist areas. It is a nice, peaceful and clean hotel in general. Unfortunately, there was only bathtub in the bathroom. This made it impossible for us to have a shover.

Hotel was lovely, around a 20 minute walk to the square, but completely flat so an easy walk. Small supermarket across the road which was very handy. Room itself quite small but very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Worst thing was the fridge wasn’t working so we were unable to keep our milk or drinks cold. Didn’t bother mentioning this as saw on previous reviews people had complained fridge not working and nothing was done so didn’t wasn’t to waste our time moaning. Shower and bathroom roomy and very clean. I would stay again, trams were being repaired so we’re not running but if they were it would be even more convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Crown was a very comfortable stay. As an Accor Gold member I received a complementary upgrade to a huge suite. I decided to try their breakfast (which was very good) and also greatly enjoyed their evening happy hour drinks. The staff work very hard to provide their customers with great service and are always happy to go the extra mile.

I was very satisfied with the stay in your hotel: starting from the service and your employees (very kind and helpful), fantastic breakfast. I got an upgrade due to my Platinum Accor card and the room was just fantastic. I like the style of the hotel very much. Location is also rather convenient. It is a beautiful room the suite nr.304, the only negative thing was that the fridge was not cold at all. And the room service was not up to the level of the hotel. The room service is very slow, we left at lunch time the room and coming back at 5.30pm the cleaning was done yet. Additionally she forgot to add the amenities such as sanitary kit or replace the two bottles only with water with bubble instead of 1x bubble and 1x still water and she did not take away the used dishes and glasses or refill the notepad. It is all just a detail, but we noticed it.

This hotel is one of the best hotels within the Accor chain. While the lobby is modest in size, it is beautiful. We were greeted with exceptional warmth by the reception staff, and our room was both stunning and impeccably clean. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is close to a bus stop that offers access to nearly all parts of the city. My experience here truly enhanced my wonderful trip to Krakow, and I will definitely come back!

Very friendly and helpful staff, attractive, comfortable and large rooms, excellent breakfast. Renovated in Art Deco style with above average taste. Quiet residential neighbourhood. When construction ends, fast Tram connection to downtown, now a 15 min walk.
