A little away from the old town and at a fairly busy road but great value spacious room and a good breakfast included

I am a returning guest and have always been pleased with my stays. I stayed at your hotel on the night of 19–20 December. The morning after my stay I discovered several bite marks on my back and neck. I had not been somewhere else where I might have been bitten, so I believe the bites happened during the night. I have already reported this by phone and at reception, and I am following up in writing.

Based on the professional inspection carried out, no signs of bed bugs or other insects were found in the room. Good room, clean property, good location. Nevertheless, the staff is not properly trained and lacks experience.

Loved the bed in the room, also the breakfast was really nice. One minus point was the light in bar, too bright to really enjoy your drinks.
