This is absolutely best hotel in Kraków. Great and friendly personnel at front desk. Natalia and Daria always willing to help if needed. Breakfast is simply the best. Highly recommend for undecided travelers.

Perfect for short visit

We were upgraded to a privilege room. which was definitely worthy of praise, (except for a small issue which is the quality of the towels). The shower is large and spacious and the little additions like a Bluetooth speaker and an espresso machine add a lot. There were no noises or disturbances. On the last day we asked to check out late but we were told that the hotel was full. The staff at the reception is definitely efficient and we helped them in booking a tour to the salt mines.

I was surprised that the hotel has its own EV charger since we visited Krakow on our EV. It was a big plus for us that we didn't have to look for a charger somewhere else. I liked that the breakfast selection offered many different vegan options and even rice cakes as I avoid meat and flour products. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. Overall it was a very good and pleasant experience.

Well located, comfortable beds, everything you could possibly request for a very tasty breakfast.

Nice personnel, silent and clean room, nice accommodation. Negative point was the air conditioning in the lobby and in the restaurant, it was really too cold, unbearable. Absolutely senseless is the towel holder in the bathroom of the room placed above the toilet bowl. One day I was picking up a towel and one fell into the toilet bowl.
