The room is ok, the area of breakfast is too noisy. The room is not clean enough, we could see the spider web on the corner of the wall. The hotel hadn't sent and notices to show that they already changed my first night before the date I booked. I had to check the bank the deduction to get which payment it was. 早餐用餐環境不好，太吵了！ 房間牆邊有蜘蛛網！ 在入住前，飯店先扣款，卻沒有通知，我還必須向銀行查詢才知道！最後，寫信確認，飯店回覆，因為當天滿訂，所以必須先扣款！

While the staff were very gracious, our room was not in the best shape. The air was dense and still, with a high smell of dust or mold. The shower is not highly maintained especially around the drainage area and one of the towels hangers fell from the door in the middle of the night.. The lighting switches are suppose to be smart but are actually pretty confusing, and if someone takes a shower, the light from the shower lights up the entire room due to the glass wall, interfering to anyone who’s asleep..

Badly welcomed at breakfast, the staff had issue with credit card machine ticket so refused me access to breakfast while payment was done. I left for full business day without breakfast which isnt nice. I asked twice to get in touch with the duty manager (once through et app and once at check out) but no one seemed interested to discuss with me. Survey is something but customer care should be at the core of a hotel, specialy concerning managers

The trip was good. However, the bill was never sent to me on my email. I checked out on Thursday, Aug 13th and stayed at room 307 for four days. Despite repeated attempts to connect with the front desk on phone, I wasn't able to get a hang of the staff.
