Good: 1. Great location. 2. Quiet room. 3. AC worked well. 4. Windows opened enough for fresh air. 5. Wonderful, helpful and useful staff. 6. Great breakfasts. 7. Daily room service very useful. Bad: 1. Zero water pressure in shower. Zero. ZERO! The tap dripping in my back yard does a better job of making things wet! What is the point of a shower if you can’t rinse off? 2. Silly three or four (??) bin system with tiny bins that overflowed every day. 3. Fridge full of hotel junk that needed to be removed to put our own things in.

Nice clean well located hotel , the only issue I had it’s very crowded restaurant at breakfast . Next time I’d prefer to have breakfast somewhere else .

A comfortable room in a hotel conveniently close to the old town; soundproofing was almost perfect. The staff, especially on Reception, were uniformly outstanding and offered my wife exceptional help when I suffered a minor medical episode. There was huge choice on the breakfast buffet. Our only disappointment was the Winestore restaurant which we used on the first evening and where we ate adequate but uninspiring food and and did not enjoy the house wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful AND efficient. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. We really enjoy staying at Accor hotels and this one definitely did not disappoint.

Some technical issue in the bathroom : no shampoo the first day and the water evacuation was defective flooding the bathroom when taking a shower. Despite I informed about it it was still flooding the second day.

We are Accor members. The meals in the restaurant have always been satisfying. I have stayed at Mercure in Poznan and Torun on several occasions. This was a surprise. Please see the previously stated comment.

Room 618 was very comfortable, decent size and quiet. Bed is very comfortable, shower is slightly lacking power but not too bad. There is a nice bar, would have loved that they surved food later than 10 p.m. or at least have room service for the later hours.

From check-in onwards, hotel staff were welcoming, kind and went above and beyond to help. I had an accident while in Krakow and the hotel went out of their way to provide help and support.

The first 2 days I struggled with air conditioning controls despite assistance from one maintenence person and hotel manager. The old bedroom carpet was dirty and no chance of walking barefoot in the room. The breakfast buffet had a poor selection of proper Polish sausages and the breakfast was too expensive for the selection of foods offered. On the positive side the hotel had a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful.
