Hotel was our Gate 1hotel and we chose stay there for the remainder ofbour Krakow stay. Room was fine. Mall accross the street is a plus. 60.$ charge for breakfast for 2 seemed out of line.

The hotel is located in front of a huge shopping complex with numerous restaurants. The bus and train terminals are situated behind the mall with a walk through access. This makes the mall a very busy place. The room is typical of any hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. One issue we had with the room is that the water that comes out of the shower is hot or hotter. The AC/Heating thermostat did not seem to work although it gave the impression that the controls are working. Minimal gripes that if fixed can make a stay more relaxing and comfortable.
