Our stay in hotel Mercure Stare Miasto was pure enjoyment! We slept like a log, eat like a king, and drunk like an Englander few days ago. Overall, we were excited with wonderful city of Krakow, and its people, especially fantastic hotel's stuff. They treated us like dukes, and we'd like to thank them a lot! Bravo!

I stayed for 2 nights in this Hotel for a training in Krakow. I must say was well taken care by the Hotel and staff to make sure my stay is as comfortable as possible. The room was good and clean, nice bed, all the required amenities and best part Nespresso machine and some cold drinks as complementary. I even had a very wonderful dinner in this hotel. It was very appetizing and presented. Liked the chef selection of menu. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is close to Galleria Krakowska , near to train station and very close to old town.

It was a lovely stay, even for 1 night. Short walking distance to beautiful old Krakow. Excellent breakfast and above all no noise from outside the hotel or room.

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. The stay in Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto was nice with big room. Front Service is great with good check in / check out experience. Didn't dine in the hotel, however, the restaurant environment is great and comfortable.
