We are located between Krakowskie Centrum Komunikacji, Krakow Communication Center and the old town, which is only a 10-minute walk from our hotel. Our building boasts a unique facade and interiors. Stylish rooms and a modern conference center are our response to the needs of a rapidly changing Krakow. The Winestone Restaurant is a unique place where you can savor delicious meals, meet with friends or simply relax after a busy day. We are truly passionate about our guests.

Opposite Galeria Krakowska and the railway station. 15 minutes from the Florian Gate and city center. Close to all the most important places in Krakow; ICE, universities, galleries and museums. The Winestone Restaurant is distinguished by its excellent cuisine. Modern and stylishly furnished conference rooms are the answer to the needs of business, which is developing quickly in Krakow.

Booked flights to Krakow and opted to stay at Mercure Stare Miasto, as it was perfectly located to Galleria Krakowska and train/bus station. We booked direct thru’ Accor. Arrived late evening, wonderful welcome by staff in traditional costume and given a chocolate each (plus avbagel on checking out). We were given Rm 115 overlooking the galleria. According to website we should have had a coffee machine and bathrobes, however neither were provided. To be fair, this was the only thing I could fault. Booked breakfast for our 3 night stay, at the hotel for ease. Plenty of choice tho’ not really what hubby liked. I was ok with bread rolls and croissants. Location is perfect and we found Krakow to be a wonderful, clean and friendly city, with beautiful architecture and amazing history. We will be back and will most likely return to the Mercure.

Very welcoming hotel

Had a great experience, starting with the very warm welcome from Giorgio. The staff really make guests feel taken care of, from the chocolate at arrival to the bagel at departure. The rooms are comfortable. The fitness center is available 24 hours which is important for travelers with jet lag. Breakfast was great. Location perfect for easy access to the train station and old city. Will definitely stay here again.
