I am a Loyalty member of Accor (Member Number 308103 1 … 8). However, I noticed that Loyalty points were not credited for my recent stay in Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto from 31 Jan 2026 to 05 Feb 2026. I am also missing out an official invoice verbally mentioned by the Front Desk personnel that it would be sent to me electronically via email.

At the beginning of the year, Poland introduced a new financial settlement system, and unfortunately the software used to generate invoices experienced several technical issues. Very nice. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable (though the advertised 'city view' and 'balcony' were definitely not true of this Junior Suite). Everyone was very helpful and the restaurant and bar very nice.
