Very clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel. You can clearly see the attention to detail and consumer focused mindset of management and staff. So much better than Mercure hotels in the UK which I visited in the last 3 weeks. It’s surprising and disappointing at the same time, that the same hotel chain has got so different standards across countries in Europe.

We really loved the location. We arrived by train and the hotel is across the road from the station. Public transport is within 50m. We loved the welcome chocolate and the checkout. Room was good and staff were helpful.

We really loved the location. We arrived by train and the hotel is across the road from the station. Public transport is within 50m which allows access to major attractions including good access to Auschwitz and the salt mines. We loved the welcome chocolate and the checkout. Room was good and staff were helpful.
