The room was comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, and everything I needed was easy to find and operate. Also, the breakfast at the hotel is really exceptional - the only issue I had was there were too many choices!

I have stayed in the Hotel a number of times, and it has never failed to deliver a fabulous level of service and comfort. From check-in, to check-out the whole experience is superb and faultless, and I say this as somebody who expects very high standards. Of particular mention are the staff (TEAM Mercure) who go over and above to ensure your experience is one to remember. They are all extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, very well trained and professional. What also shines through is that they work as a TEAM and that they all really enjoy their jobs. I have stayed in a variety of the bedrooms at the Hotel and all are beautifully appointed with super comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The selection of food at breakfast is simply amazing. There is something for everybody, irrespective of individual taste and diet. The Hotels restaurant serves extremely tasty and very high-quality food at competitor prices. Additionally, the attention to detail and the standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is remarkable. In my opinion, you would not be able to find a hotel anywhere that is better than this. All the TEAM members who I have come across in the Hotel all speak the most perfect English, which is seriously impressive. I am very much looking forward to my next visit.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I cannot fault anything with this hotel. The location was perfect just a short walk from Krakow town centre. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made my stay very memorable. I asked for some extra special add ons ie (prosecco on arrival) as it was my girlfriends birthday and they did not let me down. It was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really nice break in Krakow helped by a very enjoyable stay at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto. Lovely hotel, very welcoming staff, great breakfast and located perfectly for easy & quick access to the Main Square. Wouldn't hesitate in both recommending or returning.
