Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto 4 stars

Nice experience, overall. Only inconvenient is the air conditioning, during the night, as it resets to his initial temperature and fan starts.

We stayed at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto for four nights on a short break to Krakow. The hotel was one of our highlights of the trip.

Whilst I initially ended up in a noisy room near the trams at the front of the hotel, this was quickly resolved by helpful hotel staff.

Very satisfy with your hotel facilities and the all the services.

Excellent One thing I would say, the banging of doors closing from after 8am which I think was due to room service was quite annoying.

The hotel is very close to the train station, a modern and inviting shopping centre which has good restaurants as well as shops and a short walk form the Main Square with its historic attractions. The rooms are well equipped, have great showers, very clean and warm with good soundproofing too. Very comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities add to the experience. Breakfast and evening meals are available as is a bar well stocked with local wines and beers in addition to known brands too, excellent staff will guide you with your selection. Finally the reception is modern and a little unusual if you are used to a regular check in desk but everything works very well . This is a hotel I would happily recommend and stay at again

The house keeping staff was very friendly and catered to all my request. I was welcomed with some nice fruits and welcome card which is a good personal touch.

The room is spacious, tidy, modern, with good tv and channels. Lobby is comfortable and welcoming, nice breakfast area and good breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is ideal in the old town, right across from a massive mall.

Nice rooms, good stay. Close to old town, trains, trams and busses. Great lunch in tre restaurant and Nice selection of drinks in the bar.

The best choice to explore Kraków is to start in this hotel , by feet you can go easy everywhere in city center. The staff is very helpful and food is amazing

6 nights in february . A very pleasant stay. Close to the old town, the train station, the bus/coach station, shopping mall. Walking distance to central Krakow and a tram service for further action. Delightful two course lunch in a very goog hotel restaurant. Well stocked bar for late night drinks .

Hotel is very clean and furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The hotel bar was great. Location great just outside the old town. Excellent value for money.
