Overall minor things but room for improvement.

I stayed on a business trip for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience from the first moment. The sauna and bar were a plus but specifically the breakfast was great and the staff all so helpful and friendly. The rooms were not only stylish but also well equipped with super easy, fast wifi.

The hotel has a modern, stylish appearance and a convenient location, but our actual experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was just how small everything was. The room was tiny, the bathroom was tiny, and the toilet area was extremely cramped. Everything felt designed around appearance rather than actual guest comfort. With luggage in the room, the lack of space became even more frustrating.
The air conditioning was another major problem. The hotel heavily promotes its environmental approach, but in practice it felt like guest comfort was being sacrificed in the name of energy savings. Our room was initially restricted to approximately 21°C, which was far too warm for comfortable sleeping. We ultimately had to get a technician involved to override the system and lower it to 19°C. Guests paying to stay at a hotel should have reasonable control over the temperature of their own room.
The television selection was also poor. There were far too many French and German channels and not nearly enough Polish programming. For a hotel in Kraków, Poland, I expected a much stronger selection of Polish television.
Noise was another significant issue. Our room was located toward the edge of the property, yet we could still clearly hear the stairwell doors repeatedly slamming shut. These doors were extremely loud and disruptive inside the room, particularly when guests were coming and going. Better door closers or sound dampening would make a substantial difference.
Overall, the hotel looks attractive, but too many basic aspects of comfort were compromised. Between the extremely cramped room, restrictive air conditioning, poor television selection, and disruptive door noise, the stay fell well short of expectations.

We completely understand that hotel experiences are often very subjective, and from your review it's clear that our concept simply didn't match your expectations.
Regarding the size of our rooms and bathrooms, this is naturally a matter of personal perception. Interestingly, the vast majority of our guests describe our rooms as spacious and comfortable. We also designed our TRIBE beds with practicality in mind – they have dedicated luggage storage underneath on three sides, so suitcases can be tucked away without taking up valuable floor space.
As for the air conditioning, we know it's impossible to find one temperature that feels perfect for everyone. That's why our system operates within a temperature range that is intended to be the most comfortable for the widest range of guests.
We were also a little surprised by your comments about the noise. One of the compliments we receive most often is how well soundproofed our rooms are, so we're sorry this wasn't your experience.
In the end, we understand that comfort is highly personal, and we're genuinely sorry that we weren't the hotel for you this time.
