Lovely hotel, great staff and helpful reception. Lovely breakfast and location is great for exploring. Literally a few minutes from central station, direct train to salt mines and airport.

The hotel's location is good, only a few minutes' walk from the train station and the Old Town of Krakow. You can find everything you need as a tourist. Services are all on point, and the room is cosy and clean. I will come back to stay if I have a chance.

A Wonderful Stay! We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was great, and the staff were warm, approachable, and always happy to help. Our requests were handled promptly and efficiently, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The room was comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the water purifier/dispenser — such a useful and practical touch, and something we really appreciated! The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which occasionally kept dropping and was disruptive at times. On the bright side, the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the chef for incorporating Asian-inspired dishes into the menu. It made for such a wonderful dining experience and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches!

This stay was wonderful. Besides location, the front desk staff were fantastic. From always a warm welcome when we stepped in to a great wealth of information on our way out. The housekeeping staff were right on and always gave you a smile if you crossed paths in the hall. Room was quiet. Loved the music in the hall. Great place to stay.

I really liked this hotel, very clean and great location. Reception staff were always very friendly and the room was a good size. I would come again. I wasn't so keen on breakfast. Due to the layout it felt very crowded even when it wasn't and seating was a but chaotic. I felt the selection could have been better too.

The hotel is quite new, and is conveniently located for both visiting the city and catching a train. In fact, it's a stone's throw away from Krakow's main railway station, and within a five-minutes walk from the old town. Rooms are minimalist in furnishing, but practical. They are also well soundproofed, hence sleep quality is good. Breakfast has a good selection, and is served in the restaurant spaces, on floor -1.
