Me and my partner stayed here for a week and couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, spoke many languages from what I could hear. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of extras, even had a plug in steamer. You could still smell the newness of the hotel. Amazing location, less than 10 minute walk to the old town, shopping centres, the bus station for those looking to go to Auschwitz etc, easy access to the train station. The only issue we had was a rude awakening with a false fire alarm, we wouldn’t have known it was false if my partner didn’t over hear a member of staff saying this. I’d still go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

We travel regularly around Europe. TRIBE Krakow Old Town is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. We read excellent reviews from hotel guests before, and actually staying in the hotel was brilliant. No faults whatsoever. Everything was superb - right from check-in, permitting us to check-in early as our room was ready, great service from front office and restaurant staff, clean spacious room, great breakfast selection, walking distance to major attractions, easy check-out, even allowed us to come back later for a quick shower in the evening before we left for the airport. Would highly recommend, and would definitely come stay here again if we visit Krakow. 5 STARS!!!
