From check in to check out, everybody was professional and helpful. The place was clean and beautifully decorated in old-school charm. Downstairs bar was cozy ( bartender not so much ) and the ability to sit out front or outback on the patio was appreciated.

The hotel's location and interior design are beautiful, but unlike other hotels in Zakopane, there's no bidet in the bathroom. Additionally, I'm still having trouble with my security deposit. We were told it would be refunded, but after we checked out, they deducted the full amount of the stay, including the deposit, from my card again. The amount deducted upon check-in, which included the stay and the deposit, remains outstanding and hasn't been refunded to my account yet. This is very unfortunate, and it makes me think twice before booking this hotel again.

High end hotel that has a great potential. But our first room the coffe machine did not work and also most of the power outlets. We then changed a room and it was better. On our second day the room was not cleaned and we asked for it to be done in 6pm The Spa is very nice but small, if there is other guests feel too personal. The gym did not hat much equipment for 5 stars hotel

Regarding the room cleaning service, according to our standards, rooms are serviced throughout the day and should be completed by 4:00 PM. It is possible that, in this particular case, there was a circumstance that prevented our team from completing the service within the standard timeframe, such as a “Do Not Disturb” sign or another situation. Nevertheless, we always encourage our Guests to contact Reception directly should they need assistance, so we can resolve any matter as quickly as possible. Regarding our wellness area and gym, their intimate character is a result of the boutique concept of our hotel. Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków is a small, boutique property located in a historic townhouse in the heart of Kraków. The size of our wellness facilities and fitness area is a conscious element of our character and is clearly communicated to our Guests before arrival. My wife and I stayed at the Bachleda Hotel for four nights on our first trip to Kraków. We had a wonderful time. The hotel and service were impeccable. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. It is a great hotel for people that want a boutique experience in a great location. Breakfast in the courtyard is a must. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. This will our first option every time we visit Kraków. We highly recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a unique and stylish design. Everything was exceptionally clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The wellness area was peaceful, and we often had it all to ourselves. The water temperature was perfect, and the entire space looked beautiful. The only disappointment was the gym. It would benefit from a few simple heavier dumbbells and fewer cardio machines to make it more practical for strength training.
