Check-in was ok. Clerk made a comment I paid too little for my room. From that comment on the desk staff treated us as if we didn’t deserve the up class service. The bell service young man was very kind and respectful. Breakfast was not included but we did eat one morning. Nice buffet highly overpriced. We liked the Opus Lounge. Bartender was very good and treated us well. The housekeeping staff lacked. There was no turndown service as stated on my registration. On checkout day I walked to the desk to get an invoice. I waited until finally I was recognized. I handed the clerk 100pl to apply towards my bill. He took it but would not produce an invoice until I removed all luggage from the room. He asked me if I took anything from the minibar. I had 1 coke. I received no assistance with my luggage as we brought it all downstairs ourselves. No offer to help bring it down. As I again waited for the invoice the guy still wouldn’t produce one. Our driver was waiting to get us to the airport. We had to leave. Still no invoice. The bell service ONLY than offered to help us. 3 Days later still no invoice!!!

We had a very good stay at this hotel, all the staff were very friendly and the room was a high standard. We enjoyed the bar area very cosy and a nice atmosphere, the cocktails were excellent.

the WORST treatment I have ever experienced I called the hotel to ask for availability during 26-29th of December. I have never ever experienced such a terrible treatment from a so called luxury hotel. The hotel might have extraordinary exterior. However, the interior - meaning how to treat customers - is totally absent.

Hotel is fabulous - we had an executive suite that was very large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Toiletries were high quality Guerlain - and if it had been warmer we’d have had a drink on the balcony. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great location - 10 minutes to the Central Square. I would recommend unreservedly and if we visit Krakow again would not even look at other hotels as the Bachleda was so. Perfect.
