loved the architectural design and the unique room. service is top level. didn't eat at the restaurant but heard good things. the spa is very pampering. so cheap for this luxury, we travel a lot and never saw value like this!

I stayed at this beautiful property for just 1 night and it was really a lovely stay overall, and after lot of thoughts I want to be fair. Pros: - Fantastic location, right next to the curve of river and walking distance to all major points. - Luxurious looking boutique hotel, with all interiors kept well and the staff was also super friendly and nice. You walk in and staff greets you with a smile and a welcome drink. The interiors are exquisite and really made to look like a royal reading room. - Welcome drinks were really a highlight, the bartender puts a show which is really cool, welcome amenity was a bottle of Prosecco and a bottle opener. - Guerlain products in bathroom was definitely a nice touch. Very nice towels and last but not the least 4 ply toilet paper, that I really give the extra point towards. - The wet area and the spa are a highlight, it definitely works in their favour to have such facilities. - Interiors of not only rooms and front desk, bar but also hallways are very beautiful. The bar and restaurant both have interiors of an English royal castle's reading room. - Sound proofing is fantastic, the sound from outside does not enter and this was such a big plus for a boutique property. Space to Improve: - Some things did not go the way they were intended to, the room size what they call a junior sweet is a regular room, nothing impressive. Size itself did not feel like an upgrade was given. This is the main reason for the not 5 star experience because it is a special hotel, it is beautiful but if I do not get sleep, ask a room upgrade that was available at 11:58 PM of the same day and went empty, I think then hotel needs to also pick up responsibility of this. - Price point of a 5 star in the capital city of Poland is much lesser than this hotel, so on top of all the hassle, I didn't like that I pay a premium price and not receive worth of it. - The main mattress was very soft in a strange way that we were falling outward and not in the bed, and the sofa bed as they already told is not for a grown up, but I am sure very uncomfortable for a kid too. Having experienced differently a day after in another M Gallery I can say this with confidence they need to work hard on this one aspect which is sleep. That is why we are using hotels. - The bathtub was a bit broken and the shampoo bottles were getting old and in parts there was black mold, I informed the front office manager, who was very kind and assured me next trip will be better. - Gym is super small but they managed to put things together which I appreciate. All in all a beautiful and carefully designed hotel, 5 stars I am not sure about but it is a boutique property and sometimes, that gets the stars and not the services provided in capacity. If you are traveling with one person or alone, I suggest choose this property. I definitely think, I will return here but only to make sure that it was a rare occasion to all mishaps and future is bright and luxurious.

Recently, our hotel has been operating at nearly 100% occupancy, which naturally limits the possibility of offering upgrades, even when individual rooms may appear available at very late hours. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that it is not our practice to assign rooms where an adult guest is expected to sleep on a sofa bed. Such sofa beds are intended exclusively as an additional sleeping option for children. For this reason, the situation you described is not in line with our standards and will be carefully reviewed internally. We also thank you for your comments regarding the technical condition of the room and its facilities. Every such remark is taken very seriously and will be forwarded to the relevant departments for inspection and follow-up, to ensure that our standards are fully maintained. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a stay that fully meets your expectations.
