My wife and I were somewhat disappointed. We did request a quiet room on the top story. This we received. However, we found Room 408 to have turns, bends, and corners. It made us dizzy. We did request a room change. This did not materialize until 3 days later. Room 414 was more gratifying. The drains in the bathtub were dreadful. The tubs did not drain in either room. We did complain in Room 408 and this was fixed. However, we were tired of complaining and simply took the drain out of the tub in 414 every dy. This was terrible. The combined two mattresses were dreadful. The bed was uneven due to the combined mattresses. The bed was higher in the middle and lower on the slides. It was like sleeping on the slopes of Zakopane. We had to hold on so that we would not slide off the bed. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. The room was quiet and safe. Wojciech, our porter, was always very nice and concerned about our happiness. Aleksandra was also very nice and eager to please. granting us a room change, and holding the room on our behalf until we returned from our day of exploring. Housekeeping did an exceptional job cleaning our room each day.

Beautiful hotel.Extremely welcoming reception staff.Hotel was very clean with beautiful furniture and fittings. I thought the toiletry products were gorgeous.The tea and coffee supplies were sparse.2small sachets of milk provided daily which is only enough for one hot drink each.Also no lounge area to enjoy a drink before or after going out.Small area by reception but not very private as by main doors and reception desk. There was a lounge downstairs but very dark and small. The outside area at the back was bigger but seemed unused .

This hotel was in a very well located area and close to Market Square. The staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The dining room staff was very attentive for breakfast every morning. Our room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The bar area downstairs was beautiful and bar service was great. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, although the bathroom is a little small and unfortunately there is no bidet. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of high-quality products. A special mention also goes to the restaurant, which offers excellent food and very well-prepared dishes. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

First time to Krakow was setup by a great choice in family Bachleda. We are happy these “highlanders” came down the mountain of Zakapone to deliver a gem in Krakow. Outside of main tourist area but convenient location to castle, main square, etc…..charming decor with comfortable and QUIET surroundings. Bar ( do Not leave until Rafal makes you a “real” Sazarac) and eat dinner in main restaurant. Great staff and willingness to help.

We had such a wonderful guest experience. The Staff was so friendly and welcoming and made sure to go above and beyond the entire time. A warm welcome from Bartlomiej,Patricia and Artur in reception on arrival. A very well prepared comfortable room with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the little spa on 2 occasions and had it all to ourselves each time 😁. The breakfast was one the healthiest and tastiest we have had in a hotel and we travel across Europe every month. We dined in the restaurant in the evening , the kluskis were as good as my husband’s Polish mother used to make (high praise indeed). 10 minute walk to the bustling city centre and main sites. An outstanding hotel,we will be back.
