We absolutely loved our brief but packed 2 night stay with Bachleda. Upon arrival we were given a glass each of prosecco. Once we entered our room, a further bottle had been left for my husbands birthday ;). We loved the cozy bar below the ground floor and the breakfast had great choice. If we were staying longer I might have possibly upgraded our room for more space but it was more than fine for 2 nights. So central and close to Wawel Castle and about 15 mins walk to the main old square. We had a brief use of the spa facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again

Sorry to say, Our only disappointment was breakfast!! being 5* hotel we would have expected a menu and freshly prepared hot food, Hot Buffet selection was poor and mildly warm, coffee was cool and definitely not worth over £50, otherwise we had an amazing stay with you, thankyou

Our room was lovely, it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom had very luxurious products to use and the room had lots of things like a very good hairdryer, bathrobes to use in the spa with slippers. The mini bar was stocked well with beautiful glass wear and reasonably priced.
