Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków - MGallery 5 stars

I'm happy to try this hotel again. However, I encountered a few things about my stay. First, I had to change my room twice before I was given a room with a reasonable size and layout. The first room was too small and had a half ceiling height. The bellman who showed me the room advised me that I should open the windows in -5 C if the room gets too warm because the cold AC was switched off a few weeks before my arrival. I was there for four nights, and I had to wake up every night in the middle of the night from the excessive heat sweating and to open the window to cool down the room. While the hotel has a beautiful small pool in the basement, I'm afraid that one evening I could not use it because there was an accident in the pool and blood. On the other hand, the staff was quite friendly. Right after I checked out and on my way to the airport, I got a call from the front desk stating that I forgot and left my laptop in the room. I returned and picked it up, and that was a nice gesture from the staff that saved me much trouble - thank you. I hope I'll have a better experience next time I stay there. Best regards, Tamer

Beautiful hotel in the luxury bracket. The rooms are perfect and have everything you could imagine you need and are of a good size. Very clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice lounge and bar - prices for drinks are reasonable considering you are in a luxury hotel. Great location, less than 10 minutes from main square, or five minutes to the castle - you’re not very far from anything. The room rate is pretty good for a five star hotel but the only slight negative is the price for breakfast which works out around £25 per person per day. This is fine if you want the full works for breakfast. However, there are plenty of cafes within a minute or two where you can get a good breakfast for around £5 per person. We didn’t eat in the restaurant on this occasion but the menu looked interesting and reasonably priced for the standard. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

i really enjoyed my time to this fantastic hotel ... the decoration . like or not . but make a good atmosphere . the all staff so professional with big attention . breakfast really good but after 3 days not big change of choice ... the spa . only the restaurant with small capacity and impossible to diner if not booking .. i wishes to come back soon

Hotel is well located but hotel felt very full and staff seemed over whelmed. Suite was nice but was surprised at how small it was.

My sister and I stayed at your beautiful hotel for 3 nights. A wonder experience. Our first time to Kraklow. Could not of asked for more. Service, breakfast and room first class.

We were four couples coming to Krakow for the first time, we looked up possible options, saw Bachleda online and booked there, we arrived at this beautiful hotel and were thrilled, everything was outstanding, tidyness, friendly staff, rooms, coctail bar (fantastic) breakfast, restaurant, location, we were thrilled, and each and everyone is coming back for sure.

The hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were very attentive and helped to book tours and restaurants. I would recommend more English channels on the TV. Also, a little shelf in the shower to put soaps etc as the only place was the floor. We will return as 5 mins from Old Town.

First class hotel with friendly professional staff, luxurious furnishings throughout. Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. Recommended for a top class stay in Krakow.

You promised luxury and you delivered. Thanks. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only small thing I would point out is that the floor in the spa is extremely slippery when it is wet and you walk in hotel slippers. It's an accident waiting to happen.

Our experience at Bachleda was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and warm, the staff is helpful and the rooms are lovely. The daily breakfast is top-notch with many options on a buffet and on the menu. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
