We were treated like a royalty from the moment we arrived to our last farewell. Staff were professional yet friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Having walked around Krakow all day, the hotel's sauna and hydro pool provided all the relaxation we needed. The buffet style breakfast had something for everyone, the dinner at the restaurant was simply the first class and the hotel's own signature cocktail was such an amazing surprise. I would warmly recommend Bachleda Luxury Hotel Krakow for a short or longer stay and should I ever visit Krakow again, I'm sure to come back to this hotel.
