The hotel is located in the center of Krakow, a 15-minute walk from the old town and near to the train station and the bus station, which is only a 30-minute ride from Krakow-Balice Airport. Our hotel is within a 15-minut walk of the railway station and the Floriańska Old Town Gate. We are also close to Tauron Arena and ICE Kraków Center. Ierz, the lower mills, all the important universities of Cracow; An additional attraction is the neighbouring Galeria Krakowska, and the new offices of the High Five complex. For guests with car parking.

It's 15 a minute walk to Barbacan or gates Florianska - heart of Cracow. If your goal is Kazimierz, you just have to take the tram line No. 3 to enter the gate of the Jewish quarter after 20 minutes.

All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location (less than 5 minutes from the train platforms and 15 minutes from the cloth hall) is absolutely ideal for exploring.

At check in, I was very impressed with the staff’s level of English. My concern of the Polish language barrier was put at ease by the staff. The room I ended up getting was in a good spot. I could see quite a few buses passing from my bedroom window. Bed was very comfortable, I have slept quite well during my 5 night stay in the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. Food items were getting stocked up regularly by the breakfast staff, which was impressive. There is a shopping centre/train station/bus station that was around a 5 mins walk from the hotel and Krakow old town was a 20 mins walk. I would consider staying in this hotel again in the near future.

With all due respect, I would like to raise serious concerns regarding the value for money of my recent stay. At a rate of approximately 150 usd per night, I did not expect such basic limitations. The room did not include even a small refrigerator, which is a standard expectation at this price level. Additionally, although the room appears suitable for up to three person, it provides only one chair, making it impractical for normal use. The pricing is approaching that of higher-end hotels such as Hilton, yet the room conditions are closer to those of a basic roadside motel. This creates a clear mismatch between cost and quality. I have consistently chosen IBIS hotels in many countries due to their reliability and practicality. However, this experience fell well below expectations. Even for a budget-oriented brand, guests reasonably expect more than just a bed, basic amenities such as a place to store food and adequate seating should be standard. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to better align pricing with the level of comfort and functionality provided.
