Friendly personal, helped to solve a couple of problems. Good location-15 min to city centre on foot, public transport is in a few meters incl. trains to other cities. Clean room with good sound proof. Hot and cold water dispenser on each floor and decanter in the room-considered as a big advantage. Was really nice to stay, I felt comfortable all the time. However water pressure is a little bit low and not stable (contrast shower) in bathroom. But more likely it does not depend on hotel.

We stayed 2 nights and the hotel is well located, clean and the staff efficient, the room was comfortable and the breakfast has a good choice. I would recommend it.

End of November, I slept so well, was warm and bed super comfortable. Appreciate that bedding didn't have a smell of washing powder, for example. Two LITTLE shortcomings though: 1 - A lady at the restaurant downstairs was very happy to sell me an expensive bottle of water and did NOT mention that every guest is welcome to use filtered fresh water available limitless on every floor. She also was certain that I will not have any glass in my room.In fact there are two and a glass bottle to be refilled. 2 - only one chanel on TV and unable to switch on another channel either manually on the set or with a remote. Pity!

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Krakow. This has been the case for many years (8 years). My last stay was 12 months ago. During this visit, I noticed some changes in the service quality. The people working at the restaurant are friendly, but they used to be friendlier. I found the serving manners less attentive and less skilled. This is, of course, a subjective thing; nonetheless, I noticed it. The room was cleaned, but they forgot to remove and replace the dirty cups and glasses. I do not expect a 5 stars service at this hotel, but something changed.
