Arriving late on a Monday night, we had already checked in online and had decided to eat in the hotel. The hotel is literally 3 minutes walk from the main train station and easy to find. Checking in was effortless and the friendly staff recommended some traditional Polish drinks to accompany our meal (not forgetting the complimentary free drink for using the App!). The food was very nice and perfect for our first night in Krakow - being so late arriving! The room was the normal high standard of cleanliness we have grown to expect from staying at numerous Ibis hotels. Breakfast was amazing, the spread and choice of foods was much larger than normal in an Ibis hotel, with tables being cleared away and cleaned very quickly! The location of this Ibis is perfect for visitors to Krakow. As previously said, it's literally 3 minutes walk from the main station, which includes the large shopping mall and 5 minutes from the main square. It is a great choice as a base hotel with plenty of amenities and travel option right on your doorstep.

The hotel rooms are not comfortable for two people. We had a handicap room and the shower was in the tub area. The tub was so high it was hard to get in it. No place to put your suitcases. No hair conditioner in the bathroom. They are fairly clean and you could hear people in the other rooms if they are loud. The Ibis is probably good for a one night stay but it is a budget hotel.

Good hotel like all the other ibis hotels, its close to the train station and the shopping mall and aprox. 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre. I had a good stay at ibis the shower pressure was good, the room and the beds. Only bad thing is that my door card stopped working several times and had to be recalibrated. But other then that everything was fine. If you are looking for a affordable stay close to transportation, shopping and the city center ibis is a good choise. If I come back to Krakow I will use this hotel again.

The location was perfect and my room was nice. But I was ignored by 2 waitress in the cafe although there were only 2 other customers in the cafe at that time. I left and went for lunch outside of the hotel.
