The hotel is at walking distance from Old Town and its sights, as well as from a large shopping center which has many places to eat. Krakow train station is a 5 minute walk away. The issues we had were minor details: 1. There were no electrical outlets available in the bathroom, so we couldn't use an electric shaver or toothbrush. 2. There were some seemingly vomit remnants in the portable luggage rack, which were hard to see but the smell remained. There were also stains in the bathroom door frame.

During check-in, we experienced difficulties due to the receptionist’s limited ability to understand and explain the reason for the increase in the price of the stay. Communication was further complicated by her limited knowledge of the English language. We also found silverfish insects in the shower. The bathroom is extremely small, making it impossible for two people to use it comfortably. Furthermore, the shower door blocks the use of the toilet. The shower water pressure was very weak, and the temperature changed constantly between cold and hot. These issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. We would appreciate your feedback and an appropriate solution.

I was shocked to find a TV channel listed as “Ukraine 24”, but it was broadcasting russian programs. This is not a minor issue or a technical mistake, it is misleading and unacceptable, especially during the ongoing war. Showing russian content under the name of a Ukrainian channel is deception. Hotel management must investigate this immediately, remove or correctly label the channel, and stop misleading guests.
