We stayed for three nights. The room had adequate facilities and was in good condition. The location, close to a tram stop and the big shopping centre, is very convenient.

Well priced mid budget accommodation within walking distance to old town and train station and mall, so handy in a number of ways. Whilst not glamorous it is functional and affordable and very clean. It would be easy for the hotel to make it a little more welcoming by adding some easy chairs in the ground floor and training front desk staff to smile and engage with customers proactively.

Arriving late on a Monday night, we had already checked in online and had decided to eat in the hotel. The hotel is literally 3 minutes walk from the main train station and easy to find. Checking in was effortless and the friendly staff recommended some traditional Polish drinks to accompany our meal (not forgetting the complimentary free drink for using the App!). The food was very nice and perfect for our first night in Krakow - being so late arriving! The room was the normal high standard of cleanliness we have grown to expect from staying at numerous Ibis hotels. Breakfast was amazing, the spread and choice of foods was much larger than normal in an Ibis hotel, with tables being cleared away and cleaned very quickly! The location of this Ibis is perfect for visitors to Krakow. As previously said, it's literally 3 minutes walk from the main station, which includes the large shopping mall and 5 minutes from the main square. It is a great choice as a base hotel with plenty of amenities and travel option right on your doorstep.
