The hotel is located in the center of Krakow, a 15-minute walk from the old town and near to the train station and the bus station, which is only a 30-minute ride from Krakow-Balice Airport. Our comfortable rooms are what ibis is all about. Together with our spacious ibis Kitchen restaurant and modern conference space, they guarantee an enjoyable stay in Krakow.

Our hotel is within a 15-minut walk of the railway station and the Floriańska Old Town Gate. We are also close to Tauron Arena and ICE Kraków Center. Ierz, the lower mills, all the important universities of Cracow; An additional attraction is the neighbouring Galeria Krakowska, and the new offices of the High Five complex. For guests with car parking.

It's 15 a minute walk to Barbacan or gates Florianska - heart of Cracow. If your goal is Kazimierz, you just have to take the tram line No. 3 to enter the gate of the Jewish quarter after 20 minutes.

I paid additional for a premium room which was deceived as having “additional equipment” and “coffee and tea making facilities”. There was a few small additional items in the room such as a shoe mitt and an sewing kit and a coffee machine however there was no tea provided, only 2 coffee creamer sachets with 4 coffee pods and minimal additional equipment which did not meet expectations given the additional payment for the upgrade of the room.
