Central location with everything you need in walking distance. Affordable and convenient restaurant downstairs for breakfast - dinner, with lovely staff and great coffee! Comfortable beds, nice toiletries and friendly staff. All round, it was a great stay and would come back again! :-)

I always stay in this hotel since the location is so close to the Canberra Centre and many good restaurants.

the rooms wasn't vacuumed daily, coffee, tea and toilet paper wasn't refilled, no welcome drinks (even bottled water in room). One of the reception staff wasn't friendly and welcoming at all.

We chose to stay here with our pet n was very happy to find the room neat n tidy with no pet odour. Even a dog sofa bed was provided...it was so comfy! The staff were also helpful n lovely. Location very good although the inconvenience was having limited car park nearby.
