Good room, receptionist was a bit rude a and cold. The receptionist in the afternoon the both times I interacted with him made me feel unwelcome barely looking at me and very short hardly communicating. The receptionist in the morning however was very nice and warm. I didn't get Thier names.

Central location with everything you need in walking distance. Affordable and convenient restaurant downstairs for breakfast - dinner, with lovely staff and great coffee! Comfortable beds, nice toiletries and friendly staff. All round, it was a great stay and would come back again! :-)

I always stay in this hotel since the location is so close to the Canberra Centre and many good restaurants.

the rooms wasn't vacuumed daily, coffee, tea and toilet paper wasn't refilled, no welcome drinks (even bottled water in room). One of the reception staff wasn't friendly and welcoming at all.
