I have contacted the hotel and spoken to two different staff members to email a copy of my account. I am still waiting to receive this but have received 3 different emails for your survey. It was also a surprise that Hotel Reception was not attended until after 8am in the morning.

The front desk replied to me that tap water was available when I requester complimentary water after seeing that a small bottle of water was $6.00 for guests no matter if they were Diamond or Platinum level. No parking was available and street parking was recommended and I had to roam the street looking for a spot. There were two doors, one for each side of the building, one door did not work so I had to go around the block to gain entry. Breakfast was complimentary but was cut from what had been offered by previous management. Bath mats were given to me as hand towels.

It was ok. Felt like a hostel. Not the cleanest. Customer service was minimal. When advice asked I was sent to a QR code. Won't return.
