Right now it is not easy to find your way around Canberra's centre by car, but once you have worked out and got used to the massive building works, all is fine. The Sebel is in a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was fine, with an excellent shower, although the wash basin could be bigger. The only criticism was an almost totally iced-up freezer compartment in ht fridge.

Great central location, staff were helpful and friendly but as a premium hotel I would look at the beds as it was very uncomfortable and have a look at the towels you provide as they were only a little larger than a hand towel.

The location was central to everything. Close to the shopping centre and a short walk to Lake Burley Griffin. 2 double beds and very comfortable for our family.

The room was spacious, with excellent lighting, air conditioning, kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Nestle coffee machine. Everything you need for a quick breakfast or snack during the day. Very reasonable rtaes for the quality provided. Highly recommended.

Location is good. However, on the website it stated as 4.5 star, but the facilities are only 2.5 -3 star level. for example, no complimentary milk pod for coffee, which is never seen in hotels. the room is too small and has a bit smell

We have stayed here before and it was wonderful - a great location and staff. However, this time the hotel was noisy with large groups of people and youth making noise and disrupting the hotel. This was not good enough and we had a terrible sleep as a result. Efforts to go to the main desk to seek help were useless as no-one was on desk.

Nice hotel rooms with bonus kitchenette but no amenities like shower cap and when I arrived at the hotel there was no one at the desk as they were assisting a guest on the floor. Surely there should always be two staff on the front desk at all times with a hotel of that size

Welcome drinks from loyalty program is not very clear. No bar, so just mini bar use, which only had one soft drink option for my 6 year old. Reception gets busy, not alot of staff, calling through to front desk is near impossible that we just gave up.
