This hotel does not accept cash payments. Nearby Canberra Light Rail construction may cause some noise, though limited so far. We appreciate your understanding. Our pool is closed annually for the winter season from 1 May to 1 September. This seasonal closure allows us to carry out essential maintenance and ensure the facility is in top condition for the warmer months.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and well laid out, with the bedrooms separated from the living area, which made it feel comfortable and private. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. The facilities were also very good. The only downside was that the beds were quite uncomfortable, and unfortunately we didn't sleep well because of this. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the apartment's convenient location and amenities.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a few housekeeping issues that should be improved. In the bathroom, the dispenser next to the sink contained body wash instead of hand wash. There were also two body wash dispensers, so we’re not sure if a body lotion dispenser was missing or if the amenities were set up incorrectly. I hope these small issues can be addressed, as they affected our overall experience.

With a $20 carpark fee per night, it wasn't amazing, but considering the $530 we spent on the hotel for two nights, it wasn't that bad. When we arrived, the reception wasn't as large as we expected, but that wasn't too bad. When we aquired our room cards, which were placed in a paper card, we went into our room around the middle-of-the-tower floor. There were a lake view, which were slightly obstructed by construction, but it was overall pretty good, especially at night. The two bedrooms consisted of two single beds and a queen bed which the hotel had called us and confirmed our bed choices; this was nice, especially when you want to have seperate beds. In one of the rooms, a bedside table was sandwiched between the two single beds, a little restricting us from exiting onto the balcony. In that room, one of the beds had a blanket instead of a quilt, which made winter nights in Canberra colder than if you had a quilt. On the subject of quilts, the quilt sheets were not like traditional ones, as they simply stacked onto each other in the layer of sheet-quilt-sheet. The main bedroom was nice with two bedside lamps, which one, sadly did not work. In one of the bathrooms, the hair dryer broke down after five minutes of use. The kitchen was nice, except for we spent quite a while trying to turn on the electric stove, which for no apparent reason, did not work for the first few minutes. The fridge had a soft humming sound and the microwave was sightly dated, but that's fine. The edge on the balcony side of the dining table had a slight gap where food scrapes (and gum?) were wedged between. Overall, the experience was fine, but could do with some improvements. Thank you.
