Our pool is closed annually for the winter season from 1 May to 1 September. This seasonal closure allows us to carry out essential maintenance and ensure the facility is in top condition for the warmer months.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The down side was having to pay additional fees for parking as none was provided in the apartment daily charge.

My whole family was happy with the spacious apartment. Having 2 bathrooms were very handy when we had multi generation staying there. The kitchen was great even though we only stayed for the weekend and didn't get to use the kitchen. It was close to a restaurant next door so if we could catch up with friends. It was a convenient location near ciry centre.

The BreakFree Capital Tower is located at the southern end of Canberra City, very close to the New Acton entertainment precinct, Australian National University (ANU), walking distance to Lake Burley Griffin and near the entrance to the Parkes Way (freeway) for driving trips. We stayed in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment facing South and overlooking Lake Burley Griffin and some of the icons of the area - the National Museum of Australia, Parliament House and Capital Hill, National Library of Australia, Captain Cook Memorial Jet, High Court of Australia and National Carillon. This view was very special during Canberra's Balloon Spectacular. The apartment (19th floor) was spacious, well equipped, very clean and quiet for our 1 week stay. The only item missing appeared to be a broom and/or vacuum cleaner. There is major road works nearby leading to the Commonwealth Ave bridge - any noticeable noise was predominately during the day when the balcony windows were open. There is noise from the Parkes Way traffic - thankfully it is not stop and start, and could be likened to the hissing type sound of being by the sea. Very secure onsite parking was available for a daily fee. Reception hours are limited and this building has no onsite restaurant or room service - there are a plethora of eating options within walking distance. Canberra has an enormous amount of interesting things to see and places to eat - We're looking forward to coming back and staying at the BreakFree Capital Tower.

I asked for an invoice to be emailed over, they said it takes a day to process. Havent received the invoice but have received the survey. Lady on Reception also said as you are a gold member we have put a bottle of wine in your room. No bottle of wine
