We loved overlooking the lake burly griffin. So calm but Central to the centre. 2 bathroom 2 bedroom in spacious apartment. Dish washer a blessing and washing machine to help enjoy our stay. Easy check in and great price, will bring family next.

Worth staying for the pool! - beautiful and warm, even on a day that wasn't too hot. Could've stayed in there for hours. Even shady in the afternoon. Also great location, quiet rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff

I was told well in advance of my arrival that the room I’ve booked would be the same as last time. We received a completely different room type and was told they cannot move us due to being ‘full’. The room was basic, looks old and tired and the shower was pathetic unless your 4 foot tall.

You were assured in advance that you would receive the same room type as your previous visit, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and be allocated a different room. On your last stay, we were able to upgrade you due to availability, but unfortunately on this occasion the hotel was fully booked, and we were unable to offer the same upgrade. This should have been communicated clearly and with more care, and I sincerely apologies for the confusion and inconvenience caused. I am also very sorry that the room did not meet your expectations. The condition you described, along with the poor shower height and water pressure, is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams so we can address these issues. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly value your feedback and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the comfortable and enjoyable stay you should have received this time. Check in was sloppy and deducted $100 from my card rather than placing a hold. Had to refund however yet to receive a receipt. Also paid for car park and yet to receive a receipt. Facilities were tired and worn out

The issues you encountered at check-in, including the incorrect charge to your card, are unacceptable. You should have received a simple pre-authorization hold, not a deduction, and I understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been. I’m also very sorry that you have not yet received the receipts for both the refund and the car park payment. I will personally follow up to ensure these are sent to you without further delay. I’m equally sorry to hear that you found our facilities tired and worn. Your comfort is our priority, and it’s clear we did not provide the standard of quality you deserve. Booked a 2 bedroom lakeside apartment on 15th floor with great views of the lake, hills in the background and Parliament House, without reading the bad reviews, however we had a very good stay. Terrific outside heated pool. Situated about 15 minutes walk through roadworks and industrial buildings to town centre. You can’t buy food there but a 5 minute walk takes to a nearby pleasant Italian ACCOR restaurant. The reception staff (difficult to reach) before the stay, were extremely pleasant and helpful once we were there. Linen, bath amenities, towels and bed excellent. TVs in two rooms. A bit sparse in the kitchen if you want to cook ( eg no cutting board) but excellent appliances. Best advice from the reviews: ask for different room if unhappy with yours. Apart from location, much better than Quest (our original and usual booking) and so much cheaper and larger.
