Size of the apartment was good and it was quiet. Located close to ANU where we went for a graduation. The tower is a mix of residents and motel units but parking was appalling - random spaces allocated to the motel and hard to read painted signs. Only 2 parking spaces allocated with disabled parking and one was occupied the entire time by what appeared to be a resident’s mini-bus style campervan (it did have a disabled parking permit displayed however so I accept it on face value). The beds seemed small but it was only 2 nights so not a big deal. However what we thought was a small spot from a wet towel on our bed turned out to be something way more than that. I woke up to find something had seeped through the mattress overnight (that definitely wasn’t me). While reception were apologetic I had to push for the mattress to be changed. The first time housekeeping simply replaced the sheets and put a mattress protector on. But when I went back and asked again for the mattress to be replaced, they wanted to change it right as we were all getting ready for the graduation ceremony we were attending. The kitchen was functional but the very basics only in terms of kitchen appliances and utensils. There were no trolleys at reception to assist with luggage.
