Underwhelmed and disappointed. Nothing like photos on website. Service not great. Booked two rooms and it took three visits back to reception to even get in. As a gold Accor member I was not acknowledged and reception staff were not friendly. The only good thing about this trip was the lady at the bar who gave me an extra free drink.

Hotel is in a very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still very handy to all that Canberra has to offer. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom (although a little on the small side) TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Very hard to beat for value. My only suggestion would be a dedicated area for dogs to use for toileting. Maybe a grassed (real or artificial) area near where the laundry containers are.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! Tv did not work ,out "king" bed was 2 singles pushed together ,carpet stained overall very disappointed would not refund 2nd night and definatly not staying again so we payed 2 nights got 1 I don't know how this place is still on buisness pathetic

Cheap and cheerful , no sleeping in

Booked online , so based on reviews I gave it a try. With the number of motels available in Canberra I am sure you can find a better option. Walls are paper thin so every bang and clatter can be heard. So no sleeping in you will be awoken by early leaving guests and noisy cleaning staff I was also told that I cant claim my Accor status points as I booked on line ... not sure why will follow up with Accor But hey the shower works, and the AC was cold and it was clean. Meals are average pub food.

We had a few issues with check in on the booking.com side but the lady at check in (I wish I got her name) was so great finding us another room and ensuring everything was smooth So to whoever checked us in on Saturday 25/1 at around 3pm thank you 😊
