I chose the location as it was located far enough away from work that it would necessitate a healthy walk. This also meant that it was located a moderate distance from other conveniences. I was not concerned about this as the listing for the hotel advertised a restaurant and a laundromat. On arrival, I discovered that the restaurant kitchen was only operating for breakfasts, and that there was no actual laundromat. As my reasons for travel were for business purposes, with a heavy workload, this was more than just an inconvenience.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Facility is perfect for a short stay in Canberra, as the metro to travel into Civic is around the corner

The hotel was fine. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I could not find any information about WiFi (or any other facilities), so used my mobile data. Of course, I could have contacted reception. My main issue was with parking. The person on reception said they could not guarantee a parking spot. This turned out to be true. I returned late at night from my work function and the car park was full. I had to park blocks away and then go out before 7:30am to move my car. I felt very unsafe walking back to the hotel late at night. I would only recommend the hotel to people who were not driving. Last year I stayed at a different hotel and I was able to book a parking spot.
