Soap dispenser over hand basin empty. My wife could not eat breakfast and had only three pieces gluten free bread with nothing on it and was charged $29.00.

An average stay. The details are always wrong here. This time it was the non disclosure of some information and two separate keycards that did not work in a two day stay. The first may have been a genuine mistake, but the second card stopped working just before the earlier check in time after I returned from breakfast. (I had a late checkout.) The gentleman on reception did not apologise and even implied that the card was perfectly fine, his attitude was dismissive and insulting. I had asked questions about an early check in before arriving and had been told it was no problem. Upon arrival it was revealed that only Accor members are eligible - luckily I have this, but why was it not mentioned when the discussion was had originally? I was also informed that I was lucky the security bond was not more than it was, a threat I did not appreciate. I also doubt I was staying in the deluxe studio as booked, it was the same size as the studio I stayed in last November. Breakfast was ok. But I’m honestly not sure it’s worth staying here.
