I stayed in room 715. The bed was comfy and the pillow was supportive. The room was big enough for 1-2 people for a short stay. The heating worked well. My only feedback would be that the wall opposite the bed needed a wipe down with a damp cloth. It had a few marks.

Check in was quick and staff friendly. It was explained about parking and breakfast. The room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. My only issue was my room was on the corner opposite where there were building works. There was constant hammering noise which was going non stop when I checked in until 5:30pm. It then started at 7am. Had I known I would have asked for another room at the other end or booked somewhere else.

Your staff were very polite, friendly and efficient and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. All very good. Breakfast (buffet), was really bad. Also, I left some items (not expensive, just a bus pass and a T-shirt), in the room and House-keeping never found them. It leads me to think they just tossed them to avoid the hassle of entering them into the system. None of this is major, just providing constructive feedback.

no free on-site parking; charge at $24/ day, but nearby local streets can park free over weekend. room quite standard; our bar fridge was broken. Beds are comfortable. Staff are very friendly. The little gym is a bonus point, small but functional.
