Excellent reception service. Bed comfortable. Undercover parking available for a fee, but not accessible directly from the motel. I found the room just a bit cool (Winter stay) and there was no extra blanket available.

Nice hotel but no housekeeping and entertainment back in the dark ages

The room was nice and the location is good but there was only free to air tv channels and both movies AND streaming were advertised on the room booking. I called reception to check if I was doing something wrong but they confirmed our only viewing option was free to air tv. Highly disappointing when this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Also, we were asked upon check in if we’d like housekeeping to make up our room as we were staying for two nights. We said we would. However when we returned to our room later that night we were disappointed to discover the room had still not been made up. Why ask guests if they’d like their rooms made up of you don’t intend on honoring their response? It was these two issues that made this an overall disappointing stay. I wouldn’t bother with this hotel again given there are many other great options around the same area who have reliable housekeeping and, at the very least, a streaming option for entertainment.

Disappointing

I stayed 5 nights and breakfast was included. Very disappointing breakfast as hot foods were cold. Had to call reception twice on the first night to reset my aircon to heat because it wasn't working at all, then had to call again on second night for the same thing.
