Staff great. Rooms comfortable. Drop/ short term parking clunky on arrival. Accept these spaces are for drop off and check in purposes but they often seem occupied by ride share driver cars unattended- drivers around the corner having a coffee waiting jobs or tradie vehicles. Plus the spaces are small not all clients are driving small cars or get dropped off. Thankyou

The Mantra McArthur is perfectly placed. Just outside the humdrum of the CBD, well service by public transport (light rail) and half between the CBD & Dickson. The staff at each touch point are excellent from reception, house and restaurant. Rooms are well maintained and clean although in some rooms, some spot carpet cleaning is required.

The stay was after a community event, the room was great as we were upgraded to a king room, which had a lounge and small kitchenette.

It’s not the ritz but the bed was comfy, a good size room and pleasant staff. We left the car in the parking station and used the light rail or uber to get around. We would stay again
