Construction starts early next door and will do so for next day 12 months, very loud and rudely waken at 7am Similarly located on Northbourn Ave and can hear every vehicle, especially police and ambulance sirens The car park is an extra charge but it is also not in the same building and you get wet when it rains when Le walking to the entrance. Was charged $100 upfront for incidentals (there is no bar fridge or other in the room) even though I was booked by my business and charge back to account. You need to be a contortionist to use the shower. Very poor design. Staff offered no options regarding the room or other , very poor customer relationship management.

We were delighted by the view from our room - 816 - and the level of comfort provided. The room was pleasantly appointed and clean. If and when the restaurant re-opens, this hotel will be on our list.

I remember this building as a government office so I was curious to see it in its new ish iteration as a hotel. It is very quiet and well appointed, but lacks a restaurant, bar or breakfast service. There is a big hole next door and a lot of noise during the day. When that building is finished, and the hotel has full service again, I. Am sure it will compete with the hotels along Northbourne Ave,

Good location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Shame that the restaurant wasn’t open so there was no breakfast but good cafes close by.

We had a lovely stay and staff were fantastic. Room was comfortable and very clean.
