Stayed for 3 nights in one bed suite on second floor Uneventful stay where we had breakfast each morning and parked in the underground garage parking Room was spacious and clean although air con was a bit irregular and we had to contact reception several times to hit the override switch to turn it back on after we turned it off because it was a bit too cool

I have stayed in Mantra a few times now. This time I booked with Qantas points and I did not realise it was a room with no daily cleaning. The room was dirty, there was dust everywhere, there was a stain on the towel, the carpet had a big stain and the bathroom smelled. When I informed the front desk they went up to tidy it, but even after the first clean there was mildew on the spoon for tea/coffee and I had to tell them again. I would not choose to stay here again. I am not sure if it was because I booked thrpugh Qantas but I could not even claim points on my Accor due to a third party booking so I did not get any of my Platinum benefits or upgrades.

Regarding your Qantas booking, I understand the frustration of not receiving your usual Platinum benefits, and we appreciate your loyalty to Accor. Unfortunately, third-party bookings can sometimes affect the ability to apply certain benefits, but I will make sure to pass this feedback on to our team for further review. Upon arrival no welcome back greeting, asked about restaurant being closed given no explanation or alternative. When having drinks at bar always had to find someone for service, as you have changed the way to redeem welcome drink (NOT used) staff didn't even ask for voucher. Also food was being served, obviously for a function, so why not offer a limited menu and limited times.
